Increasing competition is compelling companies operating chemical production plant to focus on the their core competence and to entrust other companies with non‐core activities. The outsourcer takes particular responsibility for the selection, instruction, coordination, and monitoring of the external company. The rules applicable to all companies operating at the Marl Chemical Park are laid down in a general handbook for outsourcing management. This handbook describes the tasks and areas of responsibility of participating companies for overall order fulfilment with due attention of existing demands on industrial safety. The resulting obligations for the external companies are given in a set of guidelines for contractors and are an integral part of contracts awarded to external companies. External company management is a means of achieving quality assurance, accident prevention, and improved collaboration with external companies.  相似文献

随着中国经济进入新常态,创新驱动成为未来中国经济的唯一出路。化工园区所承载的产业是中国经济产业的重要组成部分,如何利用知识产权推动化工园区的创新与产业升级是本文的研究目的。本文以国家创新推动产业升级的大战略为重要背景面向化工园区的知识产权建设进行了研究,指出我国石油化工企业不仅在专利申请量上落后于国外,在专利质量和运用方面也远不如。提出在化工园区专利布局方面,作为园区的政府部门,应具有全局观,建立一套符合化工园区的知识产权管理制度;作为化工园区的管理者,应根据园区的产业链制订专利布局策略;作为化工园区的企业,更要重视将专利技术和产业连接。最后在化工园区专利转化方面,提出通过解决专利本身价值问题以及专利供需双方信息对接问题,有效对专利进行转化,真正推动化工园区的产业升级。  相似文献

化工园区危险源众多,在各类自然灾害及工业事故影响下极易发生级联效应,扩大事故后果,灾害与事故之间的耦合关系及断链减灾工作逐渐受到广泛关注。本文通过统计分析自然灾害诱发的化工事故(Na-Tech),分析单一自然灾害与工业事故之间及化工园区多灾种之间耦合关系的形成机理,明确灾害与事故耦合关系特点;应用复杂网络理论,探讨灾害事件间的直接及间接作用关系,建立化工园区多灾种耦合关系数学模型,并提出基于网络节点重要度的断链减灾模式;以某化工园区为例,应用统计数据及数学模型,通过对比不同网络节点对系统扰动值的影响程度,对实例园区开展断链减灾分析。为园区灾害及事故预防、断链减灾、应急救援等工作的开展提供参考依据。  相似文献

总结制药企业在2010版药品GMP实施过程中召回管理的现状,并分析存在问题,包括对产品召回持消极态度,召回管理方面培训不到位,操作规程缺乏可操作性,有效性评估不足等。建议制药企业必须重视产品召回的管理,严格按照2010版药品GMP的要求积极建立召回系统。  相似文献

Mitsubishi Kasei and Mitsubishi Petrochemical merged to become Mitsubishi Chemical in 1994 making it the largest chemical company in Japan. This allows two original companies’ production sites, especially for those are physically built next to each other, to improve themselves by multi-site integration. Mitsubishi Yokkaichi production plant site is one of the typical examples, which consists of three individual plant sites in the old company structure. Each plant site contains a utility plant to generate steam and electricity for chemical production. After the company merge, connecting steam and electricity among plant sites have been carried out for better flexibility, efficiency as well as capability of the utility systems. Besides these, there are still many other improvement alternatives. A site-model, which includes all three utility plants and production units, was then developed to explore further opportunities. In this paper, applications at Mitsubishi Yokkaichi production site are presented to illustrate the features of the site-model.  相似文献

Effective prioritisation of R&D portfolios under resource constraints is critical for biopharmaceutical companies to gain competitive advantage. This paper presents an application of a prototype software tool to assess the reward and risk associated with different drug portfolios in development. The tool adopts a hierarchical framework to incorporate the interactions between drug development activities, the available resources and databases. The valuation approach highlights the cash flow implications of diverse portfolios under uncertainty and uses efficient frontier analysis to prioritise portfolios for given constraints. A case study is presented to illustrate the application of this method where Monte Carlo simulations are used to capture the inherent uncertainties in drug development. The example addresses the portfolio management question of which antibody drug candidates to select for clinical development given finite levels of resources. The analysis highlighted the impact of different drug combinations on the expected portfolio profitability and risk. The simulation studies were used to generate efficient frontiers so as to identify the optimal portfolios at different levels of risk and budgetary constraint. This valuation method helps decision‐makers to identify clearly where a company portfolio is positioned with regard to the risk‐return characteristics of alternative product portfolios and hence facilitates investment decisions. Chemistry and pharmaceutical companies are increasingly awarding assignments for plant planning and construction to external engineering service providers. Both national and international companies with various business models are active in this growth market. A number of variously oriented engineering companies have specialized in the specific demands of planning plants for the production of fine chemicals and active ingredients for pharmaceuticals. Customers as well as the service‐providers themselves ask which companies or company models meet customer needs best in this segment. Which assignment form is the most efficient? Is it an award to a general contractor, possibly with a lump‐sum turnkey assignment? Or is the customer better off with individual planning assignments? A study with focus on the Central European fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries shows: there is no standardized engineering solution. Each business model has specific advantages and disadvantages; as a result, the partners must design their individual model. The respective contract form depends on many components – on product, time and cost pressure and, last not least, on the customer's remaining engineering competence.  相似文献

随着国家对化工行业环境保护和生态建设方面的要求越来越高,化工园区作为化工行业的聚集地和发展趋势,响应国家政策构建循环经济是当务之急。循环经济利用再循环技术和废弃物资源化技术,贯彻"减量化、再使用、再循环"的"3R原则",降低有毒有害物质向环境的排放;同时构建循环经济能够促使化工园区挖掘资源潜力,提高资源利用率,使得资源的价值能够进一步体现。本文通过分析化工园区的产业链特征,并针对性地提出了化工园区构建循环经济的两方面工作:在原有产业链的基础上构建循环经济产业链以及完善服务系统。在构建循环经济产业链的过程中不仅要考虑工业代谢分析获得的产业接口,还结合产业链风险评估提出要引入增柔企业以控制产业链风险。在循环经济服务系统中特别提出建立循环经济信息平台,以打破地理限制扩展循环产业链。  相似文献

Chemical batch processes have become significant in chemical manufacturing.In these processes,large numbers of chemical products are produced to satisfy human demands in daily life.Recently,economy globalization has resulted in growing worldwide competitions in traditional chemical process industry.In order to keep competitive in the global marketplace,each company must optimize its production management and set up a reactive system for market fluctuation.Scheduling is the core of production management in chemical processes.The goal of this paper is to review the recent developments in this challenging area.Classifications of batch scheduling problems and optimization methods are introduced.A comparison of six typical models is shown in a general benchmark example from the literature.Finally,challenges and applications in future research are discussed.  相似文献

Propylene and ethylene polymerization in liquid and gas media are described by a multigrain particle model. External boundary layer heat and mass transfer effects are investigated for various catalysts and operating conditions. For high-activity catalysts used in slurry, external film mass transfer effects may be significant. For gas-phase polymerization of propylene or ethylene, the model predicts significant particle overheating at short times, which may explain the particle sticking and agglomeration problems sometimes observed in industrial reactors.  相似文献

The political and economic climate that exists today is a challenging one for the pharmaceutical industry. To effectively compete in today''s marketplace, companies must discover and develop truly innovative medicines. The R&D organizations within these companies are under increasing pressure to hold down costs while accomplishing this mission. In this environment of level head count and operating budgets, it is imperative that laboratory management uses resources in the most effective, efficient ways possible. Investment in laboratory automation is a proven tool for doing just that.This paper looks at the strategy and tactics behind the formation and evolution of a central automation/laboratory technology support function at the Glaxo Research Institute. Staffing of the function is explained, along with operating strategy and alignment with the scientific client base. Using the S-curve model of technological progress, both the realized and potential impact on successful R&D automation and laboratory technology development are assessed.  相似文献

The conversion of pollutants in automotive catalytic converters is influenced by a number of physical and chemical processes that take place in the gaseous and solid phases as the exhaust gases flow through the converter. A detailed understanding of the complex processes involving flow dynamics, heat and mass transport and heterogeneous surface reactions is of crucial importance to improve the converter design. The main objective of the present study is to quantify the magnitudes of the external and internal mass transfer as well as chemical reaction limiting processes as a function of the converter operating temperature. To this end, experimental data, obtained for a three way catalyst (TWC) under real world operating conditions, are analyzed and compared against analytical expressions that allow for the quantification of the different limiting processes involved. The results demonstrate that (i) the external mass transfer resistance overlaps the reaction resistance only at moderate operating temperatures and not immediately above the ignition temperature as generally considered in the literature, (ii) the transport phenomena (external and internal mass transfer) represents 90% of the total resistance for temperatures higher than 792 K, (iii) the internal mass transfer in the porous washcoat presents a larger resistance than the external mass transfer from the bulk fluid to the washcoat wall even at high operating temperatures, and (iv) based on the quantification of the individual resistances as a function of the TWC operating temperature, it was demonstrated both the influence of the substrate cell density and of the effective diffusivity on the TWC conversions. © 2010 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2011  相似文献

物探公司的传统业务模式大多采用合同承包形式为油公司服务,但是,随着全球油气市场变化以及油公司管理模式的转变,物探公司开始通过销售多用户地震数据获取利润。多用户业务在国外已经发展成为一种成熟的商业模式,且发展迅速,但是在中国,却刚刚起步,所以需要探索和借鉴国外多用户业务公司发展的模式,为我国公司所用。笔者选择了国际上从事多用户业务的Spectrum ASA公司(以下简称Spectrum)进行分析研究,总结出其快速稳步发展的成功要素主要有:以合作为主,自主开发为辅;提前布局,相对垄断资料;准确定位市场,发挥自身优势;销售勘探开发远景而不仅仅是地震数据;以新方法新技术改善资料品质,并推动项目开发和资料销售;不断加大多用户业务投资,扩大业务范围。  相似文献

随着自然灾害诱发工业事故的增加,多灾种耦合影响下的化工园区脆弱性研究受到广泛关注。本文对国内外脆弱性的相关概念进行归纳总结,分析风险与脆弱性之间的关系;通过分析化工园区多灾种耦合内涵,构建多灾种耦合脆弱性框架,研究化工园区在单一灾害、两次灾害及多灾种耦合作用下的脆弱性演化过程;依据多灾种耦合脆弱性评估的思路,划分多灾种耦合脆弱性现有评估方法,分析各评估方法的优缺点;结合化工园区多灾种耦合脆弱性特点,提出面向多重扰动时化工园区脆弱性评估中亟待开展的研究内容,为深入开展多灾种耦合脆弱性评估提供依据。  相似文献

采用随机前沿面生产函数法,考察1989—1999年全球石化行业及典型企业的技术效率,进行企业国际竞争力的比较,发现全球石化行业发展所经历的3个不同规模效应变化的阶段:规模报酬递减—规模报酬不变—规模报酬递增。这个结论与全球石化行业实际经历的3个典型阶段完全吻合,说明全球石化行业正处于不断发展中,而不是衰退趋势。同时研究中还发现,新的管理技术在行业和企业的发展中已经起到引擎作用,领先公司引导了整个行业发展轨迹。  相似文献
