目前,聚合物注入的流程中很大部分采用比例调节泵,注入过程中出现泵出口、静混出口与井口粘度低,粘度波动较大等问题。经过实验分析,对比泵前后、静混前后、井口前后的粘度差异,得出这一问题的主要原因是比例调节泵。对比例调节泵进行改进后,粘损下降明显。 相似文献

针对磷酸二铵生产过程产品总养分含量的波动,结合生产过程分析结果,阐述了快速调节磷酸二铵产品养分含量的方法。对养分含量超标(w(总养分)64.3%)情况,采用加入硫酸或磷酸一铵渣,以及提升产品水含量的方法降低养分含量;对养分含量低(w(总养分)63.9%)的情况,采用降低产品水含量,或调节N、P质量比的方法提升总养分含量。两种方法皆可快速、有效地使磷酸二铵产品w(总养分)接近64.0%。 相似文献

We studied the kinetics and mechanism of the charge‐transfer polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) initiated with n‐butyl amine (BA) and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) catalyzed by palladium dichloride (PdCl2 or PdII) in a dimethyl sulfoxide medium by using a dilatometric technique at 60°C. The rate of polymerization (Rp) was a function of [MMA], [BA], [CCl4], and [PdII]. The kinetic data indicated a mechanism involving the possible participation of the charge‐transfer complex formed between the {BA–PdII} complex and CCl4 or monomer in the polymerization of MMA. In the absence of either CCl4 or BA, no polymerization of MMA was observed under these experimental conditions. Natural convection and pool boiling heat transfer were observed on centrally heated, flat superfinished nickel surfaces using thoroughly degassed, spectroscopic grade carbon tetrachloride at 0.5, 1, and 1.5, atm. pressure. Three distinct modes of natural convective circulation were observed and surface superheats as high as 125°F. were recorded. Single and multiple cylindrical cavities (0.0002 to 0.001 inch in diameter) served as active nuclei. This study demonstrates the use of supercritical carbon dioxide in the removal of residual carbon tetrachloride from chlorinated polyisoprene in a packed column. The effects of varying temperature and pressure on the efficiency of extraction are examined. The data indicate that there exists an optimum combination of pressure and temperature and that quite small deviations from these conditions can produce substantially poorer extraction efficiency and lead to the destruction of the polymer particle morphology. 相似文献

The liver microsomal Δ9 and Δ6 desaturase activities have been studied in rats with carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatitis. Immediately after poisoning,
significant decreases were observed for both types of desaturase activity. However, recovery kinetics were slower for the
Δ6 desaturase than for the Δ9 desaturase. The activities of NADH-ferricyanide and NADH-cytochrome C reductases, proteins involved in the electron transfers
associated with microsomal desaturation, were also measured. There was a fall in both activities after poisoning, but this

为了开发低温钛氯化工艺及解决工业副产物CCl4的再利用问题,在固定床和流化床反应器中考察了自贡法人造金红石原料与CCl4低温氯化制备TiCl4的反应过程,利用SEM、XRD、XPS等手段表征了人造金红石原料在反应前后的变化。结果显示,在450~500℃下,自贡法人造金红石能与CCl4快速反应生成TiCl4产品。少量Fe元素的掺杂是金红石相具备较高反应速率的关键原因。人造金红石原料制备过程中的弱氧化焙烧处理在颗粒表面形成的惰性金红石壳层,导致TiCl4收率极限为90%,但该壳层能在酸解过程以及低温CCl4氯化过程中维持颗粒粒度,使该原料能用于流化床操作。此过程具有显著的环保价值和工业应用前景。 相似文献
