研究轴向运动梁在外激励力作用下非线性振动的联合共振问题.利用哈密顿原理建立横向振动的轴向运动梁的振动微分方程,采用分离变量法分离时间变量和空间变量并利用Galerkin方法离散运动方程.采用IHB法进行非线性振动求解,分析在内共振条件且外激励作用下的联合共振问题,对周期解进行稳定性的判定.典型算例获得了不同外激励力振幅时系统非线性振动的复杂频幅响应曲线. 相似文献

采用气动脉冲码调制(Pulse Code Modulation,PCM)方式,给出一种基于有杆气缸驱动进行压电柔性梁振动控制系统。考虑到系统的复杂性,采用DNA-GA进行参数自适应整定控制。首先,介绍气动系统和控制回路;利用系统模型进行了能控性和基于性能指标函数控制算法的稳定性分析。其次,阐述了DNA-GA进行控制参数优化的原理和方法,进行了数学仿真研究。最后,建立了试验装置,进行同时气动定位和振动控制试验研究。理论分析、仿真和试验研究结果表明,采用DNA-GA参数自适应整定控制算法可改善控制系统动态性能,有效抑制柔性梁的大幅值低频模态振动。 相似文献

In this paper, nonlinear static and free vibration analysis of functionally graded piezoelectric plates has been carried out using finite element method under different sets of mechanical and electrical loadings. The plate with functionally graded piezoelectric material (FGPM) is assumed to be graded through the thickness by a simple power law distribution in terms of the volume fractions of the constituents. Only the geometrical nonlinearity has been taken into account and electric potential is assumed to be quadratic across the FGPM plate thickness. The governing equations are obtained using potential energy and Hamilton’s principle that includes elastic and piezoelectric effects. The finite element model is derived based on constitutive equation of piezoelectric material accounting for coupling between elasticity and electric effect using higher order plate elements. The present finite element is modeled with displacement components and electric potential as nodal degrees of freedom. Results are presented for two constituent FGPM plate under different mechanical boundary conditions. Numerical results for PZT-4/PZT-5H plate are given in dimensionless graphical forms. Effects of material composition and boundary conditions on nonlinear response are also studied. The numerical results obtained by the present model are in good agreement with the available solutions reported in the literature. 相似文献

由于太空机械臂的结构形式和末端操作对象的影响,空间多连杆机械臂系统存在着强烈的刚柔耦合的非线性特性。针对伺服驱动的空间柔性机械臂系统,基于经典振动理论,提出柔性臂弹性弯曲、扭转的变形假设,然后采用假设模态法和Lagrange方程得到系统的动力学方程。为了抑制系统在大范围运动过程中的弯曲、扭转弹性振动,提出了基于Lyapunov稳定性的模糊自适应速度反馈控制策略。数值仿真结果表明:空间机械臂系统在转动过程中必然会激起柔性臂的弹性振动;采用提出的控制策略利用压电剪切致动器和压电扭转致动器不仅可以抑制柔性臂的弯曲和扭转振动,还可以降低伺服电机的驱动扭矩,提高柔性机械臂系统的末端定位精度。 相似文献

考虑压电材料的质量效应和刚度效应,将表面粘贴或埋入式压电悬臂梁看作变截面梁,研究压电材料对智能结构固有特性的影响。基于一阶剪切变形理论导出压电层合梁的抗弯刚度和横向剪切刚度,计及梁的剪切变形和转动惯量,采用Timoshenko理论推导变截面压电层合梁的频率方程。给出了T300/970压电层合梁和硬铝压电层合梁的前3阶固有频率,并和有限元结果、等截面梁的计算结果进行比较。计算表明,压电材料对压电结构固有频率和固有振型的影响显著,在以振动控制为目标的压电结构动力学建模过程中,有必要考虑压电材料的质量和刚度。 相似文献

This article presents a numerical formulation and experimental implementation for the dynamics behavior verification of the nonlinear piezoelectric beam through harmonic excitation. The nonlinear piezoelectric beam dynamic analysis program is developed with MATLAB software. To verify the nonlinear piezoelectric beam dynamic analysis results, the experimental results are used for the vibration analysis of a piezoelectric beam to the harmonic excitation of the base of the beam. Then, the piezoelectric effect on the output voltage, velocity, acceleration values, and the time response are obtained. Afterwards, the effects of the excitation velocity and the position of concentrated mass on the output voltage are verified. 相似文献

针对超长柔性臂架回转振动过大问题,结合臂架结构特点基于有限单元法建立臂架回转动力学模型,分析臂架回转系统振动特性。采用模态滤波技术及最优极点配置算法进行主动控制策略设计与理论分析,并搭建主动控制试验系统,进行超长臂架回转振动主动控制试验。试验结果表明,该振动主动控制方法能有效提升受控系统阻尼比(增幅920%),显著抑制臂架回转振动衰减时间(减幅73%),振动控制效果明显,不仅对研制更长臂架泵车具有重要的理论及应用价值,且对所有具有超长柔性机械臂高端装备回转振动控制具有重要参考价值。 相似文献

The active vibration control of a composite plate using discrete piezoelectric patches has been investigated. Based on first order shear deformation theory, a finite element model with the contributions of piezoelectric sensor and actuator patches to the mass and stiffness of the plate was used to derive the state space equation. A global optimization based on LQR performance is developed to find the optimal location of the piezoelectric patches. Genetic algorithm is adopted and implemented to evaluate the optimal configuration. The piezoelectric actuator provides a damping effect on the composite plate by means of LQR control algorithm. A correlation between the patches number and the closed loop damping coefficient is established. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis article investigates the nonlinear vibration of piezoelectric nanoplate with combined thermo-electric loads under various boundary conditions. The piezoelectric nanoplate model is developed by using the Mindlin plate theory and nonlocal theory. The von Karman type nonlinearity and nonlocal constitutive relationships are employed to derive governing equations through Hamilton's principle. The differential quadrature method is used to discretize the governing equations, which are then solved through a direct iterative method. 利用增量谐波平衡法(IHB法)研究轴向运动梁在纵向与横向振动耦合作用下的非线性振动,尤其是在横向第1,2固有频率之比1/2接近1:3情况下的内部共振。首先利用哈密顿原理建立非惯性参考系下轴向运动梁的振动微分方程,采用分离变量法分离时间变量和空间变量并利用Galerkin方法离散运动方程。再利用IHB法进行非线性振动的分析。典型算例获得了纵向振动与横向振动耦合时非线性振动复杂的频幅响应曲线,探讨了耦合情况下对系统振动的影响,揭示了很多复杂而有趣的非线性现象。 相似文献

提出了使压电陶瓷传感器在采样间隔内作执行器、并应用于振动主动控制的方法。一个传感执行周期包含传感时隙、执行时隙和放电时隙,依次进行振动测量、振动控制和释放残留电荷。由时序电路控制三个时隙的切换,论述了时序设计和开关选取等技术细节。实验证明了传感功能和执行功能在时间上的切换不影响压电元件的传感效果,执行能力取决于执行时隙与传感执行周期之比。在对悬臂梁进行模态分析的基础上,采用独立模态控制和线性二次型最优控制算法,将分时复用的压电传感器和执行器用于悬臂梁一阶模态的振动主动控制,结果表明控制后悬臂梁的振动衰减时间缩短为控制前的20%。 相似文献
