MECHANISM OF EXTRACTION AND STRIPPING OF Fe(Ⅲ) WITH PRIMARY AMINE N1923 AS EXTRACTANT AND n-OCTANE AS DILUENT

对伯胺—正辛烷萃取体系在萃取和反萃过程中有机相组成和水含量的变化用FTIR和光子相关谱进行分析研究。结果表明:伯胺与水相酸作用生成了阳离子型表面活性剂的结构,在有机相中易生成反相胶团。其萃取和反萃过程的实质是反相胶团内外的阳离子交换过程。Fe(Ⅲ)以水合形式萃取入有机相中,Fe(Ⅲ)的水解可能发生在反相胶团的微环境中。     

SYNERGISTIC EXTRACTION OF Cd(Ⅱ)WITH PRIMARY AMINE N-1923 AND NEUTRAL ORGANOPHOSPHORUS REAGENTS

The synergistic extraction of Cd(Ⅱ)with primary amine N-1923 and neutralorganophosphorus reagents(TBP,DBBP,B)from hydrochloric acid has been investigated atμ=0.5,t=25℃.The compositions of the synergistic extraction complexes and the mechanismof the synergistic extraction have been determined by the methods of slope and constant mole.The synergistic extraction complexes with composition(RNH_3Cl)_2·CdCl_2·B have beendemonstrated.The synergistic extraction reactions and additional reaction of Cd(Ⅱ)havebeen proposed as follows:CdCl_2+2RNH_3Cl_(o)+B_(o)(RNH_3Cl)_2·CdCl_2·B_(o)(RNH_3Cl)_3·CdCl_(2(o)+B_(o)(RNH_3Cl)_2·CdCl_2·B_(o)+RNH_3Cl_(o)In addition,the equilibrium constants and the thermodynamic functions of the synergistic ex-traction reactions have been calculated.The IR and NMR spectra of the synergistic ext-ac-tion complexes of Cd(Ⅱ)have been studied as well.     

SOLVENT EXTRACTION OF Fe(Ⅲ) FROM SULFATE SOLUTIONS WITH TERTIARY AMINE

The tertiary amine can be used to extract Fe(Ⅲ) very effectively in the pH range resulting inpartial hydrolysis of Fe~(3+) ions.The iron extracted into the organic phase can be strippedrather easily with dilute H_2SO_4 or even with H_2O.Fe(Ⅲ) is extracted into the tertiary aminesulfate solution in the form of[(R_3NH)_2Fe(OH)(SO_4)_2]_2 complex by adduct formation.Equa-tion was derived to represent the chemical reactions involved during extraction.From theinfrared spectrum studies on the extraction species in waxy solid form separated from the so-lution,sulfate group is a bidentate ligand to the iron atom.The extraction species has beenconsidered to contain (FeOH)_2 unit based on the ultra violet spectra.The possible structure ofthe extraction species has been proposed.

研究了HEH/EHP(HA)和伯胺N_(1923)盐酸盐(RNH_3C1)的正庚烷溶液从HC1介质中对Zn(Ⅱ)的萃取。发现当以RNH_3Cl为主体萃取剂时,添加HA有利于对Zn(Ⅱ)的萃取;当以HA为主体萃取剂时,添加RNH_3C1则抑制了对Zn(Ⅱ)的萃取。考察了温度对协萃平衡的影响,并计算了体系的热力学函数。

SOLVENT EXTRACTION OF Fe (Ⅲ) FROM SULFATE SOLUTIONS WITH TERTIARY AMINES

本文报道叔胺(TOA)从硫酸盐介质中萃取Fe(Ⅲ)的机理。研究了萃合物的紫外及红外光谱。根据实验结果提出了萃合物的可能结构形式。认为叔胺只能萃取部分水解的Fe(Ⅲ),而伯、仲胺既能萃取水解形式的Fe(Ⅲ)也能萃取非水解形式的Fe(Ⅲ),不同的条件下两种机理可以同时进行或相互转变。讨论了三类胺萃取Fe(Ⅲ)及硫酸反萃取Fe(Ⅲ)的性能的差别。

The equilibria and kinetic characteristics of a micelle mixed extractant system-D_2 EHPA-MPA(MPA-monoalkyl phosphoric acid with long carbon chain and micellization)in extractionof the Al~(3 )ions were studied.It was found that the system has double synergistic effects on theextraction of the Al~(3 )ions.The compositions of the synergistic complexes were determined andthe synergistic reaction equations were obtained.

NEW AMORPHOUS Al-La-Y-Ni(Fe)QUATERNARY ALLOYS WITH SUPERIOR STRENGTH AND DUCTILITY

The melt spun ribbons of Al-La-Y-Ni(Fe)quaternary alloys were prepared by a single-roller melt spinning technique in vacuum.Their amorphous nature,mechanical propertiesand tensile fracture surface morphology were investigated.The experimental results showthat amorphous alloys with high strength and good ductility as well as good thermalstability can be achieved in Al-La-Y-Ni(Fe)system,when the alloy contains 85—90at.-% Al and less than 10 at.-% La+Y.The maximum tensile fracture strength(σ_f)and microhardness(HV)are as high as 760 MPa and 294 DPN,respectively.The as-quenched ribbons can be bent 180 degree without fracturing.The dominant factors forformation of amorphous Al-La-Y-Ni(Fe)are the strong attractive interaction among Al,La,Y and a decrease of melting temperature.

黄铜矿生物浸出过程中Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)的行为

采用Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)对黄铜矿进行生物浸出,主要研究浸出过程中体系的pH值、铁离子浓度、细菌吸附率及铜浸出率变化规律。结果表明:介质中Fe(Ⅲ)含量不同,生成黄钾铁矾的形态不同。在Fe(Ⅲ)生物浸出体系中,絮状的黄钾铁矾逐渐生成并全部覆盖在黄铜矿表面,阻碍黄铜矿的浸出过程。在Fe(Ⅱ)生物浸出体系中,生成皮壳状、结核状的黄钾铁矾分散于浸出液中,不覆盖在黄铜矿表面,对黄铜矿的浸出没有阻碍作用。
