MoS2-based composite coatings were deposited with the nano-compound unbalanced plasma plating technique the effects of processing parameters and working enwironments on the tribological properties of the coatings were examined by the drilling experiuments and XPS.the distances between substrate and Ti larget, Ti content and deposition pressure were varied in order to determine the optimun conditions for producing lubricious,long-lasting MoS2-based coatings,IT is found that the tribological performance of Tin-MoS2 roating decreases rqapidly in humid air but the humid resistant property of Tin-MoS2/Ti coating improves evidently it is indicated that the humid-resistantance property and the abrasion durability of MoS2-based coatings can be enhanced markedly by adding Ti with a certain contents.  相似文献

The analytical mathematical solutions of gas concentration and fractional gas loss for the diffusion of gas in a cylindrical coal sample were given with detailed mathematical derivations by assuming that the diffusion of gas through the coal matrix is concentration gradient-driven and obeys the Fick’s Second Law of Diffusion. The analytical solutions were approximated in case of small values of time and the error analyses associated with the approximation were also undertaken. The results indicate that the square root relationship of gas release in the early stage of desorption, which is widely used to provide a simple and fast estimation of the lost gas, is the first term of the approximation, and care must be taken in using the square root relationship as a significant error might be introduced with increase in the lost time and decrease in effective diameter of a cylindrical coal sample.  相似文献

Influences of a New Admixture MX on Concrete Durability   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The performance of concrete with a new admixture MX was studied by using the freeze-thaw cycle, permeability aud chemical attack test. The experimental results show that MX improves the durability of concrete. Within the optimum proportion ranges from 0. 1% to 1% , the compressive strength of concrete after freezethaw is increased by 20%- 50% , and Young‘ s modulus can be increased by 3.76- 5.64 times. The strength aud weight loss of concrete with 0. 4% MX are respectively decreased by 28% and 60% after hydrochloric acid attack.The strength aud weight loss of concrete with 0. 4% MX are decreased by 5%- 20% after sulfuric acid aud sodium sulfate attack. The permeability of concrete with 1% MX at 28 days can be decreased by more than 30% . The investigation of the negative temperature property of MX aud analysis on concrete composition and microstructure by MIP reveal that the heat couduction is resisted aud the freezing procedure of solution in concrete pore is retarded due to the adding of MX. Moreover, the pore structure of concrete with MX is improved, thus improving the durability. Bated on this study, a resistance model of MX to block the heat aud mass transference was proposed, and the mechanism of durability improvement of concrete with MX was explained.  相似文献

With emphasis on gas isotopes and geochemistry as well as hydrogeochemistry, a field investigation has been carried out in Hengjing geothermal area, south Jiangxi Province of south-eastern China. The water chemistry of the geothermal waters indicates their local meteoric water origin, whereas their gas composition and carbon and helium isotopes reveal that some gases in the geothermal waters have mantle origin.  相似文献

The title compound(13,27-dichloro-3,6,9,17,20,23-hexaazatricyclo-[23.3.1.111,15]-triaconta-l(29),2,9,11,13,15(30),16,23,25,27-decaene-29,30-diol-N3,N6,N9,O29,O30)-bis(nitrato-O,O)-Europium(Ⅲ) nitrate was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectra,electrospray mass spectrum and X-ray diffraction,respectively.The crystal of the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a=2.3737(2) nm,b=14.333(1) nm,c=19.388(2) nm,β = 91.804(1)°,Mr= 850.4,V= 6.5929(8) nm3,R= 0.0333,wR= 0.0936.At room temperature,excitation of the title complex gives rise to the characteristic luminescent emissions of the Eu3+ ion.  相似文献

A new dual-layer granular bed filter for hot gas cleanup was invented and studied experimentally. Fine sand, 0.5-1 mm grain size and about 1350 kg/m^3 bulk density, was used as the lower layer of the filter. Expanded perlite particles, 2-5 mm grain size and about 70 kg/m^3 bulk density, was used for the upper layer of the filter in this study. It was confirmed that the sizes and densities of these two media matched well; the binary media remained in complete segregation during regeneration by fluidization. Test results show that the filtration of the expanded perlite particle layer was characterized as "deep bed filtration." Filtration of the fine sand layer was "surface cake filtration." The expanded perlite particle layer contributed about 90% to the bed dust capacity, but only about 20% to the total bed pressure drop, which increased the bed dust capacity ten fold compared to a single-layer bed of the same sand and the same total bed pressure drop. The dust cake on the surface of the fine sand layer raised the collection efficiencies to over 99.99%.  相似文献

A kind of photoelectric system that is suitable to measuring and to testing the damage of the composite material intelligent structure was presented. It can measure the degree of damage of the composite intelligent structure and it also can tell us the damage position in the structure. This system consists of two parts : software and hardware. Experiments of the damage detection and the analysis of the composite material structure with the photoelectric system were performed, and a series of damage detection experiments was conducted. The results prove that the performance of the system is well and the effects of the measure and test are evident. Through all the experiments, the damage detection technology and test system are approved to be real-time, effective and reliable in the damage detection of the composite intelligent structure.  相似文献

As a new clean energy source, the utilization and demand for hydrogen fuel are rapidly increasing. The integrated process of wastewater treatment of DESAR and energy recovery was developed in the studies. A new hydrogen anaerobe was isolated from the activated sludge. The optimal glucose concentration and the optimal initial pH were 12.0 g/L and 5. 5 respectively. The optimum C/N of the growth and hydrogen production in Rennanqilyf3 was (3.0 ~3.5): 1. The integrated process between DESAR system and biohydrogen production will be an important progress on energy recovery of DESAR system.  相似文献

Environmental Kuznets characteristics and causes of waste water, waste gas, and solid wastes in Wuhan city was researched; By comparing the variation of “three wastes”, i.e. waste water, waste gas, and solid wastes,the model between standardized per capita GDP and values of “three wastes” discharge was established and the causes were analyzed based on the theory of environmental economics. The results show that 1) the total amount is fluctuantly increasing, but the discharges of the three kinds are temporarily different, 2) the curve conforms to the three-power function, in which the curve descends from 1985 to 1994, and the curve preliminary shows the environmental Kuznets characteristics from 1995 to 2001, 3) the simulated calculation illustrates that the turning point of this environmental Kuznets curve would be over 25007. 25 Yuan per caprta, and 4) the economic development, changing of industry structure, energy resource structure, and environmental policies are the main factors leading to the Environmental Kuznets Curve in Wuhan city.  相似文献

High temperature wear characteristics of a new hot work die steel CH95 doped with a small amount of rare earth ( Re ) and boron ( B ) have been investigated and compared with those of conventional die steel H11 at a series of temperatures and loads. Worn surfaces of CH95 steel and H11 steel were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope. It is found that high temperature mechanical properties of CH95 steel are much better than those of H11 steel. The oxide layer formed on the worn surface plays an important role in wear resistance at high temperature. When the load is less than 63 N, the surface oxide layer keeps integrated and the effect of load on high temperature wear is small. When the load is higher than 63 N, the supporting ability of matrix to the oxide layer decreases with the increase of load, which results in an increase of wear rate. Compared with H11 steel, the wear resistance of CH95 steel is much better and the worn surface of CH95 steel is smoother. It is easier for CH95 steel to form a compact and integrated surface oxide layer at high temperature than for Hll steel, which protects the worn surface and reduces wear.  相似文献

A new niobate crystal was synthesized for the first time in BaO-NaO-Cr2O3-Nb2O3 system by the solid state reacition and the flux method. The new compound was studied by X-ray diffraction, electron probe, X-ray microanalysis, chemical analysis and SEM. The result of X-ray powder diffraction shows that Ba5NaCr0.5 Nb9.5O30 belongs to the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure, with space group P4 bin(100) and lattice parameters a=b=12. 4450 (2) A, c=3.9931 (2) A and Z=1. The X-ray powder diffraction lines of the compound were well indexed.  相似文献
