铁—芳烃配合物引发环氧化合物的光引发阳离子聚合   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以环戊二烯基异丙苯铁六氟磷酸盐为光引发剂,用等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了对甲苯基缩水甘油醚(CGE)的光引发阳离子聚合的温度效应及聚合反应动力学。研究表明CGE聚合时,反应速率及最终转化率随温度变化在55℃及45℃左右有一个峰值。CGE光聚合反应速率与单体浓度的一次方成比例,其反应机理包括两个基本反应,即:引发剂光解产物与单体的配合反应以及在该配合物中单体的开环反应,而这两个反应具有相反的温  相似文献

以UV-Vis分光光度计法和Photo-DSC法分别研究了合成的3种可聚合胺类助引发剂DMPDA、EGDPM、EGMPM与二苯甲酮(BP)组成的引发体系的光化学初级过程及引发1,6-已二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)的紫外光聚合动力学.考察了助引发剂胺的含量对BP的光化学初级过程和对引发HDDA光聚合动力学的影响,以及光强和温度对聚合动力学的影响.结果表明,随着胺含量的增加,BP的光化学初级反应速率增加,从而使体系的聚合反应速率增加.随着温度和光强的增加,单体最终转化率、最大反应速率增大,达到最大反应速率所需的时间减小.  相似文献

对n-BuLi/GDEE(醚类微观结构调节剂)/环己烷体系丁二烯聚合动力学进行了研究。发现GDEE的加入提高了聚合速率,随GDEE/Li(摩尔比)增大和反应温度的升高,反应速率加快;单体浓度与聚合速率呈一次方关系;在50℃,GDEE/Li为1.4时,引发剂浓度与聚合速率呈一次方关系。当GDEE/Li为1.4时,聚丁二烯基锂几乎完全解缔为单量体。  相似文献

通过麦克尔加成反应合成了不同链长的脂肪胺助引发剂,采用了实时红外技术对其光聚合性能进行研究,考察了不同胺链长、光引发剂浓度,不同单体对光聚合性能的影响。结果表明,随着链长的增加,光聚合反应速率和转化率没有多大的差别,在所研究的浓度范围内,随着助引发剂用量的增加,光聚合反应速率和转化率都相应的增加,对于二苯甲酮的选择有一个最佳用量,而二苯甲酮的结构对光聚合反应速率也有一定的影响,另外随着单体的官能度的增加,光聚合的反应转化率降低。  相似文献

以实时红外光谱(RT-IR)法研究了合成的4-丙烯酰氧基二苯甲酮(4-ABP)的光聚合动力学性质,考察了不同单体、不同引发剂和助引发剂浓度、不同光强对聚合性能的影响.以萃取法对比研究了4-ABP和二苯甲酮(BP)在固化膜中的的残留量.结果表明,4-ABP是一种非常有效的光引发剂.随着引发剂浓度和光强的增大,单体转化率、最大反应速率都增大,诱导期缩短.萃取实验表明4-ABP在固化膜中的残留量远低于BP.  相似文献

用Photo-DSC(光差热扫描)研究了一种可聚合胺助引发荆乙二醇-3-吗啡啉丙酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯(EGMPM)分别与二苯甲酮(BP)、4-(4-甲苯硫基苯基)苯基甲酮(BMS)、4-氯二苯甲酮(CBP)、4-氯甲基二苯甲酮(CMBP)、4-羟甲基二苯甲酮(HMBP)等二芳酮组成的光引发体系引发以1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)为单体的紫外光聚合动力学.考察二芳酮质量分数、聚合温度、光照强度对其光聚合动力学影响,并评价其引发效果;同时计算出了EGMPM/BP引发HDDA聚合体系的活化能.结果表明,二芳酮的质量分数增加时,反应达到最大反应速率的时间减少,单体的转化率也相应增加,单体聚合速率相应增大;相同质量分数(0.1%)的不同二芳酮,BMS体系达到最大反应速率的时间最短,单体转化率也最高;随着温度和光强的增加,单体最终转化率、最大反应速率增大,达到最大反应速率所需的时间减少.  相似文献

以苯甲酰甲酸和三乙二醇为原料合成了一种水油两亲性光引发剂苯甲酰甲酸三乙二醇单酯(TGBF),并利用紫外-可见分光光度计、电子自旋共振仪及实时红外光谱仪等手段探究了TGBF的光吸收性能、光降解机理、水中溶解性以及引发光聚合的能力。研究结果表明,TGBF在300 nm以上波长的摩尔消光系数较低,但在405 nm LED光源照射下,能够发生分子内或者分子间的夺氢反应,并产生烷基自由基引发单体聚合。TGBF具有良好的水溶性,可高效地引发油性单体三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)与水性单体聚乙二醇400二丙烯酸酯(PEG(400)DA)的聚合,最终双键转化率可达到80%以上。更重要的是,TGBF具有优异的引发油性单体TPGDA与水性单体深度聚合的能力,聚合深度分别达到5.6cm和6.5 cm以上,在深层LED光聚合领域表现出极大的应用潜力。  相似文献

以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,采用复合引发体系和绝热聚合相结合的方法在水溶液体系中合成磺化聚丙烯酰胺(SPAM),考察了单体质量分数、引发剂质量分数、单体配比、引发剂配比、pH值、聚合起始反应温度对聚合反应的影响。确定SPAM的最佳合成条件为:单体质量分数10%、引发剂质量分数0,15%、AMPS与AM质量比1.0:1、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)与氧化还原引发剂质量比4:1、pH值6、聚合起始反应温度40℃,在此条件下,制得的SPAM的分子量为6.13×10^6,其耐温抗盐性能明显优于采用单-氧化还原引发剂制备的SPAM及工业部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(分子量7×10^6)。  相似文献

有机过氧化物对铁芳烃引发阳离子光聚合有敏化作用.敏化作用大小与过氧化物的氧化性和浓度大小一致:过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)>过氧化二碳酸二(α-苯氧乙基)酯(BPPD)>过氧化异丙苯(DCP).过氧化物可促进芳烃铁阳离子与环氧化物的络合及环氧化物的开环聚合,能降低聚合反应温度和提高聚合反应速度,但过氧化物的用量及光的强度不宜过高.  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
