The microstructure and properties of aluminium–zinc coated steel lap joints made by a modified metal inert gas CMT welding–brazing process was investigated. It was found that the nature and the thickness of the high-hardness intermetallic compound layer which formed at the interface between the steel and the weld metal during the welding process varied with the heat inputs. From the results of tensile tests, the welding process is shown to be capable of providing sound aluminium–zinc coated steel joints.  相似文献

对大型LNG燃料薄膜舱中1.2 mm厚SUS304L不锈钢板薄板的搭接焊,存在的搭接间隙会带来焊缝成形不良等严重影响船舱安全性的问题。本文通过激光传感器检测搭接间隙变化,设计了不同的峰值电流和焊接速度在不同间隙下的工艺实验,研究了间隙对焊缝成形质量的影响机制;基于BP神经网络建立不同间隙下的脉冲等离子弧焊(P-PAW)的工艺参数和间隙及焊缝成形尺寸之间的拓扑关系模型,通过工艺实验获取模型的训练样本,实现了基于BP神经网络的间隙自适应工艺参数优化系统。结果表明,该系统实现了不同搭接间隙下进行实时工艺参数优化的功能,并对搭接间隙在0~0.6 mm变化时所带来的空洞等缺陷起到了有效的抑制作用,实现了良好的焊接成形一致性控制,提高了在LNG薄膜舱中不锈钢板焊接的自适应能力。  相似文献

Defect-free dissimilar Al/zinc coated steel and Al/AlSi coated steel welds were successfully fabricated by refill friction stir spot welding. However, Al alloy and uncoated steel could not be welded under the same welding condition. Al-Zn eutectic layer formed at the Al/zinc coated steel interface showed non-uniformity in thickness and nanoscale intermetallic (IMC) produced was discontinuous. The bonding formation between the Al-Zn layer and the surrounding materials was attributed to a liquid/solid reaction mechanism. Bonding formation at Al alloy and AlSi coated steel interface was attributed to a solid/solid reaction mechanism, as the joining process did not involve with melting of base metals or AlSi coating materials. Kissing bond formed at the weld boundary acted as a crack initiation and propagation site, and the present study showed that weld strength of Al 5754/AlSi coated steel was greatly influenced by properties of original IMC layer.  相似文献

在等离子弧搭接焊中,搭接焊接头的焊缝熔深是评价焊接质量的关键指标之一,而焊接过程中的热输入信息和熔池图像信息都与焊缝熔深有密切关系。本文通过建立304L不锈钢薄板等离子弧搭接焊数据采集系统,利用LabVIEW实时检测电信息,采用视觉传感技术实时获取薄板等离子弧搭接焊过程中的熔池图像,并通过图像处理方法获得熔池的几何参数信息,结合焊接工艺参数,选择峰值电流、峰值电压、焊接速度、离子气流量、保护气流量、熔池宽度和熔池后端长度作为输入量,焊缝熔深作为输出量,建立了基于支持向量机回归和BP神经网络的熔深预测模型。实验验证表明,采用径向基函数的支持向量机回归模型可以有效地对焊缝熔深进行预测,并具有很好的泛化能力,可为进一步实现在线优化焊接工艺参数提供依据。  相似文献

A welding procedure based on using two-pass laser scans is introduced for dissimilar joining of overlapped galvanized high-strength dual-phase (DP) steel DP590 to aluminum alloy (AA) 6061 sheets. The first pass is based on a defocused laser spot that scans across the top of the two overlapped sheets and heats the zinc coating at the faying surface to be melted and partially vaporized, while the second pass is executed with a focused laser spot in order to perform the welding. Completely defect-free galvanized steel to aluminum lap joints were obtained by using this two-pass laser welding procedure. An on-line machine vision system was applied to monitor the keyhole dynamics during the laser welding process. An energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) was carried out to determine the atomic percent of zinc, aluminum, and iron in the galvanized steel to aluminum lap joints. Mechanical testing and micro-hardness test were conducted to evaluate the mechanical properties of the galvanized steel to aluminum lap joints. The experimental results showed that the lap joint of galvanized steel to aluminum obtained by the two-pass laser welding approach had a higher failure value than those joints obtained when the zinc at the faying surface was mechanically removed under the same welding speed and laser power.  相似文献

In this work, friction spot welding (FSpW) was used to weld dissimilar 6063/5083 aluminium alloys, and the effects of the sleeve plunging speed on joint microstructures and the lap shear properties were discussed. Results showed that the keyhole can be eliminated using FSpW. Bending hooks changed to a flat morphology when the plunging speed was increased. Excellent bonding was formed at the lap interface in the sleeve-affected zone. As the sleeve plunging speed was increased from 40 to 110?mm?min?1, the lap shear failure loads for the joints first increased and then decreased. A maximum failure load of 8017 N was attained when using a sleeve plunging speed of 80?mm?min?1. All joints fractured at the lap interface.  相似文献

本文研讨了镀铅钢板电阻点焊时,镀铅层的变化和它对接头性能的影响。试验结果表明,镀铅使焊接区的电流密度下降,析热量减少;焊后镀铅以片状或以“膜”的形式残留,在接头中这些均对接头的拉剪强度有影响。当采用大电流、短时间的强规范焊接时,能显著降低这种影响。  相似文献

目的研究铝铜异种材料的搅拌摩擦焊搭接工艺,揭示搭接接头界面行为演变的基本规律。方法对1mm的6061铝合金与1 mm的紫铜薄板进行搅拌摩擦焊搭接焊接,测试焊缝的力学性能,对焊缝组织进行分析。结果焊缝表面成形良好,焊缝内部无缺陷。接头的最高拉伸强度达到1447 N,观察拉伸接头断口形貌,发现断裂均发生在上层铝合金的热影响区。结论接头连接界面区域生成钩状"自锁紧"结构,这种钩状"自锁紧"结构增加了铝铜之间的有效接触面积,有利于提高焊缝连接强度。  相似文献

A 304 stainless steel plate was lap joined to a CP-Ti one by friction stir welding technique. Stainless steel was selected as the top member. Sound dissimilar joints were achieved using an advancing speed of 50 mm/min and rotation speeds in the range of 700–1100 rpm. A region of vortices of bimetallic weld of 304 stainless steel and CP-Ti was formed in the lap joint fabricated using the highest applied tool rotation speed; this was associated with plasticizing of both members with the aid of a double-shoulder tool. In addition, due to complex material flow, mechanical interlock features were shaped that consists of extruded stainless steel into the plasticized titanium region. A maximum shear strength value of ∼119 MPa was achieved; this was found to be close to that of CP-Ti. The lap joint was strengthened by the formation of vortices of bimetallic weld of 304 stainless steel and CP-Ti and mechanical interlock features at joint interface due to complex materials flow.  相似文献

Friction stir spot welding was done in transformation-induced plasticity steel sheets coated with zinc. The influence of tool rotational speed and dwell time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of lap-joints were investigated. After processing, different zones were formed in the joints. Microstructures in each zone depended on the welding conditions employed. Higher dwell time coupled with higher rotational speed promoted the deposition of a large amount of allotriomorphic ferrite beside the keyhole left by the pin. Coalesced bainite formation was stimulated by the deformation. Mechanical and chemical stabilization of the austenite occurred in different welding zones. Some zinc from the coating remained in the joint, in the stirring zone, representing a partial bonding between the steel sheets. The strength of the welds depended on a complex interaction between geometrical features, such as bonding ligament length and distance between the zinc and the keyhole left by the pin and the resultant microstructure in the stirring zone. The highest joint strength was observed for the “lowest tool rotational speed–highest dwell time” combination of welding parameters.  相似文献

目的研究新型包装防护技术对焊接件的防护效果及其对后续焊接、涂装等工艺的影响,解决常规包装无法解决的焊接部位腐蚀防护问题。方法通过自然环境暴露实验、中性盐雾实验对焊接件常规包装防护方式和改进后的新型包装防护方式,即PE袋密封包装、气相防锈袋和气相防锈袋+冷喷锌的防护效果进行对比研究。结果 30 d盐雾实验后,PE袋密封包装防护下焊接件基材、焊缝都出现了腐蚀迹象,其中焊缝部位相对于基材锈蚀更加严重。气相防锈袋密封包装防护下焊接件基材基本上无锈蚀,焊缝部位出现轻微腐蚀。气相防锈袋+冷喷锌包装防护下焊接件基材以及焊缝部位都相对完好,未出现任何锈蚀现象。结论常规的包装防护方式对焊接件基材有一定的保护作用,但是对焊接部位并不能起到较好的保护。改进后的气相防锈袋+冷喷锌包装防护方式综合了气相防锈技术和冷喷锌的双重优势,对焊接件的基材、焊缝及热影响区均具有较好的保护效果,且不影响后续的喷涂焊接工艺等,该组合型防护方式可有效应用到焊接件的海运包装防护中。  相似文献

目的研究焊接参数对焊缝成形和接头宏观组织的影响。方法改变焊接电流、焊接速度、焊接电压以及活性剂中的一个参数,固定其他3个参数不变,对奥氏体不锈钢进行焊接,分析其接头宏观形貌、组织和力学性能。结果随着电流、电压的增加,焊接接头的熔深和熔宽都在增加,随着焊接速度的增加,焊接接头的熔深和熔宽都在降低,在相同参数下,将不同活性剂下的A-TIG焊接头的熔深和熔宽进行比较,发现涂敷C4活性剂接头熔深最大达到4.29mm,而常规TIG焊接头熔深为1.38mm,涂敷C4活性剂的接头熔深为TIG焊的3.11倍,且熔宽也有所减小。结论 C4活性剂A-TIG最佳工艺参数为:I=175 A,U=14 V,v=80 mm/min,此时能将6 mm板材焊透,成形良好,在此工艺下焊缝等轴晶范围最大,焊缝组织最为细小。相比于TIG焊,涂敷C4活性剂接头强度系数提升4.1%。  相似文献

In the present work, the influence of process parameters such as welding current (I), welding speed (S), and flux coating density (F) on different aspects of weld bead geometry for example depth of penetration (DOP), bead width (BW), depth to width ratio (D/W), and weld fusion zone area (WA) were investigated by using the central composite design (CCD). 9–12% Cr ferritic stainless steel (FSS) plates were welded using A-TIG welding. It was observed that all input variables have a direct influence on the DOP, BW, and D/W. However, flux coating density has no significant effect on WA. Mathematical models were generated from the obtained responses to predict the weld bead geometry. An optimized DOP, BW, D/W, and WA of 6.95?mm, 8.76?mm, 0.80, and 41.99?mm2, respectively, were predicted at the welding current of 213.78 A, the welding speed of 96.22?mm/min, and the flux coating density of 1.99?mg/cm2. Conformity test was done to check the practicability of the developed models. The conformity test results were in good agreement with the predicted values. Arc constriction and reversal in Marangoni convection were considered as major mechanisms for the deep and narrow weld bead during A-TIG welding.  相似文献

采用激光诱导钨极惰性气体保护(tungsten inert gas, TIG)电弧焊接技术,在未添加任何夹层和镀层的条件下,通过优化工艺,获得了AZ31B镁合金和DP980高强钢高质量搭接焊接头,重点研究TIG电弧电流对焊接接头成形和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:电弧电流的增大会提高镁合金在高强钢的润湿铺展能力,提升焊缝宽度的同时减小润湿角。镁合金/钢焊接接头的最大拉伸载荷随着电弧电流的增大先升高后降低,接头断裂模式由沿界面断裂转变为沿焊缝断裂。当TIG电流为80 A、激光功率为350 W时,焊接接头最大平均拉伸载荷达到279 N/mm。焊缝宽度和界面层厚度的增大以及激光匙孔的钉扎作用共同提升了镁合金/钢的接头性能。  相似文献

Compositional modification of the weld metal during laser welding of electrogalvanized steel sheet was achieved by the injection of metal powder or by a technique in which zinc that had been volatilized as a result of the welding operation was redeposited on the weld bead. Corrosion testing by means of the linear polarization technique showed that the coating corrosion rate in the case of laser welds containing redeposited zinc was substantially lower for an initial period than for normal laser welds. Only a small decrease in corrosion rate was achieved by the injection of tool steel powder during laser welding while an increase in coating corrosion rate was produced by the injection of nickel powder or stainless steel powder  相似文献

目的 为了拓展搅拌摩擦焊技术应用,对薄板搭接结构高速搅拌摩擦焊工艺优化与工程应用提供 借鉴与指导。方法 采用圆锥无螺纹搅拌针,进行了 6061 铝合金薄板搭接高速搅拌摩擦焊接,对接头界 面缺陷及其断裂模式进行分析,探讨了转速对 6061 铝合金薄板搭接接头成形及性能的影响规律。结果 发现在无螺纹圆锥搅拌针、高转速(6000~9000 r/min)条件下,接头塑性金属在后退侧易形成飞边流出, 导致下板前进侧出现孔洞缺陷,且随转速增大,界面缺陷尺寸逐渐增大,当转速达到 10 000 r/min 时, 孔洞尺寸有所减小,此时接头拉剪强度最高,为 123 MPa。对试样拉剪断裂位置分析发现,高速搭接接 头断裂位置主要有两种,分别断裂在结合界面处或在前进侧下板,且转速在 9000 r/min 以上越趋向于在 结合界面断裂。结论 高转速搭接焊接必须协调轴肩相貌、焊接工装约束等条件,保证接头塑性金属充 分流动而不流失,才能获得成形良好无缺陷的接头。  相似文献

Stationary shoulder friction stir lap welding (SSFSLW) was employed to weld 2024 aluminum alloy. A coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian (CEL) model was developed to investigate the lap interface behavior during SSFSLW. Numerical results of material movement and equivalent plastic strain were in good agreement with the experimental work. With increasing welding speed, the distances from the hook tip to the top surface of the upper workpiece on the retreating side (RS) and the advancing side (AS) increase, while the distance between two wave-shaped alclads decreases. A symmetric interface bending is observed on the AS and the RS during plunging, while the interface bending on the AS is bigger than that on the RS during welding. The peak temperature of the interface on the AS is higher than that on the RS. The equivalent plastic strain gradually increases as the distance to the weld center decreases, and its peak value is obtained near the bottom of the weld.  相似文献

In this work,refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW) was used to weld 2 mm-thick 5083-O alloy.The Box–Behnken experimental design was used to investigate the effect of welding parameters on the joint lap shear property.Results showed that a surface indentation of 0.3 mm effectively eliminated the welding defects.Microhardness of the stir zone(SZ) was higher than that of the base material(BM) and the hardness decreased with increasing the heat input during welding.The optimum failure load of 7.72 k N was obtained when using rotating speed of 2300 rpm,plunge depth of 2.4 mm and refilling time of 3.5 s.Three fracture modes were obtained during the lap shear test and all were affected by the hook defect.  相似文献

In this study, mechanical properties of resistance spot welding of DP450 and DP600, galvanized and ungalvanized automotive sheets have been investigated. The specimens have been joined by resistance spot welding at different weld currents and times. Welded specimens have been examined for their mechanical, macrostructure and microstructure properties. Depending on the weld current and time, effects of zinc coating on tensile properties, microhardness values as well as microstructure nugget geometry and nucleus size ratio have been investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis has been used to investigate the phase that formed at the joint interface. Result of the experiment show that nugget diameter, indentation depth and tensile load-bearing capacity are affected by weld parameters. Coating prevents full joining at low parameters. Microhardness increased in heat-affected zone and weld metal.  相似文献

The microstructures and mechanical properties of friction stir welded Inconel 600 and SS 400 lap joints were evaluated in this study. Friction stir welding was carried out at a tool rotation speed of 200 rpm and a welding speed of 100 mm/min. Application of friction stir welding was notably effective in reducing the grain size of the stir zone, as a result, the average grain size of Inconel 600 was reduced from 20 μm in the base material to 8.5 μm in the stir zone. The joint interface between Inconel 600 and SS 400 was soundly welded without voids and cracks, and MC carbides with a size of 50 nm were partially formed in the region of the lap joint interface in Inconel 600. In addition, a hook from SS 400 was formed on the advancing side of the Inconel 600 alloy, which directly affected an increase in the peel strength of the weld. In this study, we systematically discussed the effect of friction stir welding on the evolution of the microstructures and mechanical properties of friction stir lap jointed Inconel 600 and SS 400.  相似文献
