China to Increase Its Oil Stockpiling Significantly

China hopes to have 12 million tons of strategic oil reserves by the end of 2010, said Chen Deming, deputy director of NDRC. Current strategic oil reserves are recorded at between two and three million tons. The NDRC hopes to quadruple this number by the end of 2010. Chen made those remarks at the 8th US-China Oil and Gas Industry Forum which was held September 9-11 this year in San Francisco, California, the United States.[第一段]     

Time for China to Increase Oil Stockpile

People still remembered the New Year of 2008 brought with it a new record for oil-it traded at more than US$100 per barrel. However, the oil price dropped dramatically to less than US$50 per barrel as the year was closing. China should take advantage of a record drop in global crude oil prices to build up more reserves of the resource. Compared with the highest prices in July, the crude oil prices have dropped by more than 60 percent. These oil reserves should include both the national oil reserves and oil companies. The crude oil prices have fallen to below US$50 a barrel, following a record high of US$147 a barrel in July.     

Natural Gas Consumption to Increase in 2011

China's apparent natural gas consumption is expected to grow by22.6percent in2011from106billion cubic meters in2010.That's because domestic consumption of the clean fuel is set to surge in accordance with the country's need to reduce carbon emissions,according to a report released by the research arm of China National Petroleum Corporation     

China to Increase Oil Processing Capacity Sharply

China plans to raise its annual crude oil processing capacity to 405 million tons by 2011 in the efforts to implement its restructuring and stimulus plans for the petrochemical industry. This will represent an increase of about 18.4 percent over its processing volume last year,which topped 342.1 million tons, according to the figures from National Bureau of Statistics. China is scheduled to build three to four major oil refining plants in the Yangtze River Delta in eastern China and the Pearl River Delta in southern China by 2011. Each plant would be capable of processing 20 million tons of oil annually.

Foster Farms Deep#1-H井是附近区域Wilcox地层的第一口水平井,是南得克萨斯州砂岩储层最深（垂深15700ft）的水平井。该井水平段使用5个膨胀式封隔器实现了段间封隔,也免去了注水泥固井作业。使用常规13/4in直径连续油管进行分段射孔、压裂（4个井段的作业在连续油管的一个入井行程中完成）。该井投产后累积产量为附近同一产层常规压裂改造直井的3倍多。     

CNOOC Reports Significant Increase in 2006 Profits

China National Offshore Oil Corporation （CNOOC）, the country＇s No. 3 oil producer, recently announced pretax profits jumped 24 percent to 48.1 billion yuan （US$6.2 billion） in 2006. The offshore oil giant reported 60.1 percent increase in pretax profits, totaling 38.8 billion yuan （US$5 billion） in 2005. Analysts said the dropped oil prices in the second half of last year had greatly affected the company＇s profit growth.

油井增产措施增油量的准确计算, 是客观真实地评价油井增产措施效果和措施经济效益的基础。针对当前矿场计算增产措施增油量算法的不足, 从增产措施增油量基本概念出发, 考虑矿场应用中存在的各种可能性, 推演出了油井增产措施增油量统计计算通用模型。该模型综合考虑了措施前产量递减、 同井前后多次措施效果叠加、 措施未失效效果预测等情况, 可以较为准地计算增产措施增油量, 客观地评价措施效果, 从而为油田增产措施优化决策提供更为可靠的依据。
