Water soluble disperse dyes of either monoazo or anthraquinone types containing the carboxymethylsulfonylgroup(-SO_2CH_2COOH)were synthesized.Ammonium salts of this type of dyes are more soluble thanother salts.These dyes are suitable for pad dyeing or printing on polyester fiber and polyester/cottonblends in either weak acid,neutral or weak alkali medium without a dispersing agent.The formation of-SO_2CH_3 group from -SO_2CH_2COOH group after fixing on the fiber was proved.  相似文献

Tertiary amine cationic polyacrylamide with high cationization degree was used as a new cationic agent to pretreat cotton with dip-pad-bake method. The obtained cationic cotton was dyed with reactive dyes in the absence of electrolyte. The effects of the characteristics of the cationic agent and the pretreatment conditions on dyeability of reactive dye were investigated. The results showed that the fixation and K/S values of the reactive dyes on the cationic cotton were improved compared with those on the un-treated one in the presence of salt. Tests on fastness properties of the dyed cotton and fabric quality of the pretreated cotton were carried out and the results showed that wash and rub fastness of the salt-free dyeing were both satisfactory. And anti-crease property, tensile and tear strength, and handling of the cationic cotton were also good compared with that of the untreated one.  相似文献

An experimental study on co-pyrolysis of bituminous coal and biomass was performed in a pressured fluidized bed reactor. The blend ratio of biomass in the mixture was varied between 0 and 100 wt%, and the temperature was over a range of 550–650 °C under 1.0 MPa pressure with different atmospheres. On the basis of the individual pyrolysis behavior of bituminous coal and biomass, the influences of the biomass blending ratio, temperature, pressure and atmosphere on the product distribution were investigated. The results indicated that there existed a synergetic effect in the co-pyrolysis of bituminous coal and biomass in this pressured fluidized bed reactor, especially when the condition of bituminous coal and biomass blend ratio of 70:30(w/w), 600 °C, and 0.3 MPa was applied. The addition of biomass influenced the tar and char yields and gas and tar composition during co-pyrolysis. The tar yields were higher than the calculated values from individual pyrolysis of each fuel, and consequently the char yields were lower.The experimental results showed that the composition of the gaseous products was not in accordance with those of their individual fuel. The improvement of composition in tar also indicated synergistic effect in the co-pyrolysis.  相似文献

A comprehensive three-dimensional model of droplet-gas flow was presented to study the evolution of spray in the effervescent atomization spray with an impinging plate.For gas phase,the N-S equation with the k-ε turbulence model was solved,considering two-way coupling interaction between droplets and gas phase.Dispersed droplet phase is modeled as Lagrangian entities,accounting for the physics of droplet generation from primary and secondary breakup,droplet collision and coalescence,droplet momentum and heat transfer.The mean size and statistical distribution of atomized droplets at various nozzle-to-plate distances were calculated.Some simulation results were compared well with experimental data.The results show that the existence of the impinging plate has a pronounced influence on the droplet mean size,size distribution and the droplet spatial distribution.The air-to-liquid ratio has obvious effects on the droplet size and distribution.  相似文献

An invasive electrical resistance tomographic sensor was proposed for production logging in vertical oil well.The sensor consists of 24 electrodes that are fixed to the logging tool,which can move in the pipeline to acquire data on the conductivity distribution of oil/water mixture flow at different depths.A sensitivity-based algorithm was introduced to reconstruct the cross-sectional images.Analysis on the sensitivity of the sensor to the distribution of oil/water mixture flow was carried out to optimize the position of the imaging cross-section.The imaging results obtained using various boundary conditions at the pipe wall and the logging tool were compared.Eight typical models with various conductivity distributions were created and the measurement data were obtained by solving the forward problem of the sensor system.Image reconstruction was then implemented by using the simulation data for each model.Comparisons between the models and the reconstructed images show that the number and spatial distribution of the oil bubbles can be clearly identified.  相似文献

The effects of blend composition and micro-phase structure on the mechanical behavior of A/B polymer blend film are studied by coupling the Monte Carlo (MC) simulation of morphology with the lattice spring model (LSM) of micro mechanics of materials. The MC method with bond length fluctuation and cavity diffusion algorithm on cubic lattice is adopted to simulate the micro-phase structure of A/B polymer blend. The information of morphology and structure is then inputted to the LSM composed of a three-dimensional network of springs to obtain the mechanical properties of polymer blend film. Simulated results show that the mechanical response is mainly affected by the density and the composition of polymer blend film through the morphology transition. When a force is applied on the outer boundary of polymer blend film, the vicinity of the inner cavities experiences higher stresses and strains responsible for the onset of crack propagation and the premature failure of the entire system.  相似文献

Oil-in-water(o/w) emulsions were produced with a membrane emulsification system. The effect of the continuous phase viscosity on the emulsification was studied. The theoretical analyses show that the continuous phase viscosity influences not only the flow field of the continuous phase but also the interfacial tension. The droplet size distribution and disperse phase flux for different continuous phase viscosity were investigated experimentally at constant wall shear stress and constant volume flow rate of the continuous phase respectively.  相似文献

A series of cross-linked polyether-polyester polyurethane dispersions modified with organosiloxane were prepared based on hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (HTPS) as hydrophobic component and 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APTS) as cross-linker as well as a bridge between polyurethane (PU) and polysiloxane (PSIL). It was discovered that polydimethylsiloxane segments were incorporated into PU chains chemically and organosiloxane was preferentially oriented toward the surface layer of the film by making a comparison of attenuated total reflection (ATR) spectra between the copolymer and the blend of PU and PSIL, which was further confirmed by investigation of electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA). The relationships between surface properties of the film formed from polyurethane dispersion and organosiloxane content were also studied. The results showed that water contact angle of the film increased with the increase of organosiloxane content. Interestingly, it was also found that water contact angle of PUS film increased firstly and then decreased when film-forming temperature varied from 25℃ to 55℃.  相似文献

The paradox is well known that the residence time distribution(RTD)is not valid forthe estimation of the conversion of a first order reaction in an open tubular reactor.A casc ofδ injection of reactive species into an open flow system is investigated theoretically in this paper.The analytical solution with the Laplace transform demonstrated that the conversion of a first orderreaction is identical to that in a closed reactor under steady state.The effect of the backgroundreactant concentration gradient addressed by the authors in a previous paper was employed to thiscase.and the numerical solution of the tracer dispersion based on this novel argument gave rise to asimilar value of conversion.suggesting the validity of the concept and the significance of the subtledifference between RTDs determined with or without the presence of a background reactant in anopen flow system.  相似文献

Measurement of two phase flow in porous medium for sequestration was carried out using high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique. The porous medium was a packed bed of glass beads. Spin echo multi sequence was used to measure the distribution of CO2 and water in the porous medium. The intensity images show that the fluid distribution is non-uniform due to its viscosity and pore structure of porous medium. The velocity distribution of fluids is calculated from the saturation of water and porosity of porous medium. The experimental results show that fluid velocities vary with time and position. The capillary dispersion rate donated the effects of capillary, which was largest at water saturations of 0.45. The displacement process is different between in BZ-02 and BZ-2. The final water residual saturation depends on permeability and porosity.  相似文献

The present work focused on the recycle of the sulfate and the metal ions from acidic wastewater dis charged by nonferrous metallurgical industry. The effects of the temperature, the reactant concentration, the stirring speed and the metal ions on the reactive crystallization process of calcium sulfate between sulfuric acid and lime were systematically investigated. A simple, easy-to-use approximate equation, in the form of normal probability distribution function, was derived and proposed for breakthrough curves of fixed bed reactors and adsorbers. Experiments were carried out to find the effects of dissolved gas pressure,liquid flow rateand nozzle geometry on the bubble generation when saturated water was depressurized through anozzle.A new method,high speed camera system was developed to measure the generated microbubblesdynamically.On the basis of the laws of ideal gas and solution,theoretical generated gas flow ratewas deduced,while the Smoluchowski′s equation was applied to describe the kinetics of bubblenucleation.It was found that the size distribution of nucleated bubbles was of skewed distribution.An explanation to this phenomenon was made and the Gamma function distribution was employedfor mathematical simulation.The results show good agreement between the experimental data and thepredictions by proposed model.  相似文献

In this paper,a generalized model of the reactive distillation processes was developed via rate-based approach. The homotopy-continuation method was employed to solve the complicated nonlinear model equations efficiently. The simulation on the reactive distillation processes was carried out with the profiles of stage temperature,composition and flow rate for both vapor and liquid phases obtained. Based on careful analysis of the simulation results, the pitfalls in experimental design were detected.
