This study analyzed and organized the content coverage of the clinical care classification (CCC) system to represent nursing record data in a medical center in Taiwan. The nursing care plan was analyzed using the process of knowledge discovery in the data set. The nursing documentation was mapped based on the full list of nursing diagnoses and interventions available using the CCC system. The result showed that 75.45% of the documented diagnosis terms can be mapped using the CCC system. A total of 21 established nursing diagnoses were recommended for inclusion in the CCC system. The results also showed that 30.72% of assessment/monitor tasks and 31.16% of care/perform tasks were provided by nursing professionals, whereas manage/refer actions accounted for 15.36% of the tasks involved in nursing care. The results showed that the CCC system is a suitable clinical information system for the majority of nursing care documentation, and is useful for determining the patterns in nursing practices. 相似文献

为了对高速公路护栏系统开展全面的冲击动力学分析及其优化设计,建立了高速公路波形梁护栏系统受冲击荷载作用的有限元模型,并对建立的护栏系统模型进行了合理性的检验.采用FEMB软件作为前处理软件,首先根据行业规范建立起包含波形护栏梁、防阻块以及立柱的护栏系统有限元模型,将建立好的三跨缩比护栏系统的有限元模型在冲击条件下与相应的冲击试验进行对比分析,检验了模型的有效性.由于真实护栏系统是多跨连续的,通过对比不同跨数的模型在冲击条件下的结果,确定了足够反映真实多跨连续护栏的合理跨数.结果表明,建立的有限元模型可准确有效地反映真实护栏系统的特性,可用于护栏系统的冲击动力学分析及其优化设计. 相似文献

Abstract The study reported in this paper developed and evaluated a web-based concept map testing system for science students. Thirty-eight Taiwanese high school students were involved and it was found that their performance on the system was not significantly related to their achievement as measured by traditional standard tests. Their views about the use of the system, in general, were positive. An analysis of students' future use of the system and their motivation and learning strategies revealed that those with more critical thinking metacognitive activities and an effort regulation management strategy showed more willingness to use the online testing system. Moreover, students with high test anxiety showed a preference to be tested through the system. 相似文献

A time-efficient, cost-effective, and accurate system has been developed for measuring static three-dimensional joint coordinates in the laboratory. This system uses a personal computer interface to determine the distance between transmitters positioned at body joints and receivers positioned near the subject by measuring the travel time of ultrasound. Distance data are then converted to spatial coordinates and joint angles. The system can determine the location of 14 joints at one time. An experiment using three distances and five orientations between a transmitter and a receiver was performed to investigate the significance of measurement errors for the new system. The results showed that the standard deviation of the distance measurement was about 0.2 cm for single orientation conditions and was about 1 cm for all conditions tested. A second experiment using 11 transmitters and four receivers was performed to investigate the significance of measurement errors when determining three-dimensional coordinates. The results showed no significant difference between actual and measured coordinates. The system was then used to study the posture of a subject's upper extremity. Eight postures representing a variety of typical reaching tasks were examined. The results showed that the system was suitable for three-dimensional posture measurement. 相似文献
