高铜钴硫酸锌溶液锌粉高温净化除钴工艺研究

针对国内某冶炼厂高铜钴硫酸锌溶液净化除钴过程中存在高含量铜、钴离子造成在高温置换过程中钴返溶明显,造成锌粉用量大的问题,研究了锌粉加入方式、铜离子含量、温度、时间、锌粉用量等条件对高铜钴硫酸锌溶液一段高温净化除钴效果的影响,得出在较佳条件下,锌粉用量为钴含量75倍时净化后液中的Co可除至0.38mg/L,满足净化除钴要...     

硫酸锌中性浸出液净化除钴

以模拟脱除铜镉后的中性浸出液为原料液,在50~90 ℃的温度范围内研究了温度、时间、Cu2+、Sb3+对锌粉置换除钴的影响,并采用锌片电极在上述溶液中进行了开路电位的测试和阻抗研究。结果表明,金属锌置换除钴离子因其析出过电位较高而受到抑制,加入Cu2+和Sb3+对Co2+的置换都具有催化作用。Cu2+催化速度快,但是除钴效果不稳定;Sb3+催化时除钴速度仍然较慢,但是置换出来的钴能够稳定存在;当使用Cu2+、Sb3+联合催化时,钴的脱除速度更快、脱除效果更加稳定。电化学测试结果显示,Cu2+能催化H+在金属锌上的析出,Sb3+会延缓催化H+在金属锌上的析出。电化学阻抗研究发现,50 ℃时,Sb3+对锌置换除Co2+的阻抗具有轻微的降低作用,而Cu2+对锌置换除Co2+的阻抗具有显著的降低作用,当联合使用Cu2++Sb3+时,锌置换除Co2+的阻抗大幅度下降。     

碱法炼锌生产中锌粉返溶问题及其影响因素

分析了碱法炼锌生产过程中锌粉返溶的原因,研究了各因素对锌粉返溶的影响。结果表明,通过降低溶液温度、缩短固液分离时间、减小搅拌速率、电解析出细粒径锌粉等措施,可以减少锌粉返溶量。     

锌氧压浸出液深度净化除钴研究

针对丹霞冶炼厂原有湿法炼锌净化工艺新液的钴离子含量较低,不能满足技改工程氧压浸出电解对杂质钴离子含量要求的情况,通过模拟试验新工艺一净后液钴离子含量,用正交试验方法考察了锌粉、铜离子、锑白加入量对除钴率的影响.结果表明:当锌粉用量为2 g/L、铜离子用量为5 mg/L、锑白用量为2.5 mg/L时,除钴率的S/N比值最佳,且钴的复溶率最低.     

湿法炼锌溶液净化β-萘酚除钴的研究

研究了影响β-萘酚除钴的主要因素以及除钴过程中杂质元素的行为,探索了β-萘酚除钴的工艺条件.试验结果表明:当上清液铜、镉浓度较高时,β-萘酚除钴效果差,用锌粉置换铜、镉后,β-萘酚加入量为钴量的9～13倍时,除钴效果与锌粉锑盐工艺相同,上清液残留钴降至0.5mg/L以下.     

湿法炼锌净化工序锌粉用量研究

针对湿法炼锌硫酸锌溶液加锌粉除杂质过程中，影响锌粉用量及除钴，锑等的因素进行了探索和研究。结果表明：锌粉的化学质量和物理规格对锌粉用量有直接影响，升高温度对除钴、锑有利；处长反应时间对除锑有利，而钴出现返溶。     

从硬质合金的硝酸浸出液中回收钴和铜

对从硬质合金碎屑的硝酸浸出液中置换回收金属钴和铜进行了研究。分别采用铁、铝和锌3种金属粉末进行还原置换,对比发现,锌粉对浸出液中钴、铜的置换效果好于铁粉与铝粉。采用锌粉分别进行水解除铁和二次置换钴试验,结果表明,在80℃、溶液pH=2的条件下,采用预先水解除铁-锌粉置换钴流程,反应4h,钴和铜的回收率最高,分别达到94%和98%。

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
