针对电流互感器现场介损测试易受电磁干扰的特点,在常规试验基础上,分别进行了高压试验和变频试验.适当提高试验电压和改变试验电压频率的试验方法,均可比较有效排除电磁场的干扰,从而获得可信的介损值.通过对比两组试验数据发现,高压法测试电压较高且不易操作,而变频法却可在较低的试验电压下就获得更加稳定可靠的介损值,且易于操作,因而可以在现场介损测试中广泛推广. 相似文献

The electric field dependence of tanδ in oil-film composite insulating system sometimes has a peak and then decreases. This is known as the Garton effect. It is caused by the fact that at high voltages, the contribution of carriers in oil to the conduction loss does not last through an entire alternating field cycle. Since the separation of the loss current from the extremely large capacitive current is usually very difficult, the nonlinear ac dissipation current waveform caused by the Garton effect has not been measured. The authors developed a new method for the measurement of high-field ac dissipation current in polymeric insulating materials. This technique was applied to the detection of nonlinear dissipation current and its waveform in oil-film composite insulating system associated with the Garton effect. A current control scheme based on programmed PWM switching patterns is presented for AC motor drives. In this scheme, reference and feedback current correspondence is maintained with simultaneous optimization of a performance objective. The proposed scheme overcomes the disadvantages of the existing current regulators using the direct control approach and exhibits several advantages in terms of reduced switching frequency, minimum current/torque ripple, higher efficiency, and improved performance in the AC motor drive. 准确测量配电网对地电容电流是确定消弧补偿及其容量的重要依据,为此研制了基于扫频法配电网电容电流测量装置,其工作原理是在消弧线圈电压互感器(TV)二次侧注入一方波变频电压,通过检测TV二次侧电流与所注入电压是否同相位来确定配电网对地电容与消弧线圈电感的并联谐振频率,进而求出对地电容电流。该装置由扫频信号发生源和控制器组成,其中扫频信号发生源是基于IGBT、直流侧电压为300 V的单相逆变器,用于向系统注入一方波变频电压;控制器采用混合信号片上系统(SoC)——C8051F 020单片机,用于产生递增变频控制信号,该控制信号经光耦隔离、放大电路驱动,以控制IGBT通断。利用EMTDC/PSCAD仿真和物理试验,对装置有效性进行验证,结果表明装置测量误差小于2%。 相似文献

Partial discharge (PD) within voids in a solid insulating system is a symptom and/or a direct cause of deterioration of a generator winding. It is reported that PD is a very short duration current and/or voltage pulse, about 1 to 5 ns. Generally PD emits an electromagnetic wave which is a broadband range signal (≈ gigahertz). Therefore, we developed a new system for detecting the electromagnetic wave, especially microwaves (gigahertz) associated with a material defect of the winding. From the point of view of preventing accidents of insulation breakdown, it is important to assess the condition of the winding. We applied our system to a dielectric breakdown test to learn the relation between the characteristics of the microwaves and the insulation condition of the winding. The dielectric breakdown test is believed to be useful for estimating the minimum breakdown voltage which is a criterion of the insulation condition of the winding. A water tree is one aspect of the degradation of XLPE cables used for underground distribution or transmission lines. We have developed the loss current method using the third harmonic in AC loss current for cable diagnosis. The harmonic components in loss current arise as a result of the nonlinear voltage– current characteristics of water trees. We confirmed that the third harmonic in the AC loss current has good correlation with respect to water tree growth and breakdown strength. After that, we applied this method to the actual 66‐kV XLPE cable lines. Up to now, results on over 130 lines have been obtained. In the case of cable lines terminated at gas‐insulated switchgear (GIS), we have to remove the lightning arrestor (LA) and the potential transformer (PT) from the test circuit. The reason is that we are afraid that each LA and PT disturbs the degradation signal from cable lines. It requires extra time (1 or 2 days) and costs more to remove the LA and PT in GIS from a circuit. In order to achieve easy and reasonable diagnosis, we have developed a new method for cable lines terminated at GIS by utilizing a technique that enables one to cancel the signal of the LA and PT from disturbed signal of the cable lines. 为了更准确地求得容性设备的介质损耗因素(tanδ),提高相对比较法的抗干扰能力,提出一种基于相对比较法的滤波算法。利用相关函数的滤波性,通过将选取的两设备泄漏电流分别与标准基波相关,对泄漏电流先进行滤波处理,然后再利用互相关函数的时延特性求得设备介质损耗,从而使得算法更加精确。算例分析结果表明,该方法正确,抗干扰能力更强,具有较高的精度。在谐波干扰一定的情况下不断增加环境干扰,即使在信噪比低至5 d B的情况下也能正确运行,有一定的实际应用价值。 相似文献

Space charge measurements form a recognized test for the characterization of insulating materials. The present paper is concerned with the determination of space charge in dielectric films for capacitors. We develop a new measuring technique inspired by thermal step method (TSM). Its originality is the use of an alternative thermal excitation so that the technique can be called alternative thermal wave method (ATWM). The equipment employed to generate alternative thermal excitations (sine or triangle) is described. The upper limit of the efficient frequency range is 10 Hz.
