PTFE-e patches were used in nasal augmentation in 14 patients with a four-year follow-up. This material was chosen because it is inert and biologically compatible with human tissue. None of the patients in which this material was used had intolerance reaction, skin changes, material extrusion, or signs of infection. A review of the world literature showed no cases of poor results with PTFE-e. It is concluded that the best material for nasal augmentation is autologous material, but if not available or difficult to obtain, PTFE-e is the most acceptable synthetic material and produces good results.  相似文献

Traditionally, autologous material has been favored over synthetic material in the construction of pubovaginal slings for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI). This preference arose largely because of concern about an increased incidence of infection or sling erosion when synthetic materials are used. However, when care is taken to minimize the amount of synthetic material, reduce total operative time, and limit exposure of the material to the operative field, female SUI can be treated effectively with synthetic material with an acceptably low complication rate. Furthermore, utilization of slings constructed with artificial graft material can be minimally invasive, cost effective, and well tolerated.  相似文献

 为了探索铝钛渣对镁质复合材料烧结性能的影响,提高镁质复合材料的使用性能,试验用电熔镁砂、高纯镁砂、氧化铝微粉和氧化铬微粉为主要原料制备镁质复合材料。用热膨胀仪对比烧前和烧后镁质复合材料的线膨胀率和线膨胀系数,结果表明,烧前镁质复合材料的线膨胀率和线膨胀系数为1100~1300℃,会出现较明显的增大趋势,烧后镁质复合材料的线膨胀率未出现显著增大的趋势,而线膨胀系数随着铝钛渣加入量的增大而逐渐减小。铝钛渣对镁质复合材料有促烧结作用,经1100和1500℃烧后的镁质复合材料体积密度和常温抗折强度随铝钛渣加入量增大而逐渐增大。  相似文献

采用原位聚合法制得聚苯胺/碳复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、四探针测试仪和电化学工作站对试样进行表征测试。结果表明,掺杂不同碳材料对聚苯胺(PANI)复合材料的导电性影响较大、微观形貌变化明显,其中掺杂石墨烯制得的复合材料电导率是纯PANI电导率的2.5倍,掺杂r-GO/Fe_3O_4制得的复合材料的电导率最高且阻抗最小,电导率达6.49 s/cm。掺杂后制得的PANI复合材料中,PANI的衍射峰及特征吸收峰依然存在,碳材料的掺杂改性未破坏PANI的性质,且可增强复合材料的导电性。  相似文献

A coupled thermal/material flow model of friction stir welding was developed and applied to the joining of Sc-modified aluminum alloy (7042-T6) extrusions. The model reveals that surface material is pulled from the retreating side into the weld zone where it is interleaved with in situ material. Due to frictional contact with the shoulder, the surface material is hotter than the in situ material, so that the final weld microstructure is composed of bands of material with different temperature histories. For this alloy and the associated FSW heating rates, secondary phase dissolution/precipitation temperatures are in proximity to the welding temperatures. Therefore, depending on the surface and in situ material temperatures in relation to these transformation temperatures, disparate precipitate distributions can develop in the bands of material comprising the weld nugget. Based on the numerical simulation and on thermal analysis data from differential scanning calorimetry, a mechanism for the formation of onion rings within the weld zone is presented.  相似文献

Several studies have indicated that degradation of ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene following gamma irradiation in air adversely affects the mechanical properties of the material; however, it is not known how this subsequently affects its wear rate. Wear studies have therefore been performed on three groups of ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene; unirradiated material, recently irradiated material (aged for 2 months), and aged irradiated material (aged for 5 years). The aging took place in sterile packaging on the shelf. The wear studies were carried out on a tri-pin-on-disk wear tester, with a pin from each type of material being studied in each test. In each test the wear rate of the nonirradiated material was slightly lower than the 2-month-aged, irradiated material. The 5-year-aged, irradiated material had the highest wear rate, and this was significantly greater than that of the unirradiated material (P < .05).  相似文献

采用粉末冶金方法制备铜基摩擦材料,研究钛的添加量对材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随着钛质量分数由3%增加到12%,铜基摩擦材料的相对密度提高,硬度增加。钛的添加导致晶格畸变,材料硬度提高。随着摩擦速度增加,材料的摩擦因数减小。钛添加到铜基摩擦材料中,降低了铜基摩擦材料的摩擦因数和磨损量,原因在于钛提高了材料的硬度,增加了表面微凸体强度,减少了犁削程度,从而降低了摩擦面的损伤程度,提高了材料的耐磨性。  相似文献

Taking advantage of the progress of roll-bonding technology,the integrity of the material technology,and the development of the production and examination facilities of all the main carbon steels,stainless steels and specialty alloys in Baosteel,the cladded flat new products,which combined both properties of base material and clad material,have been developed and produced in large quantities.The product categories includes heavy plates with high alloy content and homogeneous distribution in thickness and carbon steel plates cladded with all kinds of stainless steels,nickel alloys,and titanium alloys.The double-sided and single-sided cladding hot rolled strips and cold rolled sheets were also commercially produced.Due to the combined properties of both the cladding material and backing material,all products show obvious improvement in properties when compared with solid material.The comparability with the existing production process and equipment laid a very solid foundation for high productivity.  相似文献

研究了钻孔密封材料聚氨酯和膨胀水泥冻复合材料(PD复合材料)的微观特性,并考察了其对钻孔密封性能的影响作用.实验模拟了煤矿井下钻孔封孔过程,利用FEIQuantaTM250环境扫描电子显微镜对聚氨酯、PD复合材料本身,以及两者与煤壁的结合、渗透和发展进行微观对比和分析.PD复合材料的渗透系数约为聚氨酯瓦斯渗透性系数的1/48.聚氨酯为蜂窝网状结构,内部孔隙较大,与孔壁结合处存在空白区域;PD复合材料结构严实,内部孔隙极小,在孔壁处与煤体结合密实.PD复合材料比聚氨酯更容易克服钻孔周围裂隙区内瓦斯压力、水锁效应等各种阻力的作用,在钻孔周围裂隙内逐渐渗透,且其自身可以继续在钻孔周围残余裂隙和孔洞内发展.   相似文献

成分相同的粒度为10~400mm炉料级铬铁比粒度10~60 mm高碳铬铁价格低,但是粒度较大不能通过高仓加料的形式加入AOD内完成合金化。通过分析60 t AOD精炼不锈钢脱碳模型和工业生产实践,采用将炉料级铬铁装在废钢斗内加料的方式,沿用兑铁后加料的操作模型,控制加料前熔池的温度在1550~1600℃,炉料级铬铁替换高碳铬铁加入量在200 kg/t,供氧强度在2.0~2.5 m3/(t·min)能够实现炉料级铬铁一次性加入后操作的稳定和降低成本。  相似文献

为了研制1种新型轻质热工材料——红外辐射多孔陶瓷,研究了其配方组成及制备工艺,对材料的微观结构、气孔的尺寸和分布、气孔率、体积密度、导热系数、机械性能及热发射率分别进行了测定。结果表明:采用发泡和添加造孔剂相结合的制备工艺,可获得孔径小且分布均匀,具有优良绝热性能及较高常温耐压强度的红外辐射多孔陶瓷材料,且掺入由过渡族氧化物组成的高辐射率材料,可使该材料在整个红外辐射波段都具有很高的发射率。  相似文献

采用相同的锰酸锂正极材料,与不同的负极材料、不同的电解液进行搭配组成电池,以及在不同化成制度下的电性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:电池的性能不仅与正极材料本身的性质有关,负极材料、电解液和化成制度都会对其性能产生一定的影响。中信大锰DMLM-12型锰酸锂作为正极材料,采用贝特瑞HP-1作为负极材料,采用LBS作为电解液,以0.05C,180min恒流充电+0.3C,60min恒流充电的化成制度,可以较好地发挥其性能,制作出综合性能好的锰酸锂电池,其1C容量可达108.3mAh/g,50次循环容量衰减为-4.31%。  相似文献

Laboratory investigations of serial learning have demonstrated superior mastery by Ss of initially presented and final material over centrally located material. Isolating an item in the sequence tends to increase the probability that that item will be learned. Both effects were examined using meaningful discourse with 108 graduate students as stimulus material. Two counterbalanced forms of a tape-recorded lecture resulted in significant serial section and isolation effects favoring initial over middle and final material, final over middle material, and isolated over nonisolated material. Item counterbalancing coupled with nonsignificant forms and interaction effects indicate that results are not due to spurious inherent item difficulty differences. Finite element models are created to describe the testing of a material by a Berkovich indenter. The results of calculations by these models are compared to experimental data on indentation of the same material (grade 10 steel). The experimental and calculated data agree well with each other. The developed models for an indenter and the material to be tested are used to find the laws of behavior of a material during indentation. The state of stress in the material under an indenter is studied by various methods. The indentation results are plotted versus the mechanical properties of a material.  相似文献

以纳米Er_2O_3粉为原料,通过1 450 ℃低温无压烧结,成功制取了相对密度为近90%的高纯Er_2O_3陶瓷靶材.对采用不同形状纳米Er_2O_3粉所制靶材进行了断口形貌分析及密度测试,相关结果表明,以三维近球形纳米Er_2O_3粉为原料,在低温无压下烧结所制得靶材的性能较优.  相似文献
