搅拌摩擦焊是摩擦焊方法的新发展,是英国焊接研究所提出的专利技术。它可以对多种熔化焊接性差的有色金属等材料进行可靠的连接,而且连接工艺简单、并有较好的工艺适应性。现已开始应用在航空航天与交通运输等领域的结构铸造,并显示良好的工程应用前景,本文主要介绍了搅拌摩擦焊的方法,过程和特点。 相似文献

为提高无减薄搅拌摩擦焊接头力学性能,基于响应面法对参数进行优化,建立了响应面模型,并对模型进行回归分析. 结果表明,无减薄搅拌摩擦焊是成形优良的焊接工艺,而且焊接参数对接头拉伸性能影响明显,其中主轴转速及焊接速度对其影响更为显著. 在无缺陷条件下,提高主轴转速的同时选取适中的焊接速度,以得到性能更优的焊接接头. 焊接参数为主轴转速1 000 r/min,焊接速度200 mm/min、轴肩下压量0.25 mm时,接头的抗拉强度最大为363 MPa,为母材的94.3%,断后伸长率11.2%. 而且相比于常规搅拌摩擦焊,无减薄搅拌摩擦焊在厚度方向上的性能更加均匀. 相似文献

Because of heat amount is different from peripheral to central of friction welding interface, which is leaded to vary the characterizations along that interface. Current study, respectively, focused on the effect of different friction pressure on micro-structural and mechanical properties of that friction welding joint interface. Presently, these friction pressures are 110, 130, 150 and 170 MPa while kept all other conditions constant. The effects of different friction pressure on welding interface characterization were investigated by EDX, SEM, tensile, compression, impact and hardness tests. The tensile tests carried out on the standardized test piece with diameter 6 mm and 8 mm, thus, compression tests were extracted from the positions of 0°, 45° 90° with test specimen of 4 mm diameter and 6.5 mm length at weld center. Whereas, the impact test pieces were picked up in two positions, the first one is symmetrical, which it obtained to the respect of the rotation axis and the interface, on the other hand, the second one is non-symmetrical with the axis of rotation and symmetrical to the interface, for making the notch head coincide with the center of the welded joint, The obtained results showed that with reducing of friction pressure will present lack of bonding increasing from peripheral toward the welding center, which will responsible on reducing of the mechanical properties such as tensile, compression and impact strength. 相似文献

为适应摩擦焊接设备的发展,降低制造成本,在对惯性摩擦焊接过程运动学方程分析基础上,结合电模拟惯量技术,开发出了电模拟惯性摩擦焊接技术及设备. 结果表明,电模拟惯性摩擦焊接过程中各参数随时间的变化规律,以及惯量大小对焊接参数的影响规律,符合惯性摩擦焊接的一般规律. 相同惯量下,电模拟惯性摩擦焊接与机械惯量惯性摩擦焊接过程转速曲线变化趋势一致. 采用电模拟惯性摩擦焊接技术,所需惯量可以设定成大于系统基本惯量,也可以设定成等于或低于系统基本惯量,还可以补偿主轴机械摩擦阻力对焊接过程参数的影响. 相似文献

采用惯性摩擦焊接工艺对TA19钛合金进行了焊接试验研究,针对不同工艺参数下的焊接接头力学性能进行了室温拉伸、高温拉伸及显微硬度等测试,并对优选工艺后焊接接头显微组织进行了分析. 结果表明,TA19钛合金具有良好的惯性摩擦焊接性,在合理焊接工艺条件下能得到高强度焊接接头;焊接接头各区域中焊缝区显微硬度最高,随着向母材区过渡,显微硬度逐渐降低;焊缝区为典型的动态再结晶组织,主要由少量沿β相晶界分布的沿晶α相+α′马氏体组成,热力影响区由变形初生α相+α′马氏体组成,热影响区微观组织与母材相近,仅有部分板条状β相及板条状次生α相发生交叉分布. 相似文献

为了探究CuNiCrSi铜合金搅拌摩擦焊工艺参数与组织性能,采用正交试验法对工艺参数进行优化,并研究了焊缝的组织性能及材料流动性. 结果表明,焊接速度是对焊接过程影响最为显著的因素,试验得到焊接最佳工艺参数组合,在最优参数组合下焊缝的抗拉强度为491.4 MPa,达到母材抗拉强度的84.7%. 当焊接速度过大时会在焊缝的前进侧出现隧道型缺陷;材料的流动可以分为四部分;前进侧材料流动情况比返回侧复杂;焊接速度过小时表面会出现毛刺;母材区粗大的粒子为铬和硅的偏聚物,而镍无偏聚均匀地分布在材料中;焊核区晶粒随着焊接速度的增加而变小. 最优参数下焊核区晶粒虽然细小均匀,但硬度却比母材区低. 相似文献

The deformation characteristics of a friction stir welded thin sheet aluminum alloy joint were analyzed via numerical simulations.The simulated results were compared with the experimental results obtained for the deformation of actual welded joints.The results revealed that the deformation of the joint was described by an asymmetric distribution with a large deformation region occurring mainly in the advancing side.This asymmetric deformation was mainly caused by the direct mechanical force applied by the welding tool to the workpiece.Furthermore,the deformation characteristics of the fixed points on both sides of the weld revealed that the deformation of the retreating side fluctuated significantly during the welding process.That is,the retreating side exhibited less welding stability than the advancing side.The stress distribution of the welded joint showed that a high stress region was formed at the end of the weld.In addition,the final stress distribution of the welded joint resulted mainly from the shear stress in the x-y direction. 相似文献
