Lanthanum hydroxide/graphene oxide nanocomposites(La(OH)_3/GO) modified by octadecylamine(OCA), oleylamine(OLA), and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) were prepared, respectively, as the base oil additives. The dispersion stability of different modified La(OH)_3/GO in base oil was studied by means of centrifugation. The tribological properties of oleophilic La(OH)_3/GO in base oil were investigated using an UMT ball-disc tribometer. The micro-morphology and chemical composition of the worn surface were characterized by 3 D laser microscope, SEM, EDS, XPS, and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. The wettability performance of the worn surface was also studied based on the contact angle measurements. The test results showed that the OLA-La(OH)_3/GO nanocomposites had good dispersion stability in base oil. The anti-wear performance of base oil was improved significantly by the addition of OLA-La(OH)_3/GO nanocomposites. The characterizations of worn surface showed that the OLA-La(OH)_3/GO nanocomposites could form the metal oxide and graphene protective films effectively on the friction interface and thus increased the oil wettability of the worn surface, thereby resulting in an improved wear resistance.  相似文献

以泰州中海沥青为原料,SBS为改性剂,通过加入少量增容剂、偶联剂,采用物理分散、化学改 性的方法研制出反应性SBS改性沥青。反应性SBS必性沥青符合我国JTJ036-1998标准,SBS加入量仅为4%即可达到软化点81.5℃、弹性恢复(25℃)95%以上的良好性能。反应性SBS必性沥青具有良好的热储存稳定性,长期高温储存(163℃,8天)未发生离析。利用荧光显微照相技术研究了反应性和非反应性SBS必性沥青微观结构,结果表明二者的微观结构存在显著差异。  相似文献

通过加入相容剂和稳定剂来稳定SBS在沥青中的分散,制备贮存稳定性良好的SBS改性沥青,并探讨其稳定定理。研究表明,相容剂能够溶胀SBS的硬嵌段--聚苯乙烯微区,有利于SBS在沥青中均匀分散,稳定剂能够引发SBS交联形成网络结构和沥青接枝到SBS上,稳定SBS在沥青中的分散,形成宏观均匀稳定的体系。  相似文献

反应型聚硅氧烷改性聚氨酯水分散体的合成及性能   总被引:5,自引:4,他引:1  
采用N-[(1,1-二甲基-2-乙酰基)乙基]-β-二羟乙氨基丙酰胺(DDP)和双羟丙基封端聚硅氧烷(PDS)合成了反应型聚硅氧烷改性聚氨酯水分散体。测定了水分散体的黏度、表面张力、粒径、粒径分布及储存稳定性;观察了水分散体中粒子的聚集状态及胶膜断面的相分离形态;研究了水分散体成膜后胶膜的耐水和耐溶剂性能、凝胶含量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及热失重情况。实验结果表明,水分散体的黏度及表面张力随DDP含量的增加而增大,加入PDS后水分散体的黏度及表面张力减小;加入DDP和PDS均能提高胶膜的热稳定性;成膜时的交联反应及加入PDS显著提高了膜的耐水、耐溶剂性能和凝胶含量等性能,与聚氨酯水分散体相比,吸水率最大下降了45.83%,吸甲苯率最大下降了15.53%,凝胶质量分数最大增加了9.62%。  相似文献

比较了直接添加LDPE、SBS改性沥青与LDPE/SBS熔融共混物改性沥青的高温储存稳定性,并利用光学显微镜观察了各种改性沥青在高温下随时间的变化,结果表明:直接添加LDPE,SBS所得到的改性沥青,其高温储存稳定性很差,在反应剂加入后得到了一定程度的改善,而采用预先制备LDPE/SBS共混物,再将其添加到沥青中,在反应剂存在的条件下,所得到的改性沥青能够在高温下稳定储存,同时,相形态观察也表明,直接添加改性沥青,无论加入反应剂与否,都存在聚合物颗粒聚集现象,而共混物改性沥青的高温相形态则不随时间变化,这一点与稳定性测试结果相吻合。  相似文献

Three different types of storage stability of SBS modified asphalts were investigated by hot storage test. It's found that during hot storage the performance of SBS modified asphalt deteriorated although phase separation didn't happen. Mechanism of storage stability of SBS modified asphalt was discussed. The different hot storage stability of three SBS modified asphalts could be well interpreted with the interface layer principle. Based on the interface layer principle, a new way that asphalt was chemically modified by SBS was put forward to improve hot storage stability and other using performances. The results indicated that the asphalt chemically modified by SBS had good hot storage stability and other using performances were significantly improved. Fluorescence microscopy was used to study SBS modified asphalt phase morphology, and the SBS chemically modified asphalt showed two interlocked continuous phases.  相似文献
