为了提高直流电流互感器的测量精度,研究出一种能根据采样电流大小调整激励电源输出电压的交流稳压电源系统。该系统以TMS320LF2407型DSP为核心,采用DSP技术和步进电机控制技术实现高精度直流电流互感器二次激励电源设计,采用小信号直流电流传感器及A/D转换电路解决二次激励电源的非线性补偿问题。实验结果表明:该系统输出交流电压幅度稳定度可达0.5%,完全满足直流电流互感器实际使用要求。 相似文献

An active power filter is used to eliminate current harmonics produced by nonlinear loads. This paper discusses a fully digital method of controlling a power inverter used to inject the active filter compensating currents into the power system. A digital signal processor performs the harmonic isolation and generates a digital reference current. A hysteresis current controller has been implemented in a field programmable gate array that generates the inverter switching signals using this reference. This reduces the analogue circuitry and enhances the system's immunity to electromagnetic interference. The performance of a small-scale inverter under completely digital control is presented and discussed. 相似文献

A new digital compensation technique is proposed for current reference. The current variations induced by deviations of temperature and process are calibrated through a digital method. The circuit structure is simplified, and the problem of instability in conventional analog current bias can be overcome since the digital part cut off the closed compensation loop. Designed with 0.18 μm CMOS technology, the output current can be calibrated to 100 μA with a maximum error of ±0.3 μA under all the process corners, no matter how the temperature changes in an ultra-wide range of ?116 to 160 °C. In addition, the current precision can be maintained as the load voltage varies in the range of 0.31–1.04 V, and the load sensitivity is about 8,000 ppm/V. The digital part can be shut down after the calibration phase, so no additional power will be consumed except the bias itself. 相似文献

A new direct-conversion wideband (26-28.5 GHz) six-port receiver is proposed for mass-market wireless communications. This six-port receiver is designed to operate without the need for precise power reading and the use of a digital signal processor that is usually required in other receivers. The proposed receiver architecture is chosen to satisfy requirements of hardware receivers used in high-speed QPSK communications. The receiver contains a receiver front-end, QPSK demodulator, and carrier recovery module. A reverse modulation loop was used to provide a rapid carrier recovery. The maximum bit rate is determined solely by the limiting speed of the baseband module. This new hardware receiver is proposed as a robust, rugged, low-cost receiver for use in wide Ka-band wireless mass-market QPSK communications such as local multipoint distribution system services, which is a prime example of communication equipment requiring such receivers. 为了能够精确测量MOV(氧化锌压敏电阻)的老化程度,利用LPL-2型直流热稳定仪分别对MOV样品进行了正负直流老化实验,然后对老化MOV的静态参数进行了测量并描绘出了压敏电压的变化曲线以及小电流区的伏安特性曲线。结果表明:在单一直流作用下,MOV存在极性效应和伏安特性曲线蜕变,而且其伏安特性曲线蜕变在负向测量时较严重;在正负直流交替作用下,MOV的极性效应逐渐消失,但其伏安特性曲线仍存在蜕变。这为今后精确表征MOV的蜕变程度提供了新的思路。 相似文献

Leakage currents are gaining importance as design parameters in nanometer CMOS technologies. A novel leakage current estimation method, which takes into account the dependency of leakage mechanisms, is proposed for general CMOS complex gates, including non-series-parallel transistor arrangements, not covered by existing approaches. The main contribution of this work is a fast, accurate, and systematic procedure to determine the potentials at transistor network nodes for calculating standby static currents. The proposed method has been validated through electrical simulations, showing an error smaller than 7% and an 80× speed-up when comparing to electrical simulation. 相似文献
