非洲某风化型铌铁磷多金属矿为风化壳复合烧绿石矿,原矿含Nb2O5 0.62%、含P2O5 8.28%,含Fe 13.91%,矿石风化严重,含泥量较高。根据矿石中烧绿石与脉石矿物之间的比重差异,采用重选实现有价矿物的预富集,磁铁矿具有强磁性,采用弱磁选回收磁铁矿,磷灰石和烧绿石具有可浮性差异,浮选实现磷灰石和烧绿石的分离回收。原矿首先经螺旋溜槽重选可以抛除产率为73.61%的尾矿,重选精矿磨细至-0.074 mm占78%,在磁场强度为0.45 T条件下,经弱磁选铁,获得了Fe品位61.69%,回收率38.83%的铁精矿,选铁尾矿以碳酸钠为调整剂、GY10为捕收剂,经1粗2精2扫磷浮选,获得了P2O5品位为37.59%,回收率为47.88%的磷精矿,选磷尾矿以SH为调整剂、GSC为捕收剂,经1粗2精2扫铌浮选,获得了Nb2O5品位37.56%,Nb2O5回收率65.73%的铌精矿。研究结果可以为该类风化铌矿的开发利用提供依据。  相似文献

对-0.038mm粒级中Ta2O5的分布率达到80%以上的某微细粒钽铌尾矿,采用“离心机预富集-粗精矿浮选”的重-浮联合工艺处理该矿石,获得精矿中Ta2O5和Nb2O5品位分别为18.2547%和9.0838%,Ta2O5和Nb2O5回收率分别为35.52%和35.22%的良好指标。为开发利用该类型微细粒、低品位钽铌矿石提供了技术依据。  相似文献

本文通过高效捕收剂FA-01对某钛砂矿选厂尾矿中的细粒级钛铁矿进行了浮选回收试验。采用“弱磁-强磁”预先抛尾、强磁精矿细磨后浮选回收工艺流程,实现了对钛砂矿选厂尾矿中细粒级钛铁矿资源的有效回收;其中预先抛尾工艺抛尾率达到66.58%,TiO2损失率为18.71%,有效去除影响浮选效果的高岭石等细泥矿物;浮选工艺在弱碱性矿浆体系下,闭路试验可得到TiO2品位43.28%,TiO2回收率为54.63%的钛精矿。  相似文献

承德某钒钛磁铁矿选铁尾矿中TiO2品位2.60%,TFe品位7.73%。针对该尾矿中钛铁矿资源尚未回收利用的问题现状,根据尾矿性质,本研究采用“磁重联合阶磨阶选”预富集工艺;以及采用硫酸、EM-B作为调整剂,EM-3作为捕收剂,经过一次粗选、一次扫选、五次精选的钛浮选流程,最终获得了TiO2品位46.23%、浮选作业回收率83.25%、相对选铁尾矿回收率42.03%的钛铁矿精矿产品,实现了该尾矿资源化综合回收利用,为此类矿山提供合理可行的资源利用技术方案。   相似文献

内蒙古某铷多金属矿主要有价元素是铷和钽铌,Rb2O品位为0.11%、(Ta, Nb)O5含量为222.9 g/t,铷主要以类质同像形式存在于云母和钾长石中,少量赋存于钠长石中,钽铌矿物主要是烧绿石。为回收铷和钽铌资源,在原矿工艺矿物学研究的基础上开展了选矿试验研究,采用“强磁选+重选回收钽铌-中性浮选含铷云母-无氟有酸浮选含铷长石”的工艺流程,硫酸调节矿浆pH值,CK-Y1+DDA组合捕收浮选云母,SDS+DDA组合捕收浮选长石,全流程闭路试验获得产率为0.17%、(Ta, Nb)O5品位为4.33%、(Ta, Nb)O5回收率为33.22%的钽铌精矿和产率为70.26%、Rb2O品位为0.134%、Rb2O回收率为87.49%的综合铷精矿产品,尾矿中Rb2O品位为0.045%,实现了矿石中铷资源的充分回收和伴生钽铌资源的有效回收。  相似文献

某地区的低品位磁铁矿石中含有磷灰石和钛铁矿,为了充分开发利用这种低品位的矿产资源,对其进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:原矿在-74?m占55%的磨矿细度下,采用弱磁选回收铁、磁选尾矿浮选磷灰石、浮选磷灰石尾矿再浮选钛铁矿的工艺流程,可获得TFe品位66.12%、回收率59.61%(磁性铁回收率94.48%)的铁精矿,P2O5品位36.84%、回收率92.65%的磷精矿,Ti O2品位45.87%、回收率60.32%的钛精矿。  相似文献

某锂多金属矿含有锂辉石、钽铌锰矿、云母和长石等资源,采用常规重磁浮流程长、工艺复杂、回收率低。本研究采用高效选择性耐低温捕收剂ML和高效捕收剂MT,开发了一种锂钽铌短流程同步浮选与分离工艺,并回收尾矿中的石英长石。在原矿品位Li2O 1.72%、Ta2O5 0.025%的条件下,获得锂精矿Li2O品位6.55%,回收率71.04%;高品位钽精矿Ta2O5品位18.03%,回收率33.40%;低品位钽精矿Ta2O5品位3.21%,回收率9.00%;以及含Li2O 2.07%的云母精矿和高白度石英长石产品。实现了该锂多金属矿的综合回收。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
