基于Taguchi试验方法,研究共注射成型工艺参数对熔体追赶距离的影响,获得各个因素对熔体追赶距离的影响度。结果表明:熔体注射速度的影响度最大,模具温度和中心层熔体注射温度次之,而壳层熔体注射温度的影响度最小。获得了塑料共注射成型中最佳工艺参数的组合,可用于指导实际生产。 相似文献

根据对流换热理论,通过修正对流换热系数,建立了微小齿轮注射过程的传热模型,基于熔体流动理论和两相流模型,通过对注射过程模具型腔温度场以及熔体与型腔近壁面传热过程的数值分析,表明微小齿轮注射过程中的型腔近壁面温度下降非常明显。对比各注射工艺参数对型腔近壁面温度的影响,得到影响因素的主次顺序为模具温度、熔体温度、注射速度和注射压力。分析了对流换热修正系数对型腔近壁面温度的影响,通过控制变量试验分析了各工艺参数对微小齿轮齿顶圆直径的影响,确定了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)微小齿轮的最佳注射工艺参数,并验证了模拟结果的正确性。 相似文献

针对塑料直尺注射成型容易产生翘曲变形的问题,对其注射成型过程进行了优化分析,以降低注射成型中塑件的模内残留应力,提高塑件质量。采用正交优化方法和Minitab统计分析软件,将塑件的模内残留应力作为优化目标、对成型过程中影响塑件模内残留应力的模具温度、熔体温度、注射速率、保压压力与注射压力比和保压时间等5个工艺参数进行了优化分析。在此基础上,选取熔体温度、注射速率和保压时间这3个对优化目标有显著影响的工艺参数进行了二次优化,得到最优组合。最后进行试验,验证了数值模拟的合理性和优化分析的有效性。 相似文献

A mathematical model and the integrated simulation program for predicting part warpage, which arises during injection molding
of thermoplastic polymers, were developed. To build the model, the finite element method (FEM) was used and the theory of
shells, represented as an assembly of flat elements formed by combining the constant strain triangular element and the discrete
Kirchhoff triangular element, was applied. This shell theory is well suited for thin injection molded products of complex
shape. Furthermore, in this work, experimental research on flat plates was performed to study the effect of the plastic material,
the mold structure, and certain key processing parameters on warpage. The investigated processing parameters include injection
pressure, packing pressure, injection time, packing time, cooling time, and melting temperature. Different examples were presented
to examine the developed simulation software, and results predicted from the simulation program were verified in the above
experiments and showed reasonable accuracy compared with experiment data. 相似文献

残余壁厚是衡量水辅助成型制品质量的重要指标,研究工艺参数对残余壁厚的影响规律对生产工艺具有重要指导意义。基于流体体积法,应用计算流体力学(CFD)计算软件分析了工艺参数对水辅助注塑三维弯管残余壁厚的影响。仿真分析中为了完整描述熔体黏度在实际成型中的变化,利用软件中的用户定义功能(UDF)完成对熔体黏度模型的定义。模拟分析表明:注水速率与熔体注射量是影响水管件成型质量的主要因素。提高注水速率,使得短时间内有更多熔体被推向前方,形成更小的残余壁厚。提高熔体注射量会降低水体穿透空间,得到的水管件残余壁厚更大。另一方面,本次模拟分析中诸如注水温度、模具温度、熔体温度等因素对残余壁厚影响并不大。 相似文献

This paper investigates the fracture types and thickness ratio distribution in superplastic Zn/Al sheets formed during a hybrid process combining superplastic sheet forming with plastic injection molding. Three types of sheet fractures, edge cracking, central cracking and combined cracking, are observed. The success of forming superplastic sheets with rib features using injection molding with various parameters, including melt temperature, injection pressure and mold temperature, are investigated. They are presented in the form of a molding area with areas of various fracture types. Central cracks occur when superplastic sheets are formed with injection molding with higher melt temperature, while edge cracks occur with higher injection pressure. When the melt flow is parallel to the sheet rolling direction, the areas of edge crack are enlarged. The sheet thickness ratio distribution is obtained for various injection parameters and rib depths. Observation of the sheet thickness distribution for variation parameters, the tendency of the sheet fracture type can be generalized. 相似文献

Plastic injection molding plays a key role in the production of high-quality plastic parts. Shrinkage is one of the most significant
problems of a plastic part in terms of quality in the plastic injection molding. This article focuses on the study of the
modeling and analysis of the effects of process parameters on the shrinkage by evaluating the quality of the plastic part
of a DVD-ROM cover made with Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) polymer material. An effective regression model was developed
to determine the mathematical relationship between the process parameters (mold temperature, melt temperature, injection pressure,
injection time, and cooling time) and the volumetric shrinkage by utilizing the analysis data. Finite element (FE) analyses
designed by Taguchi (L27) orthogonal arrays were run in the Moldflow simulation program. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was then performed to check
the adequacy of the regression model and to determine the effect of the process parameters on the shrinkage. Experiments were
conducted to control the accuracy of the regression model with the FE analyses obtained from Moldflow. The results show that
the regression model agrees very well with the FE analyses and the experiments. From this, it can be concluded that this study
succeeded in modeling the shrinkage problem in our application. 相似文献
