A NEW AREA IN UTILIZATION OF COAL MINE WASTE——DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW TYPE OF MOULDING MATERIAL

This paper concentrates on the research of plaster-bonded moulding material with coal mine waste as its major filler and its process. Having made a careful investigation of various factors affecting properties of the moulding material, the authors optimize several new formulations of this material and the processes which are inexpensive, convenient in application, precise in holding size of moulds.     

A NEW COMPUTING METHOD FOR MECHANISM CAD——Generalized Triangle Method

In this paper a new computing method for mechanism CAD—Ge-neralized triangle method is studied. Essentially, generalized triangleis a mapping image of common triangle processed by the method ofgeometric transformation. According to Erlangen Program princi-ples of generalized triangle geometry have been found. In comparisonwith other computing methods generalized triangle method hasnumbers of characteristics, such as: (a) most succinct subroutines;(b) visualization and be apt to learn; (c) be apt to program; (d)quick computing speed; (e) to occupy a small RAM and so on.

YUSHANOGRAPTUS,A NEW GRAPTOLITE GENUS FROM THE NINGKUO SHALE(LOWER ORDOVICIAN)OF YUSHAN,NORTHEASTERN JIANGXI(KIANGSI)

The new genus Yushanograptus described in the present paper is a monotypic genuswith Yushanograptus separatus gen.et sp.nov.as the genotype which is represented by5 specimens securd by one of the writers(Han)in the summer of 1961 from the NingkuoShale at the locality near Lijiapeng of the Yushan district,northeastern Jiangxi(Kiangsi)Province(Field No.F61001).The marked features of the new genus are the two long and slender primary stipesand the Goniograptid type in branching.The young forms of this new graptolite bear astriking resemblance to the slender Didymograpti,such as Didymograptus gracilis T(?)rn-quist,D.cognatus Harris et Thomas etc.The same is the case in Zygograptus,particul-arly in Zygograptus irregularis Harris et Thomas.In the mode of branching of the

A NEW METHOD OF FRACTURE BLAST BY TIME-ORDER-IGNITION

In this paper,a new method of fractureblast is presented.The theoretical analysis,model experiments and field industrial tests havebeen carried out.The results show that thecharge powder factor could be lowered and theholenumbers can be reduced by 20% or so com-pared with conventional way.It is very promis-ing to use this new method in the fracture blast.     

ON A NEW DRYER FOR SLAG OR FLY-ASH

Granulated blastfurnace slag or fly-ash, asadmixture of slag cement or pozzolana cement, has to be driedbefore it is ground with clinker, for it contains water. Here, anew dryer for drying slag or fly-ash is recommended,which iscalled suspension dryer.

W-F STRUCTURE： A NEW ALGORITHM ON WIRE-FRAME MODELING

This paper advances a new algorithm oriented to geometry modeling(GM) by using frame model. The elemental data structure of frame model is the vertex. This algorithm provides a general and rapid method. By this way,we can link the vertices to construct the elemental frame and need not consider the topological relation among vertices which consist of the concrete entity. Then, we can combine the elemental frames to complete frame modeling by using aided-line method referring to concrete entity. We will discuss two keystones in the paper. Then we give a 3D geometry modeling example based on wire-frame model using the new algorithm.Key words CAD, computer graphics, frame model, modeling system     

RESEARCH ON A NEW TYPE OF MACHINABLE BIOACTIVE GLASS-CERAMICS

A new type of machinable bioactive glass-ceramicsfor bone substitution has been developed in the glasssystem SiO_2-MgO-K_2O-F~--CaO-P_2O_5, which contains Mg-muscovite [K_2Mg_5 (Si_8O_(20)) F_4] and fluorapatite as thetwo main crystal phases. The phase separation andthe crystallization of the glass have been studied.A series of tests have showed that the material isgood at mechanical property and bioactivity. Espe-cially, by analysing the structure of the interfacelayer between the material and the bone of animalwith scanning electron microscope, electron probe,etc., it has been found that the new bone hydroxya-patite is formed on the surface of the material sothat the material is connected firmly with the bone.

A NEW METHOD TO SYNTHESIZE EXPANDABLE GRAPHITE WITH LESS POLLUTION

Abstract: The paper deals with a new method to synthesize expand-able graphite with H_2O_2 as oxidizer. This method causes less environ -mental pollution than the tradi—tional,method using HNO_3 Some opti-mum techmcal conditions have been given here. It is shown that traditionalmethod .for manufacturing expandable graphite with HNO_3 as oxidizer canbe replaced completely with H_2O_2 as an oxidizer. Expandable graphitemade in this way has the same characteristics as that made in traditionalway, but the pollution of NO_2 to air decreases greatly.     

SYSNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NEW COMPOUND K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)IN K_2O-TiO_2-Nb_2O_5SYSTEM

A new compound K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)was found inthe ternary system K_2O-TiO_2-Nb_2O_5.The compound was char-acterized and investigated by electron,probe,X-ray powderdiffraction and differential thermal analysis.The transpar-ent crystal of light yellow color in form of hexagon-thinplate can be grown by flux method.Further,its crystal struc-ture was determined by four-circle diffratometer K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)crystallizes in he(?)(?)(?)onal system with unitcell parameters a=9.1106(5)×10~(-10)m·c=12.0136(9)×10~(-10)m,Z=l andspace.group P6_3/mcm(193).

环己烷(1)—异丙醇(2)—水(3)三元体系液液相平衡的研究

本文测定了常压,25℃和35℃下,环己烷—异丙醇—水三元体系的液液平衡数据;作出了两个温度下的分层曲线;用NRTL模型对数据进行了热力学关联,用单纯形法回归了模型的参数;并考察了参数的性能;进行了液液分层计算,将实验与关联结果比较,获得了满意的结果。
