最大全钢巨胎成型机研制成功

我国最大规格的51”全钢子午线巨胎成型机最近由桂林橡胶机械厂研制成功,标志着我国轮胎成型技术跨上新的台阶。该产品成为我国橡胶机械新的经济增长点,有利于促进我国橡胶机械水平的提高和发展。

国内工程子午线轮胎生产现状

我国工程子午线轮胎起步较晚，2005年的总产量才4万条，2006年增加到10万条，总生产能力达到53．5万条。     

我国子午线航空“第一胎”研发成功

1月17日，我国首条子午线航空轮胎成功通过动力试验，标志着我国子午线航空轮胎实现了零的突破。该轮胎由吴华南方桂林曙光橡胶工业研究设计院研发。子午线航空轮胎研发是国家重点科研项目，该项目实施成功，打破了西方发达国家长达28年来对子午线航空轮胎技术的垄断，填补了国内子午线航空轮胎的空白，使我国成为世界上第5个有能力研发、制造、试验子午线航空轮胎的国家。     

全钢子午巨胎成型机填补国内空白

2月23日，桂林橡胶机械厂研制的51寸全钢子午线巨胎成型机通过了广西区科技厅组织的鉴定。这一橡胶机械行业重大装备填补了国内空白，打破了国外跨国公司对我国的技术和产品封锁，为我国发展急需的全钢子午线巨胎提供了可能性。     

中化橡胶桂林有限公司获三项专利

截止2009年6月，中国化工橡胶桂林有限公司又获发明专利3项授权，分别为《设有胎体填充胶的子午线轮胎》、《巨型子午线轮胎胎面刻花硫化工艺》和《帘布差级封口方法及使用这种方法生产的轮胎》，从而使中橡桂林公司专利授权量达50项。其中《设有胎体填充胶的子午线轮胎》专利标志着中橡桂林发明专利零的突破。

近日在双钱集团试制成功一款巨型全钢子午线工程轮胎。这种“巨无霸”轮胎生产难度大,直径达3．5m,单价要卖15万元,相当于一台小轿车的价格。
