在计算顾客满意度模型时, 普遍使用结构方程模型来求解复杂的多维度关系. 而针对结构方程模型的计算, 偏最小二乘(PLS)有效地解决了模型分析过程中大量潜变量无法直接采样获得的问题, 建立了显变量与潜变量之间的关系, 增强了模型的直观性和通用性. 为了提升偏最小二乘算法的效率, 在针对结构方程模型的计算中, 利用多线程将模型计算并行化, 以提升计算效率. 探讨了基于Java多线程的顾客满意度PLS路径模型的优化算法, 并在多核计算机上实验证明, 多线程化的PLS路径模型能够显著提升计算速度.  相似文献

综合考虑物流系统总成本与顾客满意度之间的平衡,提取出对物流设施规划有重要影响的因素,将其中顾客满意度这一定性因素用量化的服务水平代替,由此建立一个多目标规划模型,采用ε约束法对模型进行求解,得到了多目标优化模型的非劣解,并对其进行了评价,最后通过实例说明该模型在决策规划中的应用。  相似文献

移动电话顾客满意度的评价对于移动电话生产商和经销商的经营管理有着重要的意义.利用支持向量机的全局收敛性和良好的推广能力,提出了一种新的基于支持向量机的移动电话顾客满意度评价系统.归纳了移动电话顾客满意度评价指标的设计原则,给出了具体的评价指标体系,采用支持向量机的1-v-1分类策略建立了顾客满意度的评价模型.仿真结果表明,基于支持向量机的顾客满意度评价模型能够有效地实现顾客满意度的评估.该模型的建立为移动电话供应商提供了一个有力的顾客满意度评价工具.  相似文献

近年,我国移动医疗事业逐渐兴起,如何利用用户反馈改善移动医疗平台用户使用频率、效率不高等问题是移动医疗事业进一步发展和服务社会的关键。本文采用中国顾客满意度指数模型(CCSI),选取发展较为成熟的"好大夫在线"为例开展实证研究,通过结构方程分析影响用户满意度各因素的权重。研究表明:提高移动医疗平台的品牌形象以及用户感知质量是提高移动医疗平台用户满意度的关键所在。  相似文献

本文提出一种基于商品评论的顾客满意度指标体系构建方法,通过对网购顾客的评论文本的标注和挖掘.抽取指称关键词和描述关键词,将其提炼为网购顾客满意度指标体系,并利用中文信息处理相关技术,对各指标进行了词频统计,分析了各指标在顾客关注程度和使用方面的一些特点。本文的研究为电子商务运营活动提高产品质量和服务水平提供决策依据,也为商品评论特征、观点和情感倾向等内容挖掘研究提供基础资源。  相似文献

影响网上书店服务质量的因素主要有网站可用性、网站易用性、网站完整性、网站信誉与评价、顾客个人倾向、顾客风险感知、执行费用、执行周期、网络安全技术和交易制度。基于这些影响因素,设计了网上书店服务质量评价指标体系,并对指标选择的合理性进行了检验。在此基础上,建立了网上书店服务质量模糊综合评价模型,并采集数据对服务质量评价模型进行了实证研究。  相似文献

随着信息技术发展和社交平台多方面渗入,在线评论凭借真实客观的优点已成为商家和消费者的主要信息来源。结合TF-IDF、K-means算法获取酒店顾客满意度影响因素;采用基于监督学习的分类算法与百度自然语言处理API得出情感极性值;利用多元线性回归建立满意度评估模型,并将该模型应用于“2019哈尔滨冰上冰雪嘉年华”期间754家酒店的满意度分析中。研究结果表明:与现有酒店预订平台相比,该评价体系更加客观全面,顾客对此阶段的酒店总体满意度中等偏上,单维度分析中,总体感受是顾客最为关注的问题,但是酒店设施和卫生环境等因素也会影响酒店顾客满意度的提升。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
