研制基于太阳光源的车载被动差分光学吸收光谱(DOAS)系统在大气质量监测领域具有重要的意义。在分析该系统功能需求的基础上,提出该系统的总体设计思想和技术实现途径。系统通过在汽车上安装GPS模块和小型化的固定式被动DOAS系统完成硬件设计,采用C++ Builder 6.0语言编写具有自主知识产权的应用软件。外场实验表明,该系统操作方便、性能可靠,具有较好的应用推广前景。  相似文献

提出了步进驱动系统的最少拍闭环控制方法,开发出基于该方法的新型闭环步进位置控制系统。该系统既具有全闭环系统的控制精度,又具有开环系统的稳定性,并且具有很广的适用范围,可对多种类型的数控机床实现以低成本、高精度、高稳定性和优良的动态性能为特征的全闭环位置控制。该系统已在数十台国产数控机床上进行了应用,在复杂精密零件加工方面取得良好效果。  相似文献

文中以FPGA为核心设计基于DPSD算法的ACFM检测系统,实现对检测信号自适应滤波,提取幅值的功能。系统由探头、前端处理电路、FPGA、上位机软件组成,并基于FPGA设计DDS激励源。以不锈钢板为测试对象设计试验,验证系统性能。结果表明:系统针对微小裂纹具有良好的检出效果,且在系统稳定性、集成性及灵活性方面具有很好性能。  相似文献

以机械臂的驱动电机为研究对象,采用廉价的旋转电位器作为位置传感器,设计了基于单片机的直流电机位置闭环控制系统。首先,研究了直流电机的位置控制原理和实现方法,并提出了适用于该系统的力矩控制方式。然后,从设计指标出发,计算了电机的负载,选择了执行电机,并设计了系统的硬件电路和相应的控制程序。最后,重点对系统调试过程中出现的非线性问题进行了研究,针对机械产生的非线性问题提出了改进方案和补偿的方法,并应用到了系统实际设计中。成功实现了直流电动机在空载、负载这两种不同状态下的位置控制。  相似文献

This paper presents the implementation and vehicle tests of a vehicle longitudinal control scheme for Stop and Go cruise control. The control scheme consists of a vehicle-to-vehicle distance control algorithm and throttle/brake control algorithm for acceleration tracking. The desired acceleration of a vehicle for vehicle-to-vehicle distance control has been designed using Linear Quadratic optimal control theory. Performance of the control algorithm has been investigated via vehicle tests. A millimeter wave radar sensor has been used for distance measurement. A stepper motor and an electronic vacuum booster have been used for throttle/ brake actuators, respectively. It has been shown that the proposed control algorithm can provide satisfactory performance.  相似文献

An experimental and theoretical study of the operation of a model of a normal ultrasonic transducer for various acoustic loads has been performed. It has been established that, in the design of the transducer under study, a relatively thick adhesive layer between the piezoelectric plate and the wear plate abruptly reduces the operating (effective) signal frequency in the case of an immersion load. An equation for estimating the effective frequency for a transducer model has been obtained with allowance for the characteristics of such a layer.  相似文献

Shanghai Disheng Company has launched a new curing press which has original four sides of cold steel opening and can be two-way pressed. The positive window is 4200mm width and the 3900mm width of special filter belt and the conveyor belt with profiled surface flanging for power factory and mine can be pressed. The side window is lO00mm width and the synchronous belt andnormal belt below 1000mm width can be pressed. The 2700mm width sample machine with the same structure has been used for nearly three years in the factory of the company and has got good performance. The substantial improvement of the machine has been made on the original foundation and has met the design requirements. Currently, the press has been in regular production for 3 months, dozens of wide vacuum filter belts, synchronous belt and flat belt pressed have taken into normal use. This curing press for the conveyor belt solved the problems of high cost, high tonnage, dif- ficult to make, low accuracy, difficult for transportation, the cycle of installation and testing is long and occupy large areas and high vacancy rate. It is specially suitable for the small and me- dium rubber factory with small workshop, large varieties of products and small batch production. It creates a new design idea for curing press of the wide conveyor belt. This machine has high input-output ratio and is a new type of economic curing press.  相似文献

Virtual manufacturing, usually consisting of complete modeling and optimization, of a manufacturing process has recently become one of the research trends in the area of process designing and selection. With the aim to realize complete modeling of a ring rolling process, a complex actuation mechanism model of a heavy radial-axial ring rolling machine has been established in this study. Moreover, a self-modified computer program for controlling the real-time movements of two guide rollers and two conical rollers in a ring rolling process has been developed. An optimization objective function has been proposed for saving the rolling time, in which the slip rate is regarded as the state variable. With this function, the virtual ring rolling process for producing a titanium alloy ring with a rectangular section has been successfully conducted using the finite element method. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental findings. Thus, the feasibility of the proposed method has been demonstrated. The computational result also reveals that the proposed optimization method can reduce the rolling time by about 28%.  相似文献

Sliding wear rig     
As a preliminary to studies on cam and follower systems, a rotating cylinder on reciprocating flat wear rig has been developed. This has turned out to possess a number of useful characteristics not available in more conventional rigs. The rig has been particularly useful in that it has produced wear areas large enough for detailed comparison of a range of quantitative surface analysis methods. The axisymmetric contact problem for a spherical indenter and viscoelastic base has been considered within a cycle of increasing and decreasing of load. The loading-unloading cycle has been performed at a constant speed of indenter movment. The quasi-static approximation has been used. The study has been carried out according to linear viscoelasticity theory, while the material model allows one to take into account an arbitrary number of relaxation times. The dependence of load on the indenter on time has been defined. Expressions for determining the unknown boundary of the contact area in the loading–unloading process has been given. The hysteretic loop area at different values of the material relaxation time has been analyzed. The applicability of the offered analytical model of elastomer indentation experiments data processing has been discussed.  相似文献

The temperature and stress distributions in a disk under single braking have been studied. The finite-element method (FEM) has been used to obtain a numerical solution to the heat-conduction boundary problem for a steadily decelerated rotating disk heated in a local area of the working surface by a frictional heat flow. Given the temperature field, the finite-element method has been used to solve the corresponding quasistatic thermoelasticity boundary problem. The elastostatic boundary problem has been numerically solved separately for a disk loaded with distributed normal and shear stresses in the contact area. The complete field of stresses in the disk has been determined by adding up elastic and thermoelastic components. Numerical analysis has been performed for a cerametallic (FMC-11) pad—cast-iron (ChNMKh) disk friction couple.  相似文献

An integrated design and automated manufacturing system for making cabinet doors has been developed and implemented. A standard CAD package is used for designing the components and a CAM system, consisting of a modified industrial woodshaper and additional motion-control hardware, produces the components. A software environment has been developed to integrate both design and manufacturing functions. The system has been shown to reduce the time for designing and manufacturing a single door by a factor of four.  相似文献
