当前我国吸毒案件数量持续上升,毒品信息传播与贩毒途径多元化,境外毒潮严重威胁、犯罪手段和犯罪方式越来越呈现出组织化、现代化、暴力化和高技术化的趋势,禁毒斗争面临着严峻的形势,毒品检测的要求也越来越高,难度越来越大,在众多仪器检测方法中,色谱法及色谱-质谱联用法发挥着巨大的作用,尤其在毒品定性及定量检验中更是必不可少的,本文就目前各种色谱技术在国内外毒品检测中的应用;实际检验过程中的具体方法,如生物检材样品的前处理方法,操作技术和瓶颈;未来的发展方向进行介绍,分别介绍了薄层色谱(薄层色谱-质谱联用)、气相色谱(气相色谱-质谱联用)及液相色谱(液相色谱-质谱联用)技术。 相似文献

The enhanced degradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution was achieved by means of contact glow discharge electrolysis
(CGDE) through adding a small amount of Fe2+ to the solution. Methyl orange was degraded and eventually decomposed into inorganic carbon when CGDE was carried out under
an applied DC voltage of 480 V and a current of 65–80 mA. The oxidation process followed first-order kinetics; the degradation
rate increased almost eight times in the presence of Fe2+. A reaction pathway is proposed based on analysis of the ultraviolet (UV) spectra of the solution and intermediate products
from High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS). The addition of hydroxyl radicals promoted by the

采用高效液相色谱法,建立了祖师麻药材的HPLC特征图谱。色谱柱为C18(5μm:4.6 mm×250 mm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(9∶91)为流动相,流速0.9 m L/min,检测波长326 nm。特征图谱中有3个特征峰,以参照物祖师麻甲素的峰为S峰,其保留时间定为1,其他特征峰相对保留时间规定为:0.46(峰1)、0.79(峰2)、1.00(峰S)。经考察,所建立的祖师麻药材特征图谱耐用性较好,能很好的控制祖师麻药材的质量。 相似文献
