目的:评价彩色多普勒超声诊断绝经后阴道出血的效用,对比良恶性疾病的超声表现,总结超声诊断经验。方法:2016年10月-2017年12月,筛选符合条件绝经后阴道出血就诊的对象214例,最终诊断为恶性病变45例,均为子宫内膜癌,其余159例诊断为良性病变。结果:恶性组子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉PS、宫腔容积高于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。四种方法灵敏度均在75%以下,腹部超声特异度相对较低。超声复查灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率均达到最高水平,分别为73.3%、96.2%、84.6%、92.7%、91.2%。结论:彩色多普勒超声可作为绝经后阴道出血病因的初步诊断方法,有较高的特异性,能够详细的评估子宫内膜形态、厚度辅助诊断,值得推广。  相似文献

目的:观察与探究高频彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像在乳腺癌诊断中应用效果。方法:选取2013年11月-2016年11月期间于本院就诊及治疗的200例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各有100例患者,对对照组患者给予高频彩色多普勒超声诊断,对观察组患者给予超声弹性成像诊断,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果:观察组患者的临床诊断敏感度、特异度、诊断准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值(83.00%、90.00%、86.00%、87.00%、87.00%)与对照组患者(62.00%、73.00%、67.00%、65.00%、71.00%)相对比,组间差异比较明显(P0.05),观察组患者的漏诊率(17.00%)与对照组患者(38.00%)相对比,组间差异比较明显(P0.05)。结论 :与使用高频彩色多普勒超声诊断相比,使用超声弹性成像诊断乳腺癌的效果更佳。  相似文献

目的:分析CT血管造影术(CTA)在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性选择2021年8月-2023年8月在本院接受CTA检查、冠脉造影(CAG)检查的92例冠心病患者进行临床研究,以CAG检查作为诊断金标准,计算CTA对冠脉狭窄、左冠状动脉分叉病变的诊断价值。结果:以CAG为金标准,CTA的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、Kappa值分别为94.41%、94.81%、94.64%、93.14%、95.78%、0.891。将CAG作为金标准,前降支、右冠脉、回旋、左主干的检出率分别为95.05%、95.07%、92.52%、93.10%,冠脉CTA与CAG对不同部位的检出率差异显著(P<0.05)。CTA对左冠状动脉中重度狭窄病变诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、Kappa值分别为88.10%、94.00%、91.30%、92.50%、90.38%、0.824。左冠脉狭窄患者中,CTA检出斑块247个,其中钙化斑块、非钙化斑块、混合斑块分别为55、105、88个,中重度冠脉狭窄、轻度冠脉狭窄患者非钙化斑块、混合斑块发生率依次降低,...  相似文献

目的:探讨超声BI-RADS分级在乳腺良恶性结节中的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年3月在我院行乳腺超声检查BI-RADS分级诊断为3-5级的患者95例,结节127个进行分析,随访患者穿刺活检或手术病理检查结果,将其作为诊断金标准进行对比分析。结果:和病理检查相比,超声BI-RADS分级对乳腺结节诊断的敏感度为88.2%(30/34),特异度为95.3%(81/85),准确度为87.4%(111/127),阳性预测值为71.4%(30/42),阴性预测值为87.1%(81/93)。结论:应用超声BI-RADS分级可有效鉴别乳腺结节的良恶性。  相似文献

目的:分析甲状腺癌通过高频彩超检查进行早期诊断的临床价值。方法:本研究共146例研究对象,均为2017年12月至2020年12月来我院检查的疑似甲状腺癌患者,患者均行高频彩超与二维超声检查。将病理学检查作为参照标准,比较检查结果。结果:在阳性预测值上,高频彩超检查97.56%略高于二维超声检查93.33%(P0.05);在检出率、准确率、敏感度、特异度以及阴性预测值上,高频彩超检查95.21%、96.77%、96.77%、86.36%、82.61%明显高于二维超声检查77.40%、79.03%、79.03%、68.18%、36.59%(P0.05)。在Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级血流占比上,高频彩超检查13.70%、31.51%低于二维超声检查29.45%、52.05%;在Ⅲ级血流占比上,高频彩超检查54.79%高于二维超声检查18.49%(P0.05)。在阻力指数与动脉收缩期峰值速度上,高频彩超检查明显高于二维彩超检查(P0.05)。结论:高频彩超用于甲状腺癌的早期诊断价值理想,其敏感度和特异度较高,临床可进一步推广运用。  相似文献

目的:研究冠心病用64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的诊断价值。方法:选择2016年5月至2017年2月本院接诊的冠心病病患70例,患者都接受CT冠状动脉成像与冠状动脉造影检查,将冠脉造影检查的结果作为金标准,综合分析冠心病用CT冠状动脉成像的诊断价值。结果:诊断冠状动脉狭窄时,CT冠状动脉成像检查法的敏感性达88.71%、特异性达89.92%、阳性预测值达89.43%、阴性预测值达89.23%,和冠状动脉造影检查的结果无显著差异,P0.05。结论:于冠心病的临床诊断工作中积极应用64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查法,可确保诊断结果的准确性,十分安全可靠。  相似文献

目的:探究高分辨CT检查对肺部结节患者原位癌及浸润性癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法:将2021年4月至2022年4月苏州市第九人民医院收治的90例肺部结节患者作为研究对象,对所有患者采用高分辨CT检查,然后进行病理检查,分析相较于病理检查,高分辨CT检查原位癌及浸润性癌鉴别的诊断结果及诊断价值,包括准确率、阳性预测值和阴性预测值、诊断灵敏度、特异度以及AUC等;根据高分辨CT扫描结果,将所有患者分为原位癌组以及浸润性癌组,比较原位癌组以及浸润性癌组患者的结节病理特征。结果:病理检查中发现原位癌患者48例,浸润性癌患者42例;高分辨CT检查中发现原位癌患者41例,浸润性癌患者49例。高分辨CT检查诊断的灵敏度为87.78%(79/90),阳性预测值为4.88%(2/41),阴性预测值为18.37%(9/49);高分辨CT诊断原位癌的AUC值为0.96,95%CI为0.90-0.99,灵敏度88.76%,特异度为91.43%;原位癌组与浸润性癌组密度、大小、混合性磨玻璃结节、血管牵拉征、边缘分叶差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而两组部位、血管增粗及血管位置差异均无统计学意义(均P>...  相似文献

探讨新型立式网状宫内节育器(new three-dimensional and reticular intrauterine device,NTDR-IUD)对正常子宫肌电和内膜容受性的影响。制作3种规格(短、中及长)的IUD,放置在成年雌性新西兰大白兔子宫内,按常规无菌手术在耻骨联合正中切口切开腹壁,应用电生理仪进行子宫肌电检测。放置NTDRIUD后,慢波频率加快,平均振幅增大,单波最大振幅增大,频率加快;短、中及长NTDR-IUD使兔子宫肌电爆发波的持续时间逐渐延长,最大振幅增大;10只正常对照组合笼1月后均妊娠,短NTDR-IUD组有5只在未被IUD占据的部位发现兔胎,中NTDR-IUD组有2只发现兔胎,长NTDR-IUD组未发现兔胎。妊娠只数长NTDR-IUD组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);短NTDR-IUD组与对照组及长NTDR-IUD组比较,均有统计学意义(P=0.033),中等长度NTDR-IUD组与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P=0.001)。NTDR-IUD通过干扰子宫肌电参与避孕,其避孕效果与IUD大小有关。  相似文献

目的:观察和分析采用多普勒彩超对下肢深静脉血栓进行诊断的临床情况。方法:随机择取自2015年02月-2016年02月期间,在市人民医院超声科进行就诊的下肢深静脉血栓疑似患者60例。分别对他们采用常规超声检查以及多普勒彩超检查进行临床诊断,并就两种方法的检查结果进行统计学比较和分析。结果:以病理检查为标准,在检出符合率、阴性预测值、敏感度方面,多普勒彩超(93.33%,42.86%,92.98%)同常规超声检查(81.67%,21.43%,80.70%)之间均存在明显的差异(P0.05)。在阳性预测值、特异度方面,则无对比差异性(P0.05)。结论 :下肢深静脉血栓应用多普勒彩超的检出率和准确率高,诊断效果好,临床应用价值高。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
