为确定多机器人生产线在实际工业生产过程中的可实施性,利用RobotStudio虚拟仿真软件设计一类以IRB2600工业机器人为控制核心的多机器人工作站,用以实现对装配搬运生产线的虚拟搭建;采用SoildWorks软件为工作站设计三维仿真模型及使用工具;构建多机器人生产线的布局,依据生产线工序流程,说明动态效果构建过程,对机器人系统进行I/O信号创建,设置工作站逻辑,进而完成离线编程程序的编写,实现工作站的虚拟仿真运行,通过对运行结果数据进行研究,找出机器人运行的最优速度,保证了该生产线的可实施性;该方案可以为实际机器人生产线设计提供理论依据,降低设计周期和成本,指导现场生产;对类似工作站的创建实施具有一定的借鉴意义.  相似文献

利用虚拟现实技术对制造车间进行仿真能够帮助工程师在设计时即可通过人机交互进行生产线的动态布局和评估。文章以某集团油缸生产车间建设为背景,利用Virtools开发车间仿真系统,提出了一种分层次仿真的方法以适应系统分阶段开发情况,设计了系统总体架构及开发流程,通过三维建模及脚本制作实现了系统的各功能,并最终将其发布成web网页。  相似文献

由于装配系统仿真对象复杂以及传统仿真方法难以建立装配系统的仿真模型,因此该文提出运用面向对象的理论建立汽车装配线的可视化虚拟仿真系统.文中详细论述了实现该仿真系统的关键技术和流程,接着根据离散事件系统的特点介绍了装配仿真系统的仿真策略,最后以某汽车总装车间为例建立了装配线的可视化虚拟仿真系统.通过可视化仿真实现了车间的布局设计和生产过程的动态仿真,并依据仿真结果确定生产线的技术参数以决策生产.  相似文献

在多品种、小批量的生产环境中,企业不仅需要查看实体生产线,同时需要从不同的产品维度监控和管理生产线的运行状况。应用领域驱动设计方法对实体生产线建立完整的领域对象,将每个工件品种的加工流程定义为一个虚拟的生产线视图,为虚拟生产环境建立领域对象,并将其映射到软件系统中。基于MVC模式设计仿真系统,以多个视图对生产线进行展示。给出了仿真系统的原型实现,验证了仿真系统设计的可行性。生产线的管理者不仅可以通过实体生产线视图查看设备的工作状态,同时还可以通过虚拟生产线视图直观地查看每个品种的加工流程。  相似文献

工业生产的实际证明,将虚拟制造技术应用于制造业将大大提高生产效率.以表面贴装生产过程的虚拟制造为目的,对生产线上5种关键设备(焊膏印刷机、贴装机、回流焊炉、X光检测仪和飞针测试仪)的外观和内部结构仔细分析的基础上,通过软件与编程相结合的方法对其进行三维建模,并动态仿真其工作过程,逼真再现了生产线的实际生产状况,设计并实现了对表面贴装生产线的三维仿真系统.将面向对象的开发方法应用于系统设计和实现过程中,使系统具有良好的交互性和可移植性.该系统为表面贴装生产的虚拟制造提供良好的人机交互平台,与可制造性设计系统相结合,将成功实现表面贴装生产线的虚拟制造.  相似文献

为了将数字仿真技术推到一个新高度。通过采用虚拟调试技术将整条生产线的机械、电气和控制三大系统整合在一起进行模拟。工业机器人半实物虚拟仿真测试系统可以通过CAD环境进行工作模拟,辅助设计机器人的工作站布局和操作仿真,在虚拟环境中自动生成机器人作业的数据代码。极大地提高企业对新生产系统整体运转时可能发生问题的认知度,从而在未投入正式制造之前对系统进行验证和优化以及减少资源的浪费。  相似文献

以虚拟啤酒灌装生产线为研究对象,对大型虚拟设备及灌装生产线的构建过程、模式方法进行了探讨和研究.通过虚拟设计、几何建模及时生产线整体运行时虚拟设备传动关系数学建模,采用Normal Mapping和Shader等次世代图形图像技术,结合Virtools实时渲染引擎,开发出场景式、高交互、超现实、网络化的虚拟啤酒灌装生产线,并将所构建的虚拟生产线应用到职业教育的生产实训和相关企业的岗前培训.  相似文献

我国是锰、铜、锌、铝等金属生产及消费大国,然而电解及电沉积过程周期长、电流大危险性高,十分有必要对其进行虚拟仿真,以便于生产的学习或培训。虚拟仿真作为高等教育信息化建设的重要内容,是一种采用虚拟现实技术在计算机上建立虚拟仿真实验室环境,从而提供可操作的虚拟实验过程平台,是学科专业与信息技术深度融合的产物。本文首次采用Autodesk 3ds Max 2012进行三维建模,利用Unity 3D 5.3.4进行场景构建、虚拟漫游、UI交互等方式对电解锰过程进行了虚拟仿真。仿真系统分为生产原理介绍、设备简介和过程仿真三大部分。利用该仿真系统,不仅可以充分展示电解锰的生产场景,了解电解锰微观过程,而且可以对电解锰生产进行数值仿真。该项目的成功实施,对电解铝、电解锌、电解铜等高危过程虚拟仿真的开发,提供了一种有益探索和借鉴。  相似文献

为解决当前制造系统软件可靠性仿真测试时间长、测试环境难以搭建等问题,提出采用数字孪生技术与智能车间系统仿真加速测试相结合的方法;建立智能车间高保真数字孪生模型替代现实生产车间系统用于制造系统软件的可靠性仿真测试,首先要构建包含产品、设备资源、工艺流程等系统级仿真模型;同时,为仿真车间生产事件流程,在模型中,还需结合生产实际情况,设置设备间通信协议、通信数据以及生产线事件及队列顺序,真实模拟系统运行环境;通过构建步进电机产线数字孪生模型,仿真加工装配流程,运行智能车间系统软件,采用仿真时钟推进机制开展加速测试,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性,对开展工业系统软件高保真快速测试评估具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

Injection molding is an ideal manufacturing process for producing high volumes of products from both thermoplastic and thermo setting materials. Nevertheless, in some cases, this type of manufacturing process decelerates the production rate as a bottleneck. Thus, layout optimization plays a crucial role in this type of problem in terms of increasing the efficiency of the production line. In this regard, a novel computer simulation–stochastic data envelopment analysis (CS-SDEA) algorithm is proposed in this paper to deal with a single row job-shop layout problem in an injection molding process. First, the system is modeled with discrete-event-simulation as a powerful tool for analyzing complex stochastic systems. Then, due to lack of information about some operational parameters, theory of uncertainty is imported to the simulation model. Finally, an output-oriented stochastic DEA model is used for ranking the outputs of simulation model. The proposed CS-SDEA algorithm is capable of modeling and optimizing non-linear, stochastic, and uncertain injection process problems. The solution quality is illustrated by an actual case study in a refrigerator manufacturing company.  相似文献

One of the goals of a manufacturing system is to minimize the cost of production. A significant source of manufacturing cost is attributable to material handling. The sources of material handling cost include equipment, labor, work-in-process, and floor space. One approach to reduce material handling cost is through the implementation of synchronous manufacturing with just-in-time production. Although, the concept of a synchronous manufacturing is known, techniques to design and plan such systems are yet to be formalized. In this paper, a quantitative modeling framework for the design and analysis of a synchronous manufacturing system with just-in-time production is presented. The approach is composed of principles and techniques drawn from scheduling, layout planning, material handling, and computer simulation.  相似文献

This study investigates the buffer allocation strategy of a flow-shop-type production system that possesses a given total amount of buffers and finite buffer capacity for each workstation as well as general interarrival and service times in order to optimize such system performances as minimizing work-in-process, cycle time and blocking probability, maximizing throughput, or their combinations. In theory, the buffer allocation problem is in itself a difficult NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem, it is made even more difficult by the fact that the objective function is not obtainable in closed form for interrelating the integer decision variables (i.e., buffer sizes) and the performance measures of the system. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to present an effective design methodology for buffer allocation in the production system. Our design methodology uses a dynamic programming process along with the embedded approximate analytic procedure for computing system performance measures under a certain allocation strategy. Numerical experiments show that our design methodology can quickly and quite precisely seek out the optimal or sub-optimal allocation strategy for most production system patterns.Scope and purposeBuffer allocation is an important, yet intriguingly difficult issue in physical layout and location planning for production systems with finite floor space. Adequate allocation and placement of available buffers among workstations could help to reduce work-in-process, alleviate production system's congestion and even blocking, and smooth products manufacturing flow. In view of the problem complexity, we focus on flow-shop-type production systems with general arrival and service patterns as well as finite buffer capacity. The flow-shop-type lines, which usually involve with product-based layout, play an important role in mass production type of manufacturing process organization such as transfer line, batch flow line, etc. The purpose of this paper is to present a design methodology with heuristic search and imbedded analytic algorithm of system performances for obtaining the optimal or sub-optimal buffer allocation strategy. Successful use of this design methodology would improve the production efficiency and effectiveness of flow-shop-type production systems.  相似文献

The assembly line balancing problem is a non deterministic polynomial type planning problem for mass production. Layout design changes constitute a major decision that yields investment for assembly operations and numerous heuristics have been reported in the literature for solving the line balancing problems. U-shaped assembly layout offers several benefits over traditional straight-line layout in implementation of lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time technology. In the paper an attempt has been made to evaluate labor productivity in U-shaped line system and straight line system. A Critical Path Method (CPM) based approach for U-shaped assembly line has been applied for assigning the task to the work stations for assembly line layout. Results show that the CPM based U-shaped approach performs better and improve the labor productivity of assembly line layout.  相似文献

This paper reports on the design of a suitable production management system (PMS) for a manufacturing company, located in Western Australia. The company was experiencing problems in scheduling and plant layout leading to further problems in materials flow, labour control, inventory and purchasing, material handling system, and production space.

Group technology (GT) was used to design a new plant layout. A G.T. algorithm was developed to minimise machine duplications. A Kanban system was designed to assist execution of scheduling based on a pull system. The design was tested by simulation using actual data collected on existing operations.  相似文献
