越来越多的我国中小型软件企业认识到员工的知识是企业最有价值的资产,而且在企业中实施知识管理是十分必要的。首先概括了这些企业在知识管理方面的现状,提出了一个适用于中小型软件企业的知识管理体系,说明了知识管理与CMM/CMMI的关系,并给出了知识管理与软件过程管理的结合模型,介绍了一个软件企业知识管理系统的模型框架,分享了实施知识管理的一些经验。  相似文献

本文针对知识管理在软件测试领域的具体应用,提出了一个基于本体的软件测试知识管理模型,其关注的主要对象是软件测试过程中产生的具有高知识密集性的创造性文档。该模型的主要思想是:将软件测试知识分为个人知识和组织知识,并以本体索引的自由文本为软件测试知识的方式得以表示和组织,然后根据SWEBOK软件测试领域本体得到分类保存,最终目的是协助软件测试知识以“知识螺旋”的方式得以共享和重用。  相似文献

Although numerous studies have discussed the importance of the relationship between knowledge management and software process improvement (SPI), a research gap still exists in relation to how the specific role of knowledge sharing influences successful SPI implementation. This study advances our knowledge by developing an innovative model for exploring the impact of knowledge sharing on SPI success, the impact of knowledge sharing in specific organizational cultures, and how the support of top management specifically influences the path to SPI success. To empirically test the model, this study adopts the statistical technique of partial least squares (PLS) to analyze 118 samples collected from SPI-certified Taiwanese organizations. The results suggest that clan-type organizational culture has a stronger association with knowledge sharing than hierarchy-type in the context of SPI success. SPI knowledge sharing is found to be a mediator of both clan culture and top management support in the context of SPI success. The findings also include the implication to improve our knowledge about how organizational culture and top management support drive effective knowledge sharing on the way to SPI success.  相似文献

In most companies two factors play a crucial role: managing the knowledge that is necessary for doing business and managing the hardware and software infrastructure that supports the business processes. Usually, business processes and infrastructure are not optimally aligned.

We investigate how principles from knowledge management can be applied to enable the creation, consolidation, conservation and continuous actualization of knowledge about valuable software systems (“software assets”) that are part of the infrastructure.

Our point of departure is a generic framework for knowledge creation proposed by Von Krogh, Ichijo and Nonaka. We investigate the explicit and tacit knowledge about software assets that may exist in an organization and specialize the framework to obtain a strategy for creating new knowledge about these software assets. By applying this strategy, one can optimize the quality and the flexibility of the software assets while reducing costs.  相似文献

Organizational Learning (OL) is important for a firm’s productivity growth. According to some literatures, information and communication technology do not support organizational learning and therefore not enhanced productivity. This research however has demonstrated that in the case of manufacturing companies some computer-based systems representing organizational knowledge—knowledge management systems (KMS) do support organizational learning. For OL to take place through KMS, our findings suggest that a deliberate organizational learning structure must be in place within the organization. This article demonstrates how knowledge management systems deliberately developed and implemented by management, can support the development of operating routines for manufacturing industries. KMS, if deliberately implemented for the purpose of empowering employee participation, may be a supporting mechanism for process and product improvement and innovation in manufacturing organizations. Such a structure may results, as our case demonstrates, in a dynamic and iterative employee—management knowledge development process resulting in productivity enhancement.  相似文献

This paper considers the use of social learning networks to increase the productivity of IT consulting companies. We advocate that using a carefully designed social learning network can reduce the learning time for enterprise software developers and consultants. By viewing learning as a social act, a consulting company can increase its productivity. Increased productivity is based on hastening the learning process. The focus of this paper is to identify the ways in which social networks catalyze the process of knowledge sharing in order to increase the productivity in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting sector. We present a set of detailed practical results that were obtained from experiments with an original knowledge sharing method that was applied to training young software developers to enable them to work for some of the world’s most demanding IT companies. The experimental data were collected from 2004 to 2011 during 12 training sessions conducted by an IBM partner in conjunction with the Computer Science Department of a large Eastern European University. The main results of this study were: (1) designed a learning community that reduced the time needed to insert junior consultants into ERP projects; and (2) statistical data were generated that measured the increase in productivity that an ERP consulting company could obtain by employing organizational learning networks. We also discuss the positive impacts of social networks that can be established between private companies and universities.  相似文献

As knowledge becomes an increasingly valuable and important organizational asset, many firms anticipate that implementing the knowledge management systems (KMS) will effectively support and enhance organizational knowledge management activities. Even some firms regard KMS as an emerging and powerful source of competitive advantages.However, the implementation of KMS differs from that of traditional enterprise information systems. The implementation of KMS is difficult and risky since these systems are unstructured and so technologically innovative. Thus, effort is required to identify determinants affecting KMS implementation in businesses.Based on innovation diffusion theory and technology-organization-environment framework, this study develops and tests an integrated model of knowledge management systems implementation for businesses. Survey data were collected from 291 businesses in Taiwan. Confirmatory factor analysis and logistic regression technique were used test the hypothesized relationships. The results show that technological innovation factors (perceived benefits, complexity, and compatibility), organizational factors (top management support, organizational culture), and environmental factors (competitive pressure) are significant influences on KMS implementation in firms. Finally, the implications and future research on KMS implementation are discussed.  相似文献

During the epoch of knowledge-based economy and knowledge management, teachers must learn in order to improve professional development. The paper discusses on the problems of teacher professional development in China, and analyze on the relationship among teacher learning, teacher professional development and school knowledge management. From the perspective of schools, this study develops school knowledge management framework to facilitate teacher learning and improve teacher professional development, in the basis of this framework, schools’ knowledge management strategies are presented, and provide references for administrators of schools. The result reveals the knowledge management strategies to improve teacher professional development, including school organizational reforger and knowledge leaders, constructing learning school and organization learning culture, establishing teacher knowledge management system of teacher professional development, encouraging team learning, teaching cooperation and knowledge sharing, establishing performance assessment mechanism of knowledge applications and development.  相似文献
