为了提高胎面缠绕生产线设备的缠绕质量以及胶条分布的稳定性,降低研发成本和废品率。通过研究工程机械轮胎胎面缠绕机缠绕时胶条的具体缠绕过程,基于B样条曲线理论,提出了胶条缠绕轮胎截面变化情况的算法,对当前的轮胎胎面缠绕过程进行精确的数学描述,实现了对轮胎胎面缠绕过程中轮胎胎面与胶条形状位置的精确控制。实验结果表明:所提方法可以有效提高轮胎胎面缠绕精度,可见所提方法能够增强轮胎生产工艺修改适用性、精确性和稳定性。  相似文献

通过对工程胎胎面缠绕过程的研究,介绍了利用组态王开发上位机控制软件的过程.利用组态软件的数控系统可以对胎面缠绕过程实现实时数据采集、校正和显示,并进行智能仿形控制.实践证明,系统图形界面友好、操作方便、降低劳动强度和提高产品质量.  相似文献

为研究静脉采血机器人在针体植入过程中的NURBS曲线轨迹规划问题,以提高NURBS曲线的插补精度、系统运行过程中的平稳性为优化指标,提出了基于Simpson法的NURBS插补算法求解预估插补参数,并改进预估插补参数校正法来简化计算。采用基于正弦加速度曲线的NURBS插补速度规划方法并在法向加速度和弓高误差的共同约束下,控制插补速度并保证加速度连续。最后在设计的静脉采血机器人上用MATLAB进行仿真分析。结果表明,该算法简化了插补计算,降低了弓高误差,提高了插补精度,并有效控制了速度波动率,使运行平稳、运行轨迹连续平滑。  相似文献

采用NURBS曲线曲面,对钝锥弹头和钝双锥弹体建立参数化曲面模型,取NURBS曲线控制点作为设计参数,应用高超声速面元法求解气动力特性,在给定设计约束下,采用遗传算法进行气动外形优化设计,并对优化结果进行了比较分析。结果表明,采用NURBS方法构造参数化外形,并结合优化技术可方便快速地获得所需最优外形;与应用二次曲线构造参数化外形相比,该方法对弹体形状控制更加灵活,并可局部修改弹头曲线形状。因此,基于NURBS方法发展整套的系统优化设计算法很有现实意义和应用价值。  相似文献

给出汽车覆盖件成形过程中处理回弹影响的NURBS曲面几何补偿算法。该算法基于NURBS曲面重构技术,依据有限元网格模型的回弹数值仿真结果对原本用NURBS曲面表达的模具型面进行反向位移补偿修整,使修整后的模具型面仍然保持NURBS曲面表达。并且这些曲面在光滑性、精度等方面都满足工程实际要求的品质。  相似文献

研究汽车轮胎减少磨损,延长使用寿命的问题,轮胎多边形磨损与胎面质量块的侧向自激振动密切相关.了解产生自激振动的速度区间以及胎面与地面的摩擦状态就显得十分重要.因此建立了轮胎一地面系统的理论模型,引入符合轮胎橡胶摩擦规律的摩擦曲线.运用有限元软件,建立子轮胎与地面有限元模型,导入上述摩擦曲线,分析了位移时间历程和位移速度相平面图,发现了容易产生自激振动的速度区间.选择三种特征车速进行仿真.结果证明通过研究可以减少轮胎的磨损量,延长寿命,为今后轮胎多边形磨损正确建模有参考价值.  相似文献

本文讨论了一种新的具有指定极点的多变量自校正控制器的设计方法。它改进了文献所提出的算法。该算法能够控制非最小相位系统,开环不稳定系统和B_0阵为奇异的不同时延系统,即可在线配置闭环极点又可离线配置闭环极点。同时,本文还表明文献给出的算法可以认为是本文结果的特例。最后给出计算机仿真结果,说明这种控制器的实用性和有效性。  相似文献

本文介绍了一种基于TMS320LF2407aDSP芯片的运动控制卡的设计方法及NURBS插补的概念,提出了实现NURBS曲线插补的一种实时方法,采用基于参数递推预估与校正的参数曲线插补算法,有效地简化了插补过程中的轨迹计算,避免了对曲线的直接求导和曲率半径等复杂计算,该算法显著减小了插补计算时间,从而能够适应运动控制系统的高速高精度要求。  相似文献

NURBS曲线广泛应用于工业产品复杂曲线曲面设计中,但在实际应用中常遇到曲线离散的几何处理问题。针对NURBS曲线离散问题,提出了一种按等弧长原则对NURBS曲线进行离散的方法。该方法引入步长函数控制离散曲线段的弧长,采用积分法和迭代法调整步长函数以控制曲线的离散精度,通过误差检验方法校验曲线离散的逼近精度。通过实际算例,验证了NURBS曲线等弧长离散算法的合理性和有效性。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
