随着社会生产力的发展,科学技术的不断进步,射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术近年来由于其显著的优点得到了广泛的应用,为了让作为RFID系统神经中枢的RFID中间件可以更好、更快地得到应用,使其能适应更多的应用需求,对现有的RFID中间件进行改进与优化是十分必要的,本文研究基于Java的分布式系统—Jini,给出基于Jini的RFID中间件平台的总体架构,利用RMI通信方式,实现RFID设备(虚拟的设备)在Jini环境下的自动识别、RFID中间件在Jini环境下的自动配置和管理以及RFID设备的"即插即用"的功能,同时对RFID中间件在Jini环境下的管理进一步地进行优化,使得基于EPCglobal标准的RFID中间件的设备配置与管理能在分布式环境下高效地运行。最后在实验中验证RFID中间件在Jini平台中的"即插即用"性。本文为RFID中间件与现代技术的结合提供思路和方法参考。 相似文献

Advances of sensor and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology provide significant new power for humans to sense,
understand and manage the world. RFID provides fast data collection with precise identification of objects with unique IDs
without line of sight, thus it can be used for identifying, locating, tracking and monitoring physical objects. Despite these
benefits, RFID poses many challenges for data processing and management: (i) RFID observations have implicit meanings, which
have to be transformed and aggregated into semantic data represented in their data models; and (ii) RFID data are temporal,
streaming, and in high volume, and have to be processed on the fly. Thus, a general RFID data processing framework is needed
to automate the transformation of physical RFID observations into the virtual counterparts in the virtual world linked to
business applications. In this paper, we take an event-oriented approach to process RFID data, by devising RFID application
logic into complex events. We then formalize the specification and semantics of RFID events and rules. We discover that RFID
events are highly temporal constrained, and include non-spontaneous events, and develop an RFID event detection engine that
can effectively process complex RFID events. The declarative event-based approach greatly simplifies the work of RFID data
processing, and can significantly reduce the cost of RFID data integration.

New extended enterprise models such as supply chain integration and demand chain management require a new method of on-demand information exchange that extends the traditional results of a global database query. The new requirements stem from, first, the fact that the information exchange involves large numbers of enterprise databases that belong to a large number of independent organizations, and second, these databases are increasingly overlapping with real-time data sources such as wireless sensor networks and radio-frequency identification (RFID) systems. One example is the industrial push to install RFID- augmented systems to integrate enterprise information along the life cycle of a product. The new effort demands openness and scalability, and leads to a new paradigm of collaboration using all these data sources. The collaboration requires a metadata technology (for reconciling different data semantics) that works on thin computing environments (e.g., emerging sensor nodes and RFID chips) as well as on traditional databases. It also needs a new extended global query model that supports participants to offer/publish information as they see fit, not just request/subscribe what they want. 介绍了RFID(射频识别)技术的原理和发展趋势,并依据中间件思想构建了基于RFID的数据采集模块,具体包括安全控制、数据缓存和过滤、生成数据源等几个单元。利用RFID数据采集中间件,一方面可以实现数据的收集、过滤、整合与传递,另一方面通过和Web Services技术相结合,可以很容易地将RFID服务平台与企业管理系统结合在一起,并能以服务的方式将数据提供给其他服务器,从而实现企业内部及企业间业务的松散集成。 相似文献

This paper presents an RSN Tool to generate input datasets for testing RFID middleware. As RFID middleware takes an important role in entire RFID systems, its performance should be carefully evaluated under various business conditions. In general, evaluation of the RFID middleware requires a huge cost because the numerous RFID readers and tags need to be deployed to acquire the tag event stream. To facilitate low-cost testing of the middleware, we propose the RSN Tool which provides means of designing a virtual RFID infrastructure and generates a tag event stream automatically for the virtual infrastructure. Using the RSN Tool, we can easily obtain a semantically valid dataset, which captures both physical characteristics of RF communications and business activities of tags’ movements. This is a major differentiation point of our work compared from previous works, which merely create the randomized dataset based on a set of virtual RFID readers. We also discuss a step-by-step usage of the RSN Tool from the creation of a virtual infrastructure to the generation of tag events. The experimental analysis shows that the RSN Tool can create the near-real dataset, which closely reflects business activities of the real RFID infrastructure. 相似文献

Successful implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in Enterprise Information System (EIS) depends on exploring the knowledge of RFID technology and providing EIS software training to potential users. The restriction of RFID technology and huge amount item-level data collection via RFID potentially increases the complexity of integrating with EIS. It raises several concerns such as reduced data accuracy, and increased exceptions leading to processes requiring more time to be developed, tested and maintained. However, this approach has not been entirely investigated so far. This paper proposes an integrated research on EIS and a training approach for students and employees who intend to integrate RFID with EIS software in an organization. This integrated research approach applies a typical EIS project workflow from automatic shop floor data collection to customer order fulfillment. This research identifies these stages as transaction, planning and scheduling, integration, execution and control, and automatic identification and data collection. For training and demonstration purpose, this research proposes prototype information systems that emulate the systems used in any organization. This ensures that the logic of the proposed methodology of integrating RFID and EIS software is consistent with that in the business organization.
