基于AFDEX有限元软件,建立了某规格45°斜三通挤压成形热力耦合有限元模型,揭示了成形过程中等效应变、载荷-时间曲线和模具应力的分布规律,得到了挤压该规格45°斜三通件挤压设备吨位.研究结果显示,高应变值主要集中在坯料金属流经垂直冲头的区域;由载荷-时间曲线可知,镦粗开始后,镦粗杆的载荷先缓慢上升,之后快速增大,直到镦粗结束,成形载荷为42410 kN;反挤压开始后,随着加载过程的进行,反挤压杆的载荷迅速增大至约23000 kN,之后一段时间内相对趋于稳定,最终,成形载荷为34920 kN.结合工艺试验,镦粗和穿孔的成形载荷分别为41520和34500 kN,与模拟结果非常接近,验证了工艺方案的合理性,模具结构满足要求. 相似文献

介绍了火车车轮的成形工艺。采用有限元模拟了车轮成形工艺的镦粗和预成形工步,得出变形过程中材料的流动规律、工件内部的应变场和温度场等信息。通过多次模拟镦粗压下量对预成形的影响,确定了最佳的镦粗压下量。这些信息为变形过程的控制提供了理论依据。 相似文献

The flow stress behavior of grade G-105 steel (API standard) for oil drill pipe in hot compressive deformation was studied by isothermal compression tests on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical machine. Referring to established empirical formulas, the constitutive equation of the flow stress for G-105 steel was obtained. For the grade G-105 oil drill pipe (φ114.3×10.92 mm), through proper design of the die and applying suitable process parameters, and using coupled rigid viscoplastic thermo-mechanical finite element method, the forming process of making upset on oil drill pipe was numerically simulated. The simulation results show that the internal transition section of the oil drill pipe is not only continuous and smooth but also long (up to about 220-250mm). 相似文献

探讨自行车飞壳内棘齿的冷挤压成形问题.采用正交试验设计方法和有限元数值模拟软件Deform-3D对内棘齿的冷挤压成形工艺方案进行了设计和模拟,确定飞壳内棘齿成形的冷挤压工艺方案.得到的内棘齿齿部成形饱满,齿的端部塌角较小,满足挤压件的精度要求.获得了内棘齿冷挤压成形过程中的应力应变分布规律、金属流动规律和载荷-行程曲线,为工艺参数的选择和模具设计提供了详细的技术信息. 相似文献

Now, the development of optimum forming process design system based on computer simulation to reduce the time consumption is strongly required in the industries. In this study, the optimum process design system is newly developed in conjunction with the nonlinear FEA code and the nonlinear optimization code. In the latter code, “Sweeping Simplex Method” is newly proposed, which can find the global minimum. The accuracy and quickness of this method to find the global minimum of objective function, which have several local minimum points, is confirmed by comparison with the grid method.
This numerical system is applied to the process design of complicate shaped cup deep drawing. In order to form the sheet metal with uniform thickness, “Deviation of thickness from uniform average thickness” is employed as the objective function, and the global minimum point in the design variable space is searched by “Sweeping Simplex Method”. For the design variables, the heights of two punches in first stage forming are employed. The optimum process condition was determined by using this numerical code and also the validity of this code was confirmed by the comparison with the experimental observation results. 相似文献

文章利用刚粘塑性有限元软件DEFORM-3D对分流组合模挤压小直径薄壁纯铝圆管过程进行了三维有限元模拟,得出了模具焊合室深度以及工作带长度对挤压力、应力应变、模具应力等物理场量的影响规律,从而对模具结构参数进行优化。模拟结果表明,分流模上模应力集中主要分布在分流桥和模芯部位,下模应力集中分布在工作带附近和焊合室圆角过渡区,焊合室深度和工作带长度对产品质量有很大影响。通过试验得知,加大焊合室深度和工作带长度,可提高产品焊缝强度和表面质量。 相似文献

分析了SUV背门外檐板形状特点和冲压成形工艺,利用Autoform对外檐板成形的冲压方向、拉延筋、压料面和工艺补充面等关键工艺进行拉延成形过程数值模拟。建立冲压方向与工件整体成形+零畸变、压料面和拉延筋与均匀成形、工艺补充与充分变形等工艺/成形品质的关系。按照模拟实验结果调整并优化工艺参数,提高了外檐板成形工艺稳定性,为外檐板拉延模具提供设计依据。 相似文献
