对腈纶污水处理场采用复配过渡金属离子、紫外光催化臭氧高级氧化和微曝气活性滤池工艺进行中试试验,确定了试验的水质水量标准。结果表明,多相催化臭氧高级氧化技术和强化生物膜技术对腈纶污水中难降解的有机组分具有良好的降解作用,处理后的腈纶污水能够实现达标排放。  相似文献

根据干法制腈纶工艺废水的特点和废水中悬浮性胶体污染物的带电性质 ,选择出了较为合适的混凝剂———PAC和CPF -13 0。由试验知 ,腈纶工艺废水进行混凝 -沉降时 ,较佳的试验条件为 :pH值 =6.5~ 7.5 ;温度高于 60℃ ;PAC和CPF -13 0的使用剂量分别为 5 0~ 2 0 0mg/L和 0 .7mg/L以上。  相似文献

The mechanism of the combined anti-bacterial effect of green tea extract (GTE) and NaCl against Staphylococcus aureus NBRC 13276 and Escherichia coli O157:H7 was investigated. After treatment for 1 h, GTE was more effective against S. aureus than E. coli O157:H7, and combined GTE/NaCl treatment caused greater cellular damage in S. aureus NBRC 13276, where it was bactericidal, than E. coli O157:H7. Compared to treatment with 1.0 mg/mL GTE, which had no effect on the survival rate of E. coli O157:H7 after 48 h, treatment with 4% NaCl alone caused greater cellular damage. Moreover, bacteria pretreated with NaCl showed delayed growth in the presence of GTE. It is therefore likely that susceptibility of E. coli O157:H7 to GTE was increased by exposure to NaCl. E. coli O157:H7 pretreated with GTE and NaCl did not multiply in the presence of GTE. Visualization of the catechin components of GTE-treated bacteria using an electron microscope and SDS-PAGE analysis of cell proteins showed that GTE attached to proteins on the surface of the bacteria to form high-molecular weight complexes, suggesting the possibility that GTE inhibits the uptake and secretion of substrates and inhibits enzyme activity. Notably, after the GTE treatment for 1 h, both bacterial strains suffered injury but recovered by cultivation in rich medium. The damage and aggregation of proteins caused by GTE treatment were repaired upon treatment with LP diluent.  相似文献

采用旋转挂片法、碳酸钙沉积法和平板计数法,分别考察了十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1427)、聚天冬氨酸(PASP)和氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)水处理剂在循环冷却水中的缓蚀、阻垢和杀菌性能,并将它们与锌盐复配使用,通过正交实验筛选出具有良好缓蚀、阻垢和杀菌性能的复合配方。结果表明,当循环冷却水中ATMP、PASP、1427和锌盐的质量浓度分别为40、20、80、2 mg/L时,该复配剂可获得最佳性能,对碳钢的缓蚀率和相应的阻垢率均高于91%,杀菌率可达98%以上,实现了缓蚀、阻垢和杀菌3种功效。  相似文献

This study was aimed to evaluate the anti-bacterial potential of the essential oil and extracts of Trachyspermum ammi fruits against food borne and spoilage bacteria. The chemical compositions of the oil were analyzed by GC–MS. Thirty compounds representing 91.39% of the total oil were identified. The extracellular ATP concentration, release of cell constituents and potassium ions from the bacterial cell were measured after treatment with essential oil of T. ammi at MIC concentration. The oil, and extracts of hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol of T. ammi fruits displayed remarkable anti-bacterial effects against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Pseudomonas aeruginosa KCTC 2004, Salmonella typhimurium KCTC 2515, Enterobactor aerogens KCTC 2190 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538. The scanning electron microscopic studies also demonstrated inhibitory effect of the oil on the morphology of B. subtilis ATCC 6633 at the MIC concentration, along with the potential effect on cell viabilities of the tested bacteria.  相似文献

The aggregation behavior and stability of silver nanoparticles (AgNs) are important considerations when exposed to various environments. AgNs have significant interests due to their unique properties. The cationic polymeric surfactants were investigated to coat or cape AgNs with a semi-permeable layer. Using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Gel permission chromatograph, the chemical structures were verified. Through the use of transmission electron microscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy, particle size distribution, zeta potential, surface activities, and anti-bacterial activity, the produced cationic PUQOS and PUQLS surfactants containing silver nanoparticles were assessed. The results indicate that silver nanoparticles were stabilized in solution for seven days without aggregation using the prepared surfactants by coating their surfaces. The coating processes altered the zeta potential. The prepared polymeric surfactants with silver nanodispersion demonstrated practical activities against various standard G (+ve) and G (?ve) bacteria, yeast, and fungi.  相似文献

Listeria monocytogenes is a bacterium responsible for food poisoning through ready-to-eat (RTE) food products. In particular, salads are RTE products that lead to many cases of listeriosis. Such concerns have made it necessary to find a method of inhibiting Listeria growth. In this study, coleslaw and egg salads were inoculated with L. monocytogenes, followed by addition of either ferulic acid or ferulic acid + glycine/sodium acetate, and were incubated at 10 °C for a maximum of 5 days. In coleslaw, the addition of 1500 ppm ferulic acid resulted in a 1.5 log CFU/g reduction in L. monocytogenes after 5 days. In egg salad, for 5 days following the addition of 3000 ppm ferulic acid + 1% glycine/sodium acetate compound, no additional L. monocytogenes growth was observed. This study demonstrates that under particular conditions, ferulic acid has anti-bacterial properties against L. monocytogenes. Our results suggest that ferulic acid could be highly useful for inhibiting the growth of L. monocytogenes in salad products.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to monitor the potential influence of chilling on total viable counts (TVC’s), Enterobacteriaceae and Salmonella on lamb carcasses. Chilling reduced TVC’s on 40% of carcasses, while counts remained unchanged on 2% and increased on 58%. Enterobacteriaceae counts were reduced on 51% of carcasses, unchanged on 23% and increased on 26%. Salmonella was not detected on carcasses before chilling and on 0.25% of carcasses after chilling. The influence of chilling on carcass categorisation according to the performance criteria set down by Commission Regulation 2073/2005 suggests that it can potentially improve the numbers of acceptable carcasses.  相似文献

用有限元法对某型三牙轮钻头的2号牙轮-牙爪进行了静力计算,求得不同轴承间隙时牙爪轴颈及止推面上的接触应力分布规律。大轴颈上接触面法向应为沿轴线分布不均匀,靠近根部应力最大,沿轴颈轴线方向逐渐减小,但在卡簧槽边处又升高;小轴颈上应力比大轴颈小。在钻压加扭矩共同作用下,牙爪轴颈和止推面上的压应力分布不对称,接触区域发生偏移,止推面上接触区偏移较多。轴承间隙对轴颈应力的影响大于对止推面应力的影响。  相似文献

研究了汽油中烯烃、芳烃含量对尾气排放、蒸发排放以及燃油经济性的影响。研究表明,汽油组成对排放的影响与汽车技术紧密相关。在别克和桑塔纳2种车型上,降低汽油中烯烃含量对尾气排放的影响趋势不同,对别克车降低烯烃含量,排放升高;而对桑塔纳车降低烯烃含量,排放减少;汽油中芳烃含量对2种车型的排放以及燃油经济性的影响较大,且影响趋势相同。  相似文献
