本研究采用自编网络心理健康教育调查问卷,对大学生网络教育方面的需求和态度进行调查,发现学生对网络心理健康教育的需求非常强烈,而且态度也很积极。在传统教育形式和网络教育形式的比较中,学生更倾向于网络形式的心理测验、讲座和知识宣传,认为比传统的方式更有效;男学生较女学生更信任网络,对待网络心理咨询态度更加积极;男女学生都认为应该发展网络心理健康教育的形式。
