云计算环境下的知识服务是知识与服务的融合, 为知识管理、知识创新提供了新的发展方向。针对基于服务质量(QoS)的知识服务组合优化问题, 在云计算平台下实现和声搜索算法的并行化, 提出了云和声搜索算法。将Skyline方法和理想点法融入到云和声搜索算法中, 对云和声搜索算法进行改进, 提高了算法的运行效率, 确保了解的有效性。实验结果表明, 改进云和声搜索算法在求解知识服务组合优化问题上取得了较好的结果, 在解的质量以及算法的性能方面均有较好的表现。  相似文献

面向服务的云计算环境为制造领域的知识创新提供了新的思路。知识即服务的动态组合是知识创新过程中的关键技术之一。云计算服务资源的虚拟性和动态性为组合的知识即服务的服务质量提出了新的挑战。针对制造领域知识即服务组合的服务质量优化问题,提出一种改进的和声搜索算法(SLHS),SLHS算法利用Skyline方法对和声记忆库进行初始化以提高算法的运行效率,并采用理想点法选择制造知识即服务以确保解的有效性。仿真实验中引入了基本和声搜索算法作比较。实验结果表明SLHS算法在解的质量方面和算法性能方面均明显优于基本和声搜索算法。  相似文献

In automotive industry, manufacturers expand their duties in the product's service life by means of providing the car troubleshooting services to end users. Moreover, product service system (PSS) has turned into a significant study issue in the recent decade, it focuses on stressing the specific requirements in the new service model. Hence, generation of a PSS-oriented automotive troubleshooting mode not only enhances the service quality, but promotes thoroughly the values of business and its products. Besides, under the support of network communication mechanism, it becomes easily to manage the knowledge and process of automotive troubleshooting in collaborative environment. This study explores the different relationships among car enterprises, focusing on the decision-making processes as well as communication and management of knowledge in automotive troubleshooting. This study also investigates the potential utilization of improved content management architectures in the automotive engineering field that is controlled by conventional engineering information modes. A framework of collaborative troubleshooting procedure is presented, constructed and evaluated by using an instance automobile problem, which reveals the meaningful efficiency could be reached and the module of content management has several benefits than the conventional engineering information modes in conducting the information of automotive inspection, maintenance, repairing and service involving unorganized and dynamic knowledge.  相似文献

The rapid evolution of new service systems raises crucial challenges for service design and requires effective methods. This study depicts a conceptual service design framework, called design-oriented systematic inventive thinking (DSIT) approach, which can be applied in different problem contexts. DSIT is presented as a new systematic and collaborative intelligence approach for creating and evaluating complex service systems using multi-criteria data analytics. DSIT synthesizes the current field of TRIZ service-design knowledge system and the emerging area of non-TRIZ service-design knowledge system. DSIT enables integrated development of service offerings at four dimensions and provides the matching integrated service design approach for each dimension. Four types of service design approaches are conceptualized as “human-independent service engineering,” “problem-clarified service engineering,” “solution-converged service engineering,” and “designing for service.” A new service computer-aided design system (service CAD) named DSIT explorer is developed consisting of customization, compatibility, and extensiveness of DSIT modules. A pervasive and smart collaborative service system (i.e., the smart MOS burger service solution) designed using DSIT explorer is illustrated. DSIT is a holistic, interdisciplinary, and collaborative service design concept, which is incorporated into a collaborative and intelligent service CAD framework to enable systematic inventive thinking throughout phases of service design lifecycle from problem definition, problem resolution, to solution evaluation.  相似文献

The quality of a knowledge service influences the quality, efficiency and innovation of product conceptual design. Existing approaches lack intelligence and individuation when providing a knowledge retrieval service via rules and cases. In this paper, we propose a framework of an active knowledge service based on collaborative intent capture to assist product conceptual design. First, a collaborative intent capture model is constructed through the study of the expression and capture of collaborative intent; second, a framework and a process of active knowledge push based on collaborative intent capture are designed after analyzing the method of knowledge resources acquisition based on the constraint satisfaction theory. Finally, match algorithms for text content are studied. Based on the above research achievements, a prototype system of a collaborative design and active knowledge service platform (C-AKSP) has been developed for providing a knowledge service and assisting product conceptual design. An example, the conceptual design of a machine tool spindle system, is used to validate the proposed theories for the model, the framework and the algorithm. As a result, C-AKSP can provide a superior knowledge service that meets the designer's knowledge needs.  相似文献

Previous studies normally investigate the collaboration elements associated with cloud platform from a single perspective, such as information, resource or business coordination, failing to examine service value chain collaboration from a systematic perspective. In fact, service value chain collaboration is affected by multi-dimensional factors and these factors often interact with each other. Considering collaboration elements separately is unfavorable to the value improvement of whole service chain. In this work, a collaborative service model is proposed from the dimensions of product life cycle, core service businesses and stakeholders through system engineering analysis, by which the multi-stakeholder and multi-process collaboration are illustrated. Then, a collaboration framework based on cloud platform is developed for service value chain with a comprehensive consideration of coordination mechanism, cloud platform services, businesses collaboration and goals collaboration. To determine the critical factors affecting service value chain collaboration, a hybrid methodology, which integrates Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM), is presented to identify the intensity of causal relationship and to develop the hierarchical structure among multi-dimensional collaboration elements. The results of the present work provide valuable insights into the overall implementation and practical operation of service value chain collaboration in the cloud platform environment, thereby accelerating the transformation of manufacturing industry into servitization.  相似文献

The rapid development of the industrial internet of things (IIoT) enlightened more tools and techniques to optimize the smart manufacturing service (SMS) paradigm, emphasizing the services based on pervasive IIoT products. However, the serviceability in the smart manufacturing environment is still limited since most of the conventional services are conducted in a passively reactive mode. The knowledge as a service (KaaS) model is hence to be introduced to emphasize the cognitive capability by actively utilizing massive knowledge, where industrial knowledge graph (IKG) plays as the core to generate context-awareness and proactive services for the optimization of serviceability and productivity. Meanwhile, as building IKGs for specific industrial cases is still plagued by the small scale and the lack of continuous enrichment, ensuring the quality and availability of the IKG are still challenging. Aiming to fill this gap with a practical and systematic approach, this paper proposes a generic crowdsourcing approach for continuously evolving the IKG. Through the IKG continuous enrichment approach, IKG-enabled systems indicate the higher value creation ability to utilize knowledge as a kind of service, rather than just a kind of resource. To further illustrate the proposed approach, a case study of a printed circuit board (PCB) processing machine is given with discussions. As an explorative study, future perspectives are also discussed to attract more open and in-depth studies for more robust applications of KaaS and IKG in the IIoT-driven smart manufacturing environment.  相似文献

Smart manufacturing has great potential in the development of network collaboration, mass personalised customisation, sustainability and flexibility. Customised production can better meet the dynamic user needs, and network collaboration can significantly improve production efficiency. Industrial internet of things (IIoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) have penetrated the manufacturing environment, improving production efficiency and facilitating customised and collaborative production. However, these technologies are isolated and dispersed in the applications of machine design and manufacturing processes. It is a challenge to integrate AI and IIoT technologies based on the platform, to develop autonomous connect manufacturing machines (ACMMs), matching with smart manufacturing and to facilitate the smart manufacturing services (SMSs) from the overall product life cycle. This paper firstly proposes a three-terminal collaborative platform (TTCP) consisting of cloud servers, embedded controllers and mobile terminals to integrate AI and IIoT technologies for the ACMM design. Then, based on the ACMMs, a framework for SMS to generate more IIoT-driven and AI-enabled services is presented. Finally, as an illustrative case, a more autonomous engraving machine and a smart manufacturing scenario are designed through the above-mentioned method. This case implements basic engraving functions along with AI-enabled automatic detection of broken tool service for collaborative production, remote human-machine interface service for customised production and network collaboration, and energy consumption analysis service for production optimisation. The systematic method proposed can provide some inspirations for the manufacturing industry to generate SMSs and facilitate the optimisation production and customised and collaborative production.  相似文献

With the development of intelligent sensing, edge computing, fog computing, cloud computing, parallel computing, smart grid, big data, block chain, 5G, cyber-physical systems, digital twins, machine learning and other technologies, the industrial internet has undergone control network stage, sensor network stage, internet stage, Internet of Things (IoT) stage, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) stage, and Industrial Internet (II) stage, etc. In the existing research, scholars focus on a local dot, such as: technology, function, elements and application based on industrial internet. However, there is a lack of an overall framework to study the top-level planning of Industrial Internet Platform (IIP) from a systematic perspective. On the other hand, there are few studies on the detailed path and steps for implementing IIP in a specific enterprise in a specific industry. The objective of this paper is to study a reference framework and industrial implementation path for IIP in product service system using industrial practice investigation method, which meets the needs of industry on the basis of existing theory and industrial practice, and to provide reference for government and industry planning, design, implementation and promotion of IIP. A novel model of distributed knowledge recommender system is proposed to facilitate knowledge sharing among collaborative team members. Different from traditional recommender systems in the client-server architecture, our model is oriented to the peer-to-peer (P2P) environment without the centralized control. Among the P2P network of collaborative team members, each peer is deployed with one distributed knowledge recommender, which can supply proper knowledge resources to peers who may need them. This paper investigates the key techniques for implementing the distributed knowledge recommender model. Moreover, a series of simulation-based experiments are conducted by using the data from a real-world collaborative team in an enterprise. The experimental results validate the efficiency of the proposed model. This research paves the way for developing platforms that can share and manage large-scale distributed knowledge resources. This study also provides a new framework for simulating and studying individual or organizational behaviors of knowledge sharing in a collaborative team.  相似文献

This paper focuses on a workflow distribution methodology for rationally deploying workflow models onto a distributed workflow system running on cloud computing environments, and we particularly lay a stress upon that those workflow systems operable on cloud computing environments are dubbed collaborative workflow systems, which are not only built upon the collaborative workflow architectures proposed in the paper, but pursuing the so-called collaborative computing paradigm characterized by focusing collaboration over cloud computing environments. The essential idea of the workflow distribution methodology is about how to fragment a workflow model and how to allocate its fragments to each of the architectural components configuring the underlying collaborative workflow architecture and system. As a reasonable solution to realize the essential idea, the paper proposes a model-driven workflow fragmentation framework, which provides a series of fragmentation algorithms that semantically fragmentate a workflow model by considering the semantic factors - performer, role, control-flow, data-flow, etc. - of the ICN-based workflow model as fragmentation criteria. The algorithms are classified into the vertical fragmentation approach, the horizontal fragmentation approach, and the hybrid approach of both. Conclusively, this paper conceives a possible set of collaborative workflow architectures embedding the collaborative computing paradigm, and describes the detailed formalism of the framework and about how the framework works on those collaborative workflow architectures and systems.  相似文献

分析云环境下各方通过协作完成任务的应用场景,发现该场景中存在遭受软件使用方的安全攻击,然后设计了一种云环境下的软件水印方案以抵抗该风险。通过在云计算环境中增加一个软件水印服务,该服务只能被云服务提供商访问,软件开发人员在上传软件前嵌入可见的安全标签,上传后由软件水印系统嵌入不可见水印,该水印与可见安全标签对应,如果该软件被使用方修改后重新嵌入可见安全标签并上传,则水印检测模块可以检测到该可见安全标签与提取出的水印不匹配的现象,从而告警。最后,在Hadoop框架下实现该方案,并分析了该方案的时间复杂度、漏报率和误报率。分析表明,该算法正确且能够有效地解决协作云下来自软件使用方的安全攻击。  相似文献

This paper discussed about the developed collaborative intelligent tutoring system for medical PBL called Comet (collaborative medical tutor). Comet uses Bayesian networks to model the knowledge and activity of individual students as well as small groups. It applies generic tutoring algorithms to these models and generates tutorial hints that guide problem solving. An early laboratory study shows a high degree of agreement between the hints generated by Comet and those of experienced human tutors. Evaluations of Comet's clinical-reasoning model and the group reasoning path provide encouraging support for the general framework.  相似文献

This paper presents a privacy-preserving system for participatory sensing, which relies on cryptographic techniques and distributed computations in the cloud. Each individual user is represented by a personal software agent, deployed in the cloud, where it collaborates on distributed computations without loss of privacy, including with respect to the cloud service providers. We present a generic system architecture involving a cryptographic protocol based on a homomorphic encryption scheme for aggregating sensing data into maps, and demonstrate security in the Honest-But-Curious model both for the users and the cloud service providers. We validate our system in the context of NoiseTube, a participatory sensing framework for noise pollution, presenting experiments with real and artificially generated data sets, and a demo on a heterogeneous set of commercial cloud providers. To the best of our knowledge our system is the first operational privacy-preserving system for participatory sensing. While our validation pertains to the noise domain, the approach used is applicable in any crowd-sourcing application relying on location-based contributions of citizens where maps are produced by aggregating data – also beyond the domain of environmental monitoring.  相似文献

根据智能云测试系统的特点,并结合实际中通用测试平台的通信机制。为实现快速有效的驱动执行机,在selenium框架基础上,引入了智能云测试系统通信模块的设计与实现。该智能云测试系统的通信机制,采用Carbon-Server作为框架,进行了智能云测试服务提供方、服务调用方通信细节的研究,采用其通信机制对大量单机版测试工具进行整合,形成了一个比较便捷的分布式开发架构,可以较好的模拟大规模组网。结果表明,与通用测试平台的通信机制相比,智能云测试通信系统在实际工程中能够更有效的提高通信效率。  相似文献

随着汽车产业电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化的发展驱动,全球主要强国均将智能网联汽车列为国家战略发展方向.蜂窝车联网、边缘计算网络和高精度定位系统的技术发展,为车车、车路、车人和车云系统的全面融合提供了有效支撑.车辆、道路、云平台与蜂窝车联网(Cellular vehicle-to-everything, C-V2X)网络的融合,加速打通车内与车外、路面与路侧、云上与云间的信息互通,为实现车路云一体化的融合感知、群体决策及协同控制提供了重要基础.首先,梳理了智能网联车路云协同系统架构与关键技术,对该领域的演进特征、发展制约因素进行了总体概述;其次,阐述了新型车路云协同系统、智能网联C-V2X通信系统、云控系统和车路云协同测试系统的架构设计与工作原理;然后,从C-V2X组网、融合定位、测试评价角度,介绍了车路云协同系统融合V2X网络、融合定位的技术演进与研究进展,给出了智能网联场景的仿真平台、实车测试及评价指标;最后,对智能网联车路云协同系统的协同组网与控制、互操作、边缘智能服务和安全技术层面的发展趋势进行了展望.  相似文献
