采用氙灯人工加速老化及热空气加速老化的方法,研究了以聚硅氧烷为主要原料制备的用于功率型LED的有机硅封装材料的耐热及耐候性能。结果表明:制备的树脂型4265及橡胶型4150两种有机硅封装材料的透光率较高,均在92%左右;二者耐热老化性能优异,适用于功率型发光二极管(LED)的封装;相比较而言,树脂型4265的耐候性能较好,更适合户外使用。 相似文献

Acrylosilane resin, a copolymer of trialkoxysilylalkyi methacrylate and other acrylic monomers, was developed for use as a vehicle resin for weather and chemical resistant coatings. This report discusses the crosslinking mechanism, hydrolysis and condensation reactions with two types of hardening catalysts: organotin and organic acid. This report also demonstrates the advantages of its coating properties in weather resistance, acid resistance, stain resistance, and adhesion to anodized aluminum. The coating properties are a function of its crosslinking mechanism. 相似文献

以SBS为主要成膜物质,常温生产防水涂料。使用混合溶剂溶解SBS,用增黏树脂和改性剂使之改性,在常温下生产SBS防水涂料。实验结果表明:使用16%的线型SBS,用15%的石油树脂和萜烯树脂作改性剂、使用50%的丙酮、环己烷、溶剂油和二甲苯等作为混合溶剂、用10%的800目的云母粉和滑石粉作填料,生产的产品性能较好。选用易溶、低毒、价廉的混合溶剂,能够在常温下迅速溶解SBS,加入改性剂后能改善SBS的粘接性能和耐候性。由此生产的SBS防水涂料断裂延伸率大,耐低温性能优良,防水抗渗效果好。 相似文献

There have been many attempts to improve weather durability in polyester powder coatings. However, no effective suggestion improves weather durability without sacrificing other properties, such as mechanical properties. A novel polyester powder coating system is described in this article, with especially excellent weather durability. This system was based on an acrylic/polyester hybrid curing system composed of polyester resin showing excellent weather durability and the new GMA-acrylic hardener which has a ‘soft segment' in its structure. The advanced acrylic/polyester hybrid curing system shows both excellent weather durability and good mechanical properties. 相似文献
