在切削过程中,RCF铣刀容易出现刀具磨损,甚至疲劳断裂。分屑槽槽型的设计对RCF铣刀的切削性能具有重要影响,但目前缺乏RCF铣刀分屑槽槽型对刀具性能影响的研究。对此,本文推导出RCF65型铣刀刀齿重叠率公式、分屑槽槽宽计算公式及槽深取值范围;利用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立RCF65型铣刀模型;应用AdvantEdge有限元分析软件分别对三种分屑槽槽型的刀具进行仿真研究,分析了不同分屑槽槽型对刀具在切削中的温度、切削力和应力的影响,找到了刀具易疲劳断裂区域。结果表明,RCF65半月型分屑槽铣刀性能最优。 相似文献

Outer cycloid gears are used widely in many instruments and machines. The outer cycloid slotting cutter is an important cutting
tool used in the manufacturing of this type of gear. In the process of design, the ideal outer cycloid cutter is one where
a cylindrical surface takes the tooth profile of the outer cycloid as the directrix. However, during the manufacturing process,
it is used as a cutter and therefore a cutting edge is required. As a result, it will be seen that the processes of design
and usage of the outer cycloid cutter are not the same. The range of the qualified length of tooth is deduced in this paper
by using the mid-point and mid-line method. This paper also presents the associated outer cycloid slotting cutter design and
manufacturing models so that the modelling accuracy and the necessary relief angles of the top cutting edge and side cutting

Tool wear degradation and working status of slotting cutter have a great effect on the surface quality of rotor slot; therefore, tool condition monitoring and its degradation estimation are needed for guaranteeing slot machining quality. This paper proposes a two-phase method based on acoustic emission (AE) signal classification and logistic regression model for slotting cutter condition monitoring and its degradation estimation. In the first phase, the failure reliability estimation models corresponding to different machining processes are established considering the variability of process system like tool regrinding times and material randomness of workpiece. In the second phase, the most appropriate estimation model corresponding to the optimum cluster is selected and used for failure reliability estimation and status determination of slotting cutter. This approach has been validated on a CNC rotor slot machine in a factory. Experimental results show that the proposed method can be effectively used for cutting tool degradation estimation and status determination of slotting cutter with high accuracy. 相似文献

刀具在加工过程中的变形和振动直接关系到加工精度,是衡量刀具的重要性能指标。本文针对木材用高速螺旋式玉米铣刀,采用有限元分析的方法,对其进行了切削过程的变形分析和振动变形分析,根据分析结果所发现的不足,提出了将刀具体内壁加厚后成台阶状和将配重拉杆截断后加粗的优化方案。研究结果表明:优化后的刀具在加工中的变形由原来的2.2-3.7μm降低到1.8-2.5μm,降低了因刀具设计而导致的加工精度误差;刀具共振频率由262Hz左右增加到1000Hz以上,避免了低频激振;刀具拉杆的共振变形由原来的1.5-2.0m降低到0.22-0.24m,提高了刀具整体刚性。本文的分析与优化工作为木材用玉米铣刀的设计与样板试验提供了重要的技术数据。 相似文献

不锈钢具有韧性大、热强度高、导热系数低、加工硬化严重、切削热多、散热困难等特性,从而造成刀尖处切削温度高、容易产生积屑瘤,加剧刀具磨损、影响零件表面质量;薄壁套类零件刚性差、强度低、易变形,机械加工困难。通过对零件材质的切削性能及影响零件变形因素的分析,在工艺上采用粗精分开,并针对零件结构设计夹具;此外,合理选择刀具材料、几何参数、切削用量以及切削液等,从而使零件精度和外观都有明显提高。 相似文献
