JLM1-54.4原料立磨设计4磨辊,正常工作时可4辊同时加压,出现异常情况时,可实现2辊运转。2辊理论上就可以达到与4辊相同的产量,2辊与4辊产量相同时,消耗的主电机功率相同。长期运转情况下,4辊要优于2辊。2辊固然简化了结构,节省了成本,但较大的辊压,会带来许多弊端。  相似文献

工作辊缝设置不合理。当左右辊被物料撑开并达到或超过之前设定好的工作辊缝时,两辊会同时进行加压,当达到设定压力值时停止加压。但在实际生产中,由于操作人员经验不足,担心辊压机振动大,将辊压机的工作辊缝设置到28mm,再加上两辊的磨损,实际工作辊缝已经超过了35mm,工作辊缝偏大,两辊被物料撑开不能达到设定的工作辊缝,液压系统不能加压,辊压机不能形成致密料饼,影响料床粉碎功效,出料中粗颗粒料多、料饼少,辊压机系统内的循环量大大增加,更加剧了两辊的磨损。  相似文献

对已有的螺旋流道辊模型进行合理简化,运用流场仿真软件Fluent对流道辊的温度场进行了仿真分析,得到了流道辊的温度场,从而得到了流道辊内流体速率、流体温度场、辊筒表面温度场等。通过分析模拟仿真结果,得到了辊筒外表面温度不均匀的原因,并在此基础上,以提高辊筒外表面的温度分布均匀性为目标,对流道结构进行多次改进,找出一种最佳方案,明显改善了辊筒端部的温度分布均匀性,使辊面的有效利用长度延长了约50 mm。  相似文献

简要介绍了三维图像识别成形技术,在此技术基础上开发了一套辊压机辊面的三维图像扫描设备,基于该设备形成了一套辊压机辊面三维图像扫描系统。通过该系统,对获取的辊压机辊面的三维图像以及相关数据进行分析研究,可得到辊面的运行状况、磨损程度等信息,实现对辊压机辊面的在线监测,避免辊面过度磨损,减少维护人员的工作量,提高粉磨设备的智能化水平。  相似文献

超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)板可辊性差,室温下单次辊压的辊压比低于3%,通过逐步减小辊筒间隙连续多次辊压可提高辊压比,且其值随辊筒间隙减小量的降低而提高,在辊筒转速27 r/min下,辊隙减小量为0.40 mm时,辊压比为10.2%,辊隙减小量降至0.05 mm时,辊压比可达26.6%;而辊筒转速对辊压比几乎没有影响。辊压后的UHMWPE板表现出明显的各向异性,辊压方向的拉伸强度随着辊压比的提高而提高,垂直于辊压方向的拉伸强度小幅度降低。2D-WAXD衍射图表明辊压过程中材料内部的晶粒发生了择优取向。  相似文献

A laboratory two-roll mill technique and chemical analysis procedures were used to determine the source of plate-out problems associated with plasticized, barium-cadmium-zinc stabilized, poly(vinyl chloride) extrusion wire coating compounds. The results of this study indicated that the barium-cadmium-zinc heat stabilizer was the main contributor to the plate-out problem. It was further shown that the plasticizer participated in the plate-out process while a secondary heat stabilizer system did not. Using the two-roll mill technique, it was possible to optimize the poly(vinyl chloride) compound to minimize plate-out while maintaining optimum physical properties.  相似文献

Melamine quaternary ammonium salt (MQAS), a novel flame-retardant intercalation modifier, was used to prepare the flame-retardant organic montmorillonite (FOSM), and which was added to SBR by a two-roll mixing and molding process to prepared the SBR/FOSM composites. The synergistic flame-retardant effects of sodium-based montmorillonite (MMT) and MQAS were investigated by the various methods. The LOI value of SBR was only 19.1%, and FOSM-4 increased the LOI value of SBR to 24.3%. The cone calorimetry test showed that compared with SBR, the total heat release and the peak heat release rate of SBR/FOSM were reduced by 81.39% and 86.08%, respectively. The analysis of MMT after modification showed that the grafting rate of MQAS was about 10% and the interlayer spacing of MMT was enlarged by about 20%. The synergy of MQAS and MMT not only effectively solves the violent droplet of pure SBR combustion, but also avoids the curling problem of only adding MMT. The char morphology and TG-FTIR showed that FOSM had dual flame-retardancy in the condensed phase and the gas phase. The synergistic flame-retardant effect of phosphorus-free flame-retardant modifier and MMT will open up new possibilities for flame-retardant elastomer composites.  相似文献

Rigid polyurethane (PUR) foams are widely used as heat insulation material in construction industry or for electronic appliances manufacturing. After finishing their life-time, it is necessary to eliminate foam wastes. The aim of this study was to prepare a pair of industrial PUR adhesives of medium viscosity containing recycled rigid PUR foam. Three methods of milling were tested: knife-milling, two-roll milling, and ball-milling. Only two-roll milling gives the PUR micro-powder usable for following adhesives modification. The micro-powder was used as passive filler in PUR adhesives and potential reactivity for polyol pack replacement was studied. Hydroxyl and amine numbers were determined in mixture with virgin polyol. One-component PUR prepolymer adhesive was prepared using various dosages of the micro powder and the tensile strength of bound wood was measured. As additional parameters, also free film adhesive mechanical parameters were tested and particle size distribution of the micro powder was analyzed. Two adhesive formulations were prepared for independent evaluation of the micro powder reactivity. The results showed growing of the mechanical strength of wood bonding with growing dosage of the micro powder.  相似文献

Mechanical blends of ethylene–vinyl acetate copolymer and polyaniline doped with dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (PAni–DBSA) were prepared in a two-roll mill at 50°C and in a Haake internal mixer at 150°C. The effects of the blend composition and processing conditions on the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties were investigated. These blends exhibited high levels of electrical conductivity at a small amount of PAni complex. Blends prepared in a two-roll mill displayed conductivity values as high as 1 S/cm and a higher protonation degree than the pure PAni–DBSA, as indicated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Two different insulator–conductor transition points were observed in these blends. The mechanical performance decreased as the amount of PAni–DBSA increased, indicating blend incompatibility and a plasticizing effect of the DBSA. 探讨了以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体树脂、菠萝香精作为增香剂制备香味塑料的配方,并考察了温度、香精和填料加入量等因素对香味塑料的物理性能和香味持久性的影响。结果表明;香精的加入量对制品力学性能的影响很小,在高温下填料有效遏制香味的挥发,提高香味持久性,但会影响制品的透明性。  相似文献
