铝合金铸轧组织的物理模拟 总被引:4,自引:4,他引:4
设计了铝合金铸轧工艺模拟的实验装置,研究了在该试验条件下,铝合金变形组织与工艺参数的关系。结果表明:按照本试验的设计,在夹头通水冷却的Gleeble-1500热模拟机上能够得到铝的“人”字形特征的柱状晶组织,实现铸轧组织的物理模拟过程。铝合金模拟铸轧的显微组织对外力施加的应变速率很敏感:Ё=0.125s^-1时,变形开始与凝固过程发生耦合,铸轧组织发生转变;应变速率增大至Ё=0.300s^-1时,铸轧柱状晶发生等轴化。铸轧组织的形成主要是变形作用于未凝固的液相,引起质量和热量的分布状态发生改变所致。提高铸轧速度,有利于铸轧组织的形成和铸轧柱状晶的等轴化,并且使所需的轧制力减小,有利于铸轧工艺的优化。 相似文献

在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上,当变形温度为300-500℃、应变速率为0.01-10 s^-1、真应变为0-0.8时,采用圆柱体等温热压缩实验研究5083铝合金变形流变应力行为。通过分析流变应力指数函数中系数A、β与应变的关系,建立Zener-Hollomon参数的指数关系本构方程。运用该本构方程对5083铝合金不同应变速率、变形温度及应变条件下的流变应力进行预测,发现流变应力预测值与温升修正值吻合得相当好。 相似文献

在变形温度700~860 ℃、应变速率0.001~1 s-1下,对TB6合金进行热压缩变形,以研究TB6合金的热压缩流变应力行为.研究温度、变形量、应变速率等因素对TB6热变形流变应力的影响,建立了TB6合金热变形流变应力的本构模型方程.结果表明:合金在热压缩过程中,流变应力随着应变的增大而增加,达到峰值应力后逐渐趋于平稳;应力峰值随着应变速率的增大而增大,随着温度的升高而呈减小趋势. 相似文献

采用旋转管浇注法制得AZ91D镁合金半固态浆料,在水平双辊铸轧机上进行了流变铸轧试验研究,对铸轧前后组织的特点进行了分析比较.结果表明,铸轧可使初晶更加圆整,620 ℃浇注温度下,静置时间短,铸轧对初晶圆整化效果更加显著;铸轧后初晶尺寸略微减小,分布更加均匀;铸轧后薄板面上的初晶晶粒密度低于半固态浆料的晶粒密度,620 ℃浇注温度下,铸轧后晶粒密度显著下降. 相似文献

对紫铜连续铸轧过程铸嘴内高温熔体的温度场与流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,在铸轧温度不变的情况下,随着铸轧速度的提高,铸轧坯的凝固位置逐渐前移,熔体的流动均匀性增加,但是铸轧速度过高不利于铸轧坯的成型和铸轧的立板;控制铸轧速度不变,铸轧坯凝固位置随着铸轧温度的提高逐渐前移,但铸轧温度对流场的分布影响相对较小。优化的铸轧温度为1 150~1 170℃、铸轧速度为600~1 000mm/min,在该工艺参数下成功实现了工业生产上的T2紫铜连续铸轧板坯制备。 相似文献

半固态镁合金连续铸轧过程的数值模拟 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
根据半固态镁合金连续铸轧工艺过程的特点,建立了二维不可压缩非牛顿流体流动与传热的耦合计算模型,并使用流体分析软件FLOW3D对连续性方程、纳维-斯托克斯方程及能量方程进行稳态求解。考虑到辊间半固态金属浆料流动特点及双辊的布置方式有利于保持熔池内的层流流动,选取层流模型来进行描述。最终获得了连续铸轧工艺过程的流场、温度场和固相体积分数的分布以及入口浆料温度、铸轧速度等工艺参数对铸轧过程的影响规律。模拟结果可以很好地对工艺参数进行优化,从而为半固态镁合金的连续铸轧工业化生产奠定基础。 相似文献

In order to improve the strip quality of continuous roll-casting process (CRP) of aluminum alloy, the investigations of the flow behavior within the metal pool, the heat transfer condition between roll and strip, the pouring temperature of molten alloy, the roll-casting speed and the control of the position of solidification final point are important. The finite volume method was applied to the analysis of the continuous roll-casting process. A two-dimensional incompressible non-Newtonian fluid flow with heat transfer was considered, which was described by the continuity equation, the Navier-Stokes equation and the energy equation. With this mathematical model, the flow patterns, temperature fields and solid fraction distributions in the metal pool between two rolls were simulated. From the calculated results, the effects of technical parameters to the position of solidification final point are obtained. The simulated results show that the roll-casting speed and pouring temperature have an enormous effect on the temperature distribution and the position of solidification final point. 相似文献

采用Gleeble?1500热模拟机,在变形温度为1 100~1 350℃、变形速率为0.01~5 s?1、变形量为60%的实验条件下,对纯钼板坯的高温塑性变形行为进行研究。结果表明:流变应力随变形温度的升高而减小,随应变速率的增大而增大;不同变形温度下流变应力之间的差值随着应变速率的增加逐渐减小;同一应变速率下,峰值应力随变形温度的升高向应变小的方向推移。采用包含Zene-Hollomon参数的双曲正弦模型,建立了纯钼板高温塑性流变应力与变形温度和应变速率之间的本构方程。依据本构方程计算出的纯钼板坯流变应力理论值与实际值的平均相对误差仅为3.68%,表明该本构方程可为纯钼热成形加工工艺的制定提供理论依据。 相似文献

A constitutive equation was proposed to describe the effect of grain size on the deformation behavior. And a coupling simulation of deformation with heat transfer and microstructure was carried out in isothermal upsetting process of Ti60 alloy. The effects of processing parameters on the equivalent strain, the equivalent stress, the temperature rise and the grain size distribution in isothermal upsetting process of Ti60 alloy were analyzed. It is concluded that the uniformity of equivalent strain and equivalent stress increases with the increase of deformation temperature. However, the temperature rise and the grain size decreases with the increase of deformation temperature. The non-uniformity of equivalent strain, equivalent stress, temperature field and grain size increases with the increase of height reduction. And the calculated grain size using simulation is in good agreement with the experimental one. 相似文献

Steady state rheological behavior of semi-solid ZK60-RE magnesium alloy during compression was studied. The alloy was prepared from ZK60 alloy and RE elements by casting, equal channel angular extruding,and liquidus forging. Semi-solid isothermal pre-treatment was carried out to make the grains spherical before compression. The apparent viscosity increases with decreasing the solid content and shear rate. Another very important factor is the grain size. When the solid content is high, the viscosity increases with decreasing the grain size at high strain rates and decreases with decreasing the grain size at low shear rates. Several fitting equations were obtained by using the power law equation, and the method of time-temperature superposition was used to get more information through a small number of experimental data. 相似文献
