To determine whether the expression of transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-alpha), its receptor (epidermal growth factor receptor [EGFr]), p53 nuclear protein, and proliferation influences prognosis of patients with liver metastases, a study was performed in 45 liver metastases and 33 corresponding primary colorectal carcinomas in patients referred for liver surgery. The expression of TGF-alpha, EGFr, p53 nuclear protein, and proliferation rate was correlated with clinicopathological characteristics and survival after partial liver resection. In liver metastases, TGF-alpha expression was low in 42%, intermediate in 35%, and high in 23%. TGF-alpha expression was higher in liver metastases derived from lymph node-positive primary carcinomas, in synchronous and in irresectable liver metastases compared with those derived from lymph node-negative primary carcinomas, metachronous, and resectable liver metastases. Nuclear p53 expression was found in 83% of primary tumors and 71% of liver metastases. p53 expression did not correlate with the various clinicopathological characteristics. Ki67 expression was not associated with clinicopathological characteristics in primary and metastatic tumors. In the 38 patients in whom a partial liver resection was performed, median survival was 25 months in patients with a higher TGF-alpha expression in the metastasis than in the primary tumor and 60 months in patients with comparable or lower TGF-alpha expression in the metastasis than in the primary tumor (P = .036). Median survival after liver resection was 21 months in patients with p53-negative liver metastases and 58 months in patients with p53-positive metastases (P = .043). By multivariate analysis, p53 and EGFr expression on liver metastases were the best predictors of disease-free survival after partial liver resection, with relative risks of 2.38 and 3.33, respectively. In patients with colorectal liver metastases, referred for liver surgery, a higher TGF-alpha expression is associated with unfavorable tumor characteristics, whereas p53 and absence of EGFr expression is associated with a better survival after partial liver resection.  相似文献

Epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor status is a useful prognostic indicator in women with breast cancer. Lack of standardization and correlation of methodology for the detection of EGF receptor has hampered its further evaluation. EGF receptor status was ascertained by immunohistochemistry and radioligand assay in 120 breast cancers. Of 52 tumours negative for EGF receptor on radioligand assay, 47 were negative on immunohistochemistry and, of 68 tumours positive for the receptor on assay, 52 were positive on immunohistochemistry. If the more widely evaluated radioligand assay is assumed to be the 'gold standard', immunohistochemistry has a sensitivity of 81 per cent and a specificity of 91 per cent.  相似文献

We report here a retrospective study of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression in 140 patients with human endometrioid endometrial carcinoma (median period of follow-up, 43.8 months; ranging from 1 to 155 months). Tumor specimens were immunohistochemically examined for the overexpression of EGFR, and the correlation among EGFR status, various clinicopathologic parameters, and prognosis was statistically evaluated. Monoclonal antibody (clone 31 G 7), which recognizes the extracellular domain of the EGFR molecule, was used for immunostaining. Ninety-four of 140 cases were immunohistochemically positive for EGFR (67.1%). The presence or absence of EGFR did not correlate with surgical stage, depth of myometrial invasion (DI), or lymph node involvement, but did correlate with histological grade and patient's age. Furthermore, patients with EGFR-positive endometrial carcinoma had a statistically significant shorter length of survival than those with EGFR-negative tumors (P = .018). This trend is more apparent among the patients more than 50 years old (P = .003). When adjusted for surgical stage, DI, and patient age, EGFR status retained prognostic value by multivariate analysis. However, when adjusted for surgical stage, histological grade, DI, and patient age, EGFR status failed to retain prognostic value by multivariate analysis. The results of this study suggest that EGFR expression is correlated with histological grade and greater invasiveness of human endometrioid endometrial carcinoma.  相似文献

There is high current interest in developing synthetic routes to oligosaccharides involved in glycoconjugates. Significant attention has been focused on the application of glycosidase-catalyzed transglycosylation for practical synthesis of oligosaccharides. The enzymatic synthesis has become more practical by the use of several glycosidases available in sufficient quantities. This review describes convenient syntheses of di- and trisaccharide units, which are related to molecular recognition, by using regioselective transgalactosylation, trans-N-acetylglucosaminylation, transfucosylation, and transmannosylation. The regioselectivity could be controlled to some extent by using the following techniques: (1) varying enzymes, (2) organic co-solvent system, (3) the configuration of the existing glycosidic linkage of the acceptor and (4) inclusion complex of acceptor glycoside with cyclodextrin. Furthermore, glycopolymers carrying a series of disaccharides containing beta-D-galactosyl residues were synthesized and used as a model in oligosaccharide-lectin interaction analysis. These water-soluble glycopolymers were shown to be useful as probes of carbohydrate recognition.  相似文献

The immunohistological expression of p53 and MDM2 oncoproteins was examined in paraffin embedded tissue from 106 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder and was related to various clinicopathological features, the expression of proliferation associated markers (proliferating cell nuclear antigen - PCNA - and Ki-67), c-erb B-2 oncoprotein and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), as well as to survival. MDM2 immunoreactivity was seen in 38% of our cases, and in 14% was accompanied by p53 positive immunohistochemistry. The rate of p53 positivity was associated with grade, stage and papillary status, whereas MDM2 immunopositivity increased with grade and stage (Ta VS T1), and MDM2 labeling index (LI) with stage. MDM2 expression was related to p53 expression and less strongly to proliferation rate (Ki-67 LI). The simultaneous p53 and MDM2 expression was more frequently observed in higher grade and stage tumours. C-erb B-2, EGFR and proliferation marker expression increased with grade, stage and non-papillary configuration. In univariate analysis high grade, solid growth pattern, advanced T-category, cystectomy, EGFR and Ki-67 expression were linked to shorter overall survival but only Ki-67 LI, along with T-category and type of therapy, had independent prognostic value. C-erb B-2 expression and stage were the two independent predictors of disease-free survival and Ki-67 LI and EGFR LI the independent predictors of post-relapse survival. For patients with superficial tumors PCNA LI emerged as the single independent determinator of survival. p53 and MDM2 expression did not appear to have any significant impact on survival, although the simultaneous expression of p53 and MDM2 turned out to be a highly significant parameter of shortened overall survival in univariate analysis.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To determine whether the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein was predictive of patient survival independently of other prognostic factors in astrocytic tumors. METHODS AND MATERIALS: Epidermal growth factor receptor protein expression was investigated immunohistochemically in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded surgical specimens of 55 glioblastoma multiforme, 14 anaplastic astrocytoma, and 2 astrocytomas given definitive irradiation. We evaluated the relationship of EGFR protein expression and tumor grade, histologic features, age at diagnosis, sex, patient survival, and recurrence-free survival. RESULTS: The percentage of tumor cells which were EGFR positive related to reduced survival by Cox regression analysis in both univariate (p = 0.0424) and multivariate analysis (p = 0.0016). Epidermal growth factor receptor positivity was the only 1 of 11 clinical and histological variables associated with decreased recurrence-free survival by either univariate (p = 0.0353) or multivariate (p=0.0182) analysis. Epidermal growth factor receptor protein expression was not related to patient age, sex, or histologic features. CONCLUSION: Epidermal growth factor receptor positivity was a significant and independent prognostic indicator for overall survival and recurrence-free survival for irradiated patients with astrocytic gliomas.  相似文献

Hoxb-5 is one of the few homeobox genes strongly expressed in the developing mouse lung. To explore the hypothesis that Hoxb-5 acts to regulate epithelial cell fate and branching morphogenesis in the developing lung, we studied the temporal, spatial, and cell-specific expression of Hoxb-5 from gestational day (d) 13.5 to postnatal day (P) 2. Immunocytochemistry demonstrated regional localization of Hoxb-5 protein to developing conducting airways and surrounding mesenchyme. The cellular expression pattern changed from diffusely positive nuclei of mesenchymal cells on d13.5 to become more localized to nuclei of subepithelial fibroblasts and some adjacent columnar and cuboidal epithelial cells on d14.5. After d14.5, Hoxb-5 protein expression continued to decrease in mesenchymal cells distal from developing airways, but persisted in fibroblasts underlying conducting airways. Hoxb-5 protein expression persisted in nuclei of columnar and cuboidal epithelial cells on d16.5 and d17.5, with expression in low cuboidal epithelial cells as well from d17.5 to P2. Western blot analysis showed temporal and quantitative changes in Hoxb-5 protein expression with peak expression on d14.5-15.5. We conclude that Hoxb-5 protein is developmentally regulated in a temporal, spatial, and cell-specific manner throughout the pseudoglandular, canalicular, and terminal saccular periods of lung development in the mouse. This localization and expression pattern suggests that Hoxb-5 may influence branching morphogenesis, cell-cell communication, cell fate, and differentiation of conducting airway epithelia.  相似文献

Because epidermal growth factor (EGF), transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-alpha), and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) have been implicated in the regulation of adrenocortical function, we used immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization of EGF and TGF-alpha to study 41 specimens of human adrenal cortex, including 10 normal specimens, 15 aldosteronomas, five Cushing's adenomas, six adrenocortical incidentalomas, and five carcinomas to determine what role these growth factors play in controlling human adrenocortical function. Neither immunoreactivity nor mRNA hybridization signals to EGF was detected in any specimens, and EGF therefore may exert its effects on adrenal function as an endocrine hormone. TGF-alpha expression was detected at both protein and mRNA levels in normal and neoplastic adrenal cortex, demonstrating that TGF-alpha is synthesized locally in human adrenal cortex. TGF-alpha expression was observed in the cells with increased steroidogenesis, including compact tumor cells and zona fasciculata cells with lipid depletion, but did not necessarily correlate with production sites of any specific steroid hormone. EGFR immunoreactivity was more widely distributed than TGF-alpha immunoreactivity. Both TGF-alpha and EGFR expression were markedly elevated in adrenocortical carcinomas. TGF-alpha and EGFR thus appear to be involved in biological function in both normal and neoplastic human adrenal cortex. In addition, TGF-alpha and EGFR may play important roles in some biological features of adrenocortical malignancy.  相似文献

We studied 1073 cases of invasive ductal breast cancer, NOS for their elastic content (DEL, ductal+periductal elastosis; TEL, tumour elastosis) and compared the findings with the results of biochemical and immunohistochemical steroid hormone receptor examination. Tumours of patients up to 50 years of age and older were examined separately. In a number of tumours elastosis was also examined in relation to Ki-67 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) immunostaining. Sensitivity and specificity of DEL and TEL for predicting the receptor, Ki-67 and EGFR findings were estimated. Sensitivity of DEL and TEL for oestrogen and progesterone receptors is dependent on the degree of tumour differentiation and the degree of elastosis, increasing from DEL 1 degree and TEL 1 degree to DEL 3 degrees and TEL 3 degrees. It was more evident in grade 1 (G1) and G2 than in G3 carcinomas. Elastosis is a useful predictor of positive receptor findings particularly in G1 and G2 tumours with moderate and high-grade elastosis. It is a similarly useful predictor of negative receptor values in G3 carcinomas. The predictive value of DEL and TEL for the results of Ki-67 and EGFR immunostaining gradually decreases with increasing elastosis, consistent with the assumption that Ki-67 and EGFR identify the degree of tumour proliferation and invasion, while elastosis correlates with the degree of differentiation of breast cancer. Elastosis is a poor predictor of Ki-67 and EGFR findings in any individual breast cancer. Moderate and high-grade elastosis points to positive steroid hormone receptor assays in G1 and G2 carcinomas. In contrast, the lack of elastosis in G3 carcinomas may indicate a negative receptor assay. Both findings have a high degree of reliability.  相似文献

Immunolocalization of transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF alpha), epidermal growth factor (EGF), cripto-1, amphiregulin and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) was studied in 51 premenopausal human ovaries at various phases of the menstrual cycle. Localization of mRNA for TGF alpha and EGF was also studied by in-situ hybridization. Immunoreactive TGF alpha was observed predominantly in theca cells in 12 of 33 antral follicles in the follicular phase (6/14 dominant follicles, and 6/19 non-dominant) but not in any of the 18 follicles in the luteal phase or in primordial and pre-antral follicles. TGF alpha immunoreactivity was present predominantly in the luteinized granulosa cells in 13 of 15 corpora lutea in the luteal phase, which are considered to be active in steroidogenesis, but not in any of the regressed corpora lutea. Accumulation of TGF alpha mRNA hybridization signal was observed only in the theca cells in the follicles and luteinized theca cells in the ovaries that were immunohistochemically positive for TGF alpha. EGFR immunoreactivity was detected in 24 of 33 antral follicles in the follicular phase and in two of 18 follicles in the luteal phase but not in any of the corpora lutea. Immunoreactive EGF, cripto-1 and amphiregulin or EGF mRNA was not detected in any follicles, corpora lutea, or the stroma cells examined. These results indicate that, of the epidermal growth factors examined in this study, TGF alpha is locally synthesized in normal cycling human ovaries and TGF alpha may be synthesized in theca cells and act on the granulosa cells in a paracrine fashion through the EGFR in ovarian follicles.  相似文献

The pretreatment characteristics of 210 patients with multiple myeloma, observed between 1980 and 1994, were evaluated as potential prognostic factors for survival. Multivariate analysis according to Cox's proportional hazard model identified in the 160 dead patients with myeloma, among 26 different single prognostic variables, the following factors in order of importance: beta 2-microglobulin; bone marrow plasma cell percentage, hemoglobinemia, degree of lytic bone lesions, serum creatinine, and serum albumin. By analysis of these variables a prognostic index (PI), that considers the regression coefficients derived by Cox's model of all significant factors, was obtained. Using this it was possible to separate the whole patient group into three stages: stage I (PI < 1.485, 67 patients), stage II (PI: 1.485-2.090, 76 patients), and stage III (PI > 2.090, 67 patients), with a median survivals of 68, 36 and 13 months (P < 0.0001), respectively. Also the responses to therapy (P < 0.0001) and the survival curves (P < 0.00001) presented significant differences among the three subgroups. Knowledge of these factors could be of value in predicting prognosis and in planning therapy in patients with multiple myeloma.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-alpha) affect cells through binding to a shared EGF receptor (EGF-R), which is a transmembrane protein with tyrosine kinase activity. They exert trophic effects on vascular endothelial, salivary acinar, and ductal and mucosal epithelial cells. In Sj?gren's syndrome (SS) focal sialadenitis leads to salivary gland tissue damage, diminished salivary flow, and changes in the oral epithelium, a complex referred to as xerostomia. We compared the localization of EGF, TGF-alpha, and EGF-R in labial salivary glands in SS and in healthy controls. METHODS: Labial salivary gland tissues of 12 patients with SS and 7 healthy controls were stained with the immunohistochemical peroxidase-antiperoxidase method for EGF, TGF-alpha, and EGF-R. RESULTS: Immunoreactivity for both EGF and TGF-alpha was found in endothelial cells of blood vessels and in some ductal epithelial cells. TGF-alpha, but not EGF, was also found in some acinar cells. EGF-R was found in endothelial, acinar, and salivary duct epithelial cells. There was no difference in the expression of EGF-R between diseased and healthy specimens, but both EGF and TGF-alpha were diminished in SS. CONCLUSION: The interrelated localization of EGF-R and its ligands, EGF and TGF-alpha, suggests an autocrine, juxtacrine, and paracrine mitogenic/trophic role for them and thus a role in the maintenance of the secretory and excretory cells of the normal salivary glands. The trophic effects on acinar cells seem not to be mediated by EGF, but more likely by TGF-alpha. The diminished expression of EGF and TGF-alpha indicates a failure of this trophic system in SS, which may contribute to the acinar atrophy and secondary changes thereof, including atrophy of the oral mucosa.  相似文献

Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFr) is expressed in human bronchial epithelial cells, and non-small cell lung cancers express increased EGFr. Squamous metaplasia of the bronchial epithelium occurs in chronic smokers and is considered an early premalignant change. In this study, EGFr expression was examined in biopsies of histologically normal and metaplastic bronchial tissues obtained from 69 smokers who were enrolled in a randomized placebo-controlled chemoprevention trial. This trial tested the effects of 6 months of treatment with 13-cis retinoic acid (13cRA) on bronchial metaplasia. EGFr expression was examined as a marker of bronchial metaplasia and response to 13cRA treatment. In bronchial biopsies obtained from patients in this study, EGFr expression was higher in metaplastic biopsies than in normal biopsies (P = 0.02). Smoking cessation during treatment correlated with reduced metaplasia (P < 0.001) and EGFr expression (P = 0.02), but multivariate analysis suggested that this effect of smoking cessation on EGFr expression was dependent upon reversal of bronchial metaplasia. 13cRA treatment did not alter EGFr expression (P = 0.23). Baseline EGFr expression levels in metaplastic biopsies did not predict metaplasia reversal. This study demonstrated that increased EGFr expression is a biomarker of bronchial metaplasia, but it did not support the hypothesis that EGFr is a biomarker of retinoid response in lung cancer chemoprevention trials.  相似文献

In this review the indications for the available treatments for dyslipidemias in the prevention of coronary heart disease (CHD) are considered, and their efficacy according to the latest studies is analyzed. As data sources the authors used the main multicenter studies performed in the last twenty years to evaluate primary and secondary prevention of CHD by correcting dyslipidemias as well as the results of meta-analyses of these studies. All treatments considered were found effective in preventing CHD morbidity and mortality to some extent. In particular, the combination of diet with niacin or hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA) reductase inhibitors seems to give the best results. These drugs induce a marked reduction of total and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and an increase of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol concentrations. The use of diet, niacin, and HMG CoA reductase inhibitors reduces total as well as specific mortality. Treatment of dyslipidemia to prevent CHD depends on the pattern and severity of dyslipidemia, the presence of overt CHD, and the patient's response to diet. Pharmacologic treatment should be started only after dietary modifications have been tried and must be combined with diet. Drug side effects must also be considered, for they may affect patient compliance. High levels of total and LDL and low levels of HDL cholesterol are major risk factors for coronary atherosclerosis. Correcting lipid abnormalities can reduce the risk of development or progression of CHD. Diet and drugs are the main instruments available to normalize lipid levels. The choice of drug to combine with diet must be based on its specific effects on lipid metabolism, side effects, and efficacy in reducing CHD.  相似文献

PURPOSE: Subdural grid arrays are used when seizure activity cannot be located by ictal scalp recordings and when functional cortical mapping is required before surgery. This study was performed to determine and compare the CT and MR imaging appearance of subdural EEG grids and to identify the types and frequency of associated complications. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and imaging studies of 51 consecutive patients who underwent 54 craniotomies for subdural EEG grid implantation with either stainless steel or platinum alloy contacts between June 1988 and September 1993. Twenty-two patients had both CT and MR examinations, 27 patients had CT only, and five patients had MR imaging only. All studies were assessed for image quality and degradation by the implanted EEG grids, for intra- and extraaxial collections, and for mass effect, with differences of opinion resolved by consensus. RESULTS: Subdural EEG grids caused extensive streak artifacts on all CT scans (corresponding directly to grid composition) and mild to moderate magnetic susceptibility artifacts on MR images. Sixteen associated complications were detected among the 54 patients imaged, including four significant extraaxial hematomas, four subfalcine or transtentorial herniations, two tension pneumocephali, two extraaxial CSF collections, two intraparenchymal hemorrhages, and one case each of cerebritis and brain abscess. In all but four cases, the detected complications were not clinically apparent and did not require specific treatment. There were no residual sequelae. CONCLUSION: Because of extensive streak artifacts, CT showed only gross complications, such as herniation and grid displacement by extraaxial collections. MR imaging artifacts were more localized, allowing superior evaluation of subdural EEG grid placement and associated complications.  相似文献

Neuroendocrine (NE) lung tumors comprise four classes of progressive aggressiveness for which proliferation and apoptosis rates could both contribute to their distinctive behavior. As p53 mutations may favor escape from apoptosis through changes in Bcl2-Bax expression balance, which are survival and apoptotic genes, respectively, we studied 121 NE lung tumors (16 typical carcinoids (TC), 5 atypical carcinoids (AC), 29 large-cell NE carcinomas (LCNECs), and 71 small-cell lung carcinomas (SCLCs) using immunohistochemistry. We quantified apoptosis by terminal-deoxynucleotidyl-transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate nick end labeling (TUNEL) in 31 of these cases. There was a significant increase of p53 mutant immunophenotype (defined as immunoreactivity with at least two antibodies for at least 20% of tumor cells) between atypical/typical carcinoids group and the LCNEC/SCLC group (P = 0.0003). There was an inverse correlation (P < 0.0001) between the scores of Bax and Bcl2 expression in individual tumors and a significant inversion of the Bcl2. Bax ratio between low-grade (typical and atypical carcinoids) and high-grade (LCNECs and SCLCs) tumors with a predominant Bax expression in the first group and predominant Bcl2 expression in the second. Whereas carcinoids had variable apoptotic indexes, LCNECs had high indexes (1.3 to 6.8%), Bcl2 overexpression, Bax down-regulation, and Bcl2.Bax ratio > 1 correlated with lower apoptotic index in both LCNEC and the pool of LCNECs and SCLCs (P < 0.05) and a lower survival rate in the group of atypical and typical carcinoids and LCNECs (P < 0.002). The highest levels of Bcl2 expression and Bcl2.Bax ratios were associated with p53 mutant immunophenotype (P = 0.02). Our results suggest that aggressiveness in NE lung tumors could be linked, in addition to proliferation, to apoptosis-related factors.  相似文献

The present study was designed to further investigate the role of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFr) in mouse skin tumor promotion by evaluating the status of the EGFr in tumor promoter-treated mouse epidermis and in mouse skin tumors. Female SENCAR mice received three topical treatments of either the phorbol ester 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) or the nonphorbol esters okadaic acid and chrysarobin. Membrane proteins from SENCAR mouse epidermis were isolated 6 h after the last treatment, and the phosphotyrosine content of the EGFr and several potential substrates were examined by Western blot analysis. The results indicated that multiple applications of all three tumor promoters led to an increase in the phosphotyrosine content of the EGFr and also of several lower molecular weight proteins (M(r) approximately 80,000-85,000). Phosphorylation of PLC gamma 1 on tyrosine residues could not be detected in tumor promoter-treated mouse epidermis when the phosphotyrosine content of the EGFr was elevated or in cultured keratinocytes exposed to exogenous EGF. When two tyrosine kinase inhibitors (tyrphostins RG50864 and RG13022) were incorporated into the treatment regimens, the TPA-induced epidermal hyperplasia and cell proliferation were effectively blocked, and the TPA-stimulated EGFr tyrosine phosphorylation was significantly reduced. Examination of the phosphotyrosine content of epidermal membrane proteins isolated from skin papillomas revealed that the EGFr also had elevated phosphotyrosine levels. These results demonstrate that multiple topical treatments with both phorbol ester and nonphorbol ester tumor promoters lead to activation of the EGFr tyrosine kinase in mouse epidermis. In addition, these data suggest that signaling through the EGFr pathway plays an important role in the tumor promotion stage of multistage carcinogenesis in mouse skin.  相似文献

Recent literature suggests that c-erbB-2 and p53 alteration might be linked to drug resistance. This study investigates the relation of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein overexpression and p53 protein accumulation with prognosis in patients with node-positive breast cancer (NPBC) and assesses the modifying effect of these markers on response to short (1-10 courses) or prolonged (> 10 courses) adjuvant chemotherapy. This study is based on 458 patients with NPBC diagnosed from 1980 to 1986, with an average of 10 years of follow-up. Marker expression was evaluated by immunohistochemical analysis on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded material with antibodies to c-erbB-2 and p53. c-erbB-2 was expressed in 17.2% of the cases, and 19.1% of the tumors stained positively for p53. By multivariate analysis, women with prolonged adjuvant chemotherapy had better survival than those with a short course of chemotherapy among patients whose tumor lacked c-erbB-2 oncoprotein expression (P = .0245) or p53 protein accumulation (P = .0477). Prolonged chemotherapy, however, was associated with little or no change in survival among patients whose tumor expressed those markers. The present study adds support to the hypothesis linking c-erbB-2 and p53 expression to drug resistance.  相似文献
