本文以决策支持系统(DSS)的理论方法为基础,综合运用模糊集(FS)和神经网络(NN)理论,提出了城市评价决策支持系统(CEDSS)的基本结构模式,介绍了CEDSS的基本功能,并对CEDSS中评价指标的规范化方法、基于FS的多层次多目标综合评价模型、基于NN的系统自学习模型以及CEDSS的工作原理作了描述。整个CEDSS的原型系统已在微型机上实现,它可以较好地处理需要定性分析与定量分析相结合的决策问题,从而为城市管理决策者提供从信息、咨询到评价、决策、政策制定等一系列的智能支持 相似文献

本文提出一种新的时滞划分方法—变时滞划分法,以解决连续延时Takagi-Sugeno模糊系统的稳定性和镇定性问题.不同于已有的文献,用可变参数将时变时滞区间[0,d(t)]划分为若干个可变子区间,并得出模糊时滞系统的新的时滞相关稳定性准则.本文提出的新方法能充分利用时滞子区间的内部信息,因此新的时滞相关稳定性准则比以往结果具有更小的保守性.基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,以线性矩阵不等式形式给出T--S模糊系统的新的时滞相关稳定性准则,并将稳定性和镇定性研究结果扩展到具有不确定参数的T--S模糊系统.仿真实例证明了本文方法降低保守性的有效性. 相似文献

This paper discusses stability analysis of fuzzy-neural-linear (FNL) control systems which consist of combinations of fuzzy models, neural network (NN) models, and linear models. The authors consider a relation among the dynamics of NN models, those of fuzzy models and those of linear models. It is pointed out that the dynamics of linear models and NN models can be perfectly represented by Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models whose consequent parts are described by linear equations. In particular, the authors present a procedure for representing the dynamics of NN models via T-S fuzzy models. Next, the authors recall stability conditions for ensuring stability of fuzzy control systems in the sense of Lyapunov. The stability criteria is reduced to the problem of finding a common Lyapunov function for a set of Lyapunov inequalities. The stability conditions are employed to analyze stability of FNL control systems. Finally, stability analysis for four types of FNL control systems is demonstrated 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the stability analysis of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with time varying delays in a given
range. The delay partitioning approach is proposed to solving the problem of stability analysis for T-S fuzzy systems. By
employing a new type of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, delay-range-dependent stability criteria are derived for T-S fuzzy
systems. The idea of the approach is that the delay interval is uniformly divided into N segments with N a positive integer,
and a proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is chosen with different weighted matrices corresponding to different segments
in the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. All the sufficient criteria are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities
(LMIs), which can be solved efficiently by using the LMI algorithm. Finally, numerical example is given to illustrate the

Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models are now often used to describe complex nonlinear systems in terms of fuzzy sets and fuzzy reasoning applied to a set of linear submodels. In this note, the T-S fuzzy model approach is exploited to establish stability criteria for a class of nonlinear stochastic systems with time delay. Sufficient conditions are derived in the format of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), such that for all admissible parameter uncertainties, the overall fuzzy system is stochastically exponentially stable in the mean square, independent of the time delay. Therefore, with the numerically attractive Matlab LMI toolbox, the robust stability of the uncertain stochastic fuzzy systems with time delays can be easily checked. 相似文献

compensation (PDC) is employed to stabilize the class of nonlinear stochastic systems that are represented by the Takagi-Sugeno
