从教学和科研两方面介绍了北京林业大学园林学院园林草本植物领域61年来的发展历程。建校60年以来,随着国家和行业发展,学科不断发展壮大,园林花卉领域在教学和科研两方面都得到了长足的发展。教学方面已开设出多门系列课程,大量优秀教材和专著问世,在人才培养中发挥了重要作用。科研工作从教学导向发展到以国家和社会需求为导向、研究人员由花卉教研室教师发展到整个园林植物与观赏园艺学科教师,承担了大量国家级、省部级以及横向科研课题,培育了一批新优品种,获得一批国家级和省部级科技奖项和发明专利,发表了大量研究论文,对行业和社会进步做出了重要贡献。文章最后对未来发展提出了建议。  相似文献

中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)发布的数据显示,截至2012年12月底,我国网民规模达到5.64亿,互联网普及率为42.1%,2012年全年网民增量为5 090万,普及率提升3.8个百分点。以互联网技术和网络为载体进行科普是一个趋势,人们倾向于通过网络来了解相关科普信息,从而科普网站渐渐成为科学传播的重要阵地。文章通过分析研究,对如何有效提升我国网络科普资源的利用率提出相应的对策与建议。  相似文献

记忆的痕迹     
历史是由“记忆”(memories)集合而成的。一般作为“建筑”的东西,往往都是由这些记忆以这种或那种形式组合而成。但是,“记忆”并不是对传统形式的参照;而“记忆的面孔”告诉我们,过去所有的重大发明都意味着对先前创造的超越。同样,当代的发明也推进了在此之前的历史。如何以当代的手段重新阐明或重新表现这些往日的碎片,就构成了令人感兴趣的并富有刺激性的建筑学沟通的新隐喻。类似这样的转换方法是推动建筑文化进步的手段。  相似文献

This paper analyzes the relative importance of the spatiality of inventor collaboration links for the quality of invention. It uses patent citation and renewal data to estimate (expected) economic values for a sample of US biotechnology patents, controlling for a set of inventor and owner characteristics. The investigation extends the research by differentiating the quality of knowledge flows while at the same time refining patents as a source of innovation information. The results of the clustered logistic regression and continuation ratio models provide some support for the hypothesis that interregional (non-local) collaboration results in commercially more valuable inventions relative to patents that are product of intraregional (local) collaboration. The same empirical results also indicate that (1) inter-industry (related) knowledge flows contribute to the patent value more than inter-industry (unrelated) or intra-industry knowledge flows and (2) general-purpose technologies/products as measured by citations of patented inventions received from diverse sets of industries are indicative not only of technological/scientific quality, but also of the economic value of patented inventions. These results are robust in different citation-window designations, exclusion of self-citations, different regional definitions and different patent classifications.  相似文献

This article analyzes federal transportation programs and policies aimed at improving the mobility of the elderly and the handicapped. Major transportation programs are found both in the social and human service network and in the transportation planning community. The article considers the actual funding approaches and policy requirements of both sets of programs and identifies the conflicts between program areas and internal to the transportation service community.

The article concludes that although much responsibility may be returned to the states, the federal government will still have a strong role to play. The U.S. Department of Transportation's conflicting policy stances have sent very mixed messages to the social service network about the amount of responsibility transit systems must accept for the transportation needs of clients, especially specific groups like the non-handicapped elderly or the mentally retarded. Therefore DOT must clarify its program and policy directives in order to end the confusion and to allow cooperative and coordinated efforts involving the funds and resources of both program arenas. The social and human service network must act in a positive manner at both the national and state levels to ensure that local agencies receiving transportation funds become involved in cooperative endeavors with other agencies and with transit systems at the local level.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the allocational and distributional effects of state municipal bond guarantee programs and evaluates public guarantees given that private programs also exist. The state programs as constituted will lead to misallocation of resources and questionable cross subsudies among municipalities. The only economic rationale for state subsidies is that the local public infrastructure generates positive externalities which are beneficial to the rest of the state. Even if the allocative and distributional deficiencies of the state programs were corrected, it is questionable whether state programs are desirable given that private programs also exist.The authors would like to acknowledge the contributions of Fred Blank, Ralph d'Arge, Peter Formuzis, Charles McLure, Jack Mutti, Robert Shelton, and Allen Vander Meulen.  相似文献
