姜文波:国家广电总局为推广地面数字电视,制定了六项原则,其中最重要的是统一规划、统一管理、统一建设、统一实施。地面数字电视已经纳入了中国经济刺激计划,由政府主导统一出资建设覆盖网。另外,地面数字电视在中国属于公共服务体系范畴,免费为公众提供收听收看广播电视节目的服务。现阶段有5~6套模拟电视正在播出.观众达上亿户.农村大概有4亿多台电视机收看模拟电视。推广地面数字电视并不意味着立即关闭模拟电视信号, 相似文献

The Michelangelo Project at the University of Glasgow has developed an experimental three-dimensional television studio. This uses 24 video cameras and parallel computers to capture moving three-dimensional models of human actors. This allows the capture in real time of the appearance and three-dimensional positions of a human actor. It does this using stereo imaging techniques that have been under development at the University of Glasgow for several years.
