为了解决冷轧薄板板形识别问题,采用基于图像处理的方法,对图像进行直方图均衡化,使处理后的图像对比度、图像边界的清晰度有了很大的提高,并在此基础上再进行形态学增强,改善图像效果.对于处理后的图像利用canny算子提取其边缘,利用图像的均值、方差和对比度的统计特征作为BP神经网络分类器的输入进行缺陷特征分类.根据上述方法进行了板形识别系统的硬件、软件设计,实际应用表明,该方法可以有效地识别出常见的板形缺陷.  相似文献

介绍了一种用于接触式分段板形仪的板形检测信号处理方法及处理流程.用该方法处理板形检测信号不需要计算带钢在板形仪上形成的包角.该法编制成程序后,作为一个模块被应用在一台可逆冷轧机的板形控制系统中.轧机投入运行后,生产稳定,并取得了良好的板形控制效果,平均板形偏差控制在5I以下,表明该方法是稳定、有效的,可以用于工业生产.  相似文献

残余应力的不均匀分布是影响板形的根本原因。为了深入了解冷轧带钢残余应力的分布情况,文章采用X射线衍射法对在不同轧制条件下冷轧后带钢的残余应力进行了测量分析,研究了残余应力沿板厚方向的变化、张力对残余应力分布的影响以及残余应力与板形的关系。研究的结论对制定与完善板带轧制规程、提高板形质量具有重要意义。  相似文献

The dynamic model of cold rolling mill based on strip flatness and thickness integrated control was proposed,containing the following sub-models:the rolling process model,the dynamic model of rolls along axial direction,and the compensation model.Based on the rule of volume flow rate,the dynamic rolling process model was built.The work roll and backup roll were taken as elastic continuous bodies,the effect of shear and moment of inertia were taken into consideration,and then the dynamic model of rolls was built.The two models were coupled together,and the dynamic model of rolling mill was built.In the dynamic model,the thermal expansion of the rolls,the wear of the rolls and other related parameters can not be considered.In order to compensate the dynamic model,the coupled static model of rolls and strip was applied.Then,according to the inner relationship of these models,the dynamic model and the compensation model were coupled,and the dynamic model of rolling mill based on the strip flatness and thickness integrated control was built.The dynamic simulation of the rolling process was made,and the dynamic thickness and the dynamic flatness information were obtained.This model not only provides a theory basis for the virtual rolling,but also provides a platform for the application of advanced control theory.  相似文献

A high-precision shape detecting system of cold rolling strip is developed to meet industrial application, which mainly consists of the shape detecting roller, the collecting ring, the digital signal processing (DSP) shape signal processing board and the shape control model. Based on the shape detecting principle, the shape detecting roller is designed with a new integral structure for improving the precision of shape detecting and avoiding scratching strip surface. Based on the DSP technology, the DSP shape signal processing circuit board is designed and embedded in the shape detecting system for the reliability and stability of shape signal processing. The shape detecting system was successfully used in Angang 1 250 mm HC 6-high reversible cold rolling mill. The precision of shape detecting is 0.2 I and the shape deviation is controlled within 6 I after the close loop shape control is input.  相似文献

通过四球摩擦学试验分析纳米添加剂对板带钢冷轧乳化液摩擦学性能的影响;在不同润滑条件下进行冷轧试验,分析纳米添加剂对冷轧过程和轧后带钢表面质量的影响。结果表明,含纳米添加剂的轧制乳化液与传统轧制乳化液相比,其承载能力和抗磨减摩性能均有所改善;带钢冷轧过程中采用含纳米添加剂的轧制乳化液进行润滑,可有效降低轧制压力和轧机功率、减少能耗,并且轧后带钢表面质量也有明显改观。  相似文献

A study on roll gap profile (strip profile) control was accomplished in a 1700 mm single-stand temper mill. Some critical problems such as the deviation of work roll contour caused by grinding and wear, the effectiveness of work roll bending were discussed. Using a finite element model, the effects of roll contours (ground and wear) on strip profile were investigated. The roll bending effect on strip thickness was also analyzed. It is pointed out that there are some special features of flatness control in the temper mill: during temper rolling, roll deformation is slight due to small rolling load, and the loaded roll gap profile mainly depends on work roll contour, while the backup roll has a little effect on gap crown; the effect of bending force on gauge can not be ignored due to the coupling between flatness control and gauge control. A new roll contour arrangement adaptable to the mill was presented and has been put into practical production. The application of the new set of rolls showed some good results: larger crown control range of work roll bender, higher rolling stability, better strip profile and flatness quality.  相似文献

The roll contour pattern and variety of work and backup rolls in service and its effect on profile and flatness control performance in 1 700 mm hot strip mill at Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation were tested and analyzed by the developed finite element models of different typical roll contours configurations. A rather smooth local work roll contour near strip edges and an increase in rolled length can be obtained by application of long stroke work roll shifting system with conventional work roll contours that is incapable of the crown control. In comparison with the conventional backup and work roll contours configuration, the crown control range by the roll bending force enhances by 12.79% and the roll gap stiffness increases by 25.26% with the developed asymmetry self-compensating work rolls(ASR) and varying contact backup rolls(VCR). A better strip profile and flatness quality, an increase in coil numbers within the rolling campaign and a significant alleviated effect of severe work roll wear contours on performance of edge drop control are achieved by the application of ASR with crown control and wear control ability in downstream stand F5 and VCR in all stands of 1 700 mm hot strip mill.  相似文献

Backup roll contour of a SmartCrown tandem cold rolling mill   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
SmartCrown was a new system developed by VAI for improving the strip profile and flatness control first applied in 1700mm tandem cold rolling mills at Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Corporation (WISCO). After tracing and testing, the application of the conventional crown backup roll matching the SmartCrown work roll of the production mill led to heavy and nonuniform wear, and the edge spalling of the backup roll often occurred. A 3-dimension finite element model of roll stacks was established, which was used to analyze the above-mentioned problems, and it was found that the main reason was the highly nonuniform contact pressure distribution between the work roll and the backup roll. A new FSR (flexible shape backup roll) was developed and applied in 1700mm tandem cold rolling mills. A lot of good actual effects of FSR, such as evident improvement in profile and flatness of strips,non-occurring edge spalling, wear uniform, and remarkable decrease in roll consumption were validated by long-term industrial applications.  相似文献
