A bipolar current-to-current convertor (CCCS) using a PNP-NPN translinear loop and two current mirrors is described. This convertor has a virtual earth input, and may be used to realise voltage-current conversion (VCCS). This convertor configuration enables us to obtain a wideband frequency response. The design of a full-CMOS circuit that converts voltage signals from those used for emitter-coupled logic (ECL) to CMOS and vice versa, for use in digital data transmissions with clock frequencies up to 150 MHz, is described. Extremely high performances are obtained due to a novel circuit principle, in both the ECL-to-CMOS convertor and the CMOS-to-ECL convertor. A wideband CMOS amplifier used in the ECL-to-CMOS convertor, incorporating a current injection technique to increase the bandwidth of the circuit, is also presented. A circuit principle is presented to realize an extremely fast CMOS-to-ECL conversion, based on a current switching technique and charge injection to compensate the large output capacitance. Both circuits make use of replica biasing to ensure maximum switching speed in the ECL-to-CMOS convertor and correct ECL output levels in the CMOS-to-ECL convertor. A method of detecting current zeros in thyristor convertors is described. The method utilises an optically coupled isolator to sense the voltage across each of the thyristors in the convertor, thereby detecting the conduction state of each device. A novel wide range temperature/frequency convertor, based on comparing the current through a thermistor and the capacitor discharging current, is described. The input/output relationship is linear over a wide temperature range. The performance fitting has to be done only at the maximum temperature of the range. 新电网运行规则要求风力发电机组在电网故障出现电压跌落的情况下不脱网运行,并在故障切除后能尽·陕帮助电力系统恢复稳定运行,要求风电机组具有一定低电压穿越能力。由于双馈感应发电机(DFIG)励磁变换器容量有限,电网故障时会产生转子过电流和变换器直流环节过电压,须实行保护和控制。本文对国内外学术界和工程界对电网故障时双馈感应发电机的保护原理与控制策略进行了大量研究。以便具体设计时根据要求合理选择。  相似文献

A new current-mode CMOS algorithmic analogue-to-quaternary data convertor circuit has been realised in a standard polysilicon-gate CMOS technology. This circuit accepts an analogue current input and develops a set of quaternary, base-four, output currents. A single type of convertor cell may be cascaded to the desired number of quaternary output digits. The reference current that defines the full scale input range may be set externally. This circuit is input-output compatible with other previously described VLSI-compatible current-mode CMOS quaternary threshold logic and memory circuits.<>  相似文献

A novel dynamic current divider based CMOS pipelined A/D convertor principle is presented. A basic successive approximation scheme is applied, thus the signal is not modified (i.e. successively multiplied by two) along the A/D conversion. A new differential voltage?current convertor is proposed, which achieves high linearity and is substantially temperature independent.
