ACS树脂是将苯乙烯(St)和丙烯腈(AN)接到氯化聚乙烯(CPE)分子链上形成的一种接枝共聚物,采用本体法考察了 CPE的溶胀条件对本体聚合合成ACS树脂的接枝率、冲击性能、相形态、游离苯乙烯丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)相对分子质量及其分布的影响。结果表明,CPE的溶胀温度和时间对接枝率、游离SAN树脂相对分子质量、冲击性能及相形态的影响较大,对游离SAN相对分子质量分布没影响;只有CPE被充分溶胀后,本体聚合成ACS树脂才能获得较高的接枝率、良好的相形态及冲击性能;100 ℃溶胀3 h可使CPE最快充分溶胀,此条件下合成ACS树脂的接枝率最高(23.1 %),冲击强度最大(57.4 kJ/m2),分散相粒径最小且分散最好。 相似文献

采用固相法对聚乙烯(PE)进行氯化接枝苯乙烯/丙烯腈(St/AN)单体,制得了改性氯化聚乙烯(CPE)材料。探讨了氯化反应温度、氯含量、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)用量和单体配比对聚合物力学性能的影响,实验中还对PE接枝了不同单体,结果表明,采用二段温度(70℃,120℃)法,氯质量分数为35%,BPO加入质量为0.24g,m(St)/m(AN)为1:1时,可制得力学性能较好的CPE材料。极性单体MA、AN及St的加入提高了CPE材料的拉伸强度。 相似文献

A series of experiments were designed and conducted to determine the significance of process parameters in the grafting of styrene and acrylonitrile onto polybutadiene seeds in a semicontinuous emulsion copolymerization system. The significances of the parameters were obtained by comparing the variance ratios, or F values, with F‐distributions. The significance level of each test (α‐value) was obtained by variance analysis. The important process parameters in industrial polymerization processes are usually monomer‐to‐polymer ratio, initiator type and concentration, chain‐transfer agent, and reaction temperature. The target responses were final monomer conversion, grafting degree, grafting efficiency, gel percent, and viscosity‐average molecular weight of free styrene‐acrylonitrile (SAN). The analysis of variance indicated that cumene hydroperoxide as the initiator and reaction temperature had strong effects on the graft structure. Moreover, free SAN molecular weight was significantly affected by the monomer/polymer ratio and cumene hydroperoxide and n‐dodecyl mercaptan as chain‐transfer agents. The raspberry‐like morphology of grafted acrylonitrile‐butadiene‐styrene (ABS) particles and phase separation within the particles were confirmed by transmission electron microscopy. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Graft-type ACS resin and α-methylstyrene (α-Mst)-containing ACS were synthesized by suspension polymerization. The effect of concentration of initiator and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) on reaction was discussed. The graft efficiency (GE) increased with the increasing concentration of initiator in the first stage, but it began to decrease when the initiator concentration exceeded 3.3–3.5×10?4mol L?1. The GE decreased gradually with the increasing concentration of PVA. The rheological behavior, mechanical properties, and morphological structure of resins were studied. The rheological behavior became worse with the increasing content of chlorinated polyethylene and the melt is a pseudo-plastic liquid. The impact strength of graft-type ACS resin increased as the content of chlorinated polyethylene increased. The rheological behavior and impact properties of α-Mst-containing ACS resin got better because of the introduction of α-Mst, and the comprehensive properties was the best at the 5% α-Mst content of ACS resin. 相似文献
