The structure formation in 80K steel is studied after austenitization and subsequent cooling at ~15°C/s for 1–20 s, with final cooling in water. Energy-saving sorbitization of high-carbon wire rod is introduced in the 150 mill at OAO BMZ-UKKh BMK. Such sorbitization reduces the energy consumption, without loss of productivity or product quality.  相似文献

The introduction of a reduction and calibration unit at a wire mill is recommended for the production of high-carbon wire rod subjected to thermomechanical treatment with controlled rolling and cooling. By this means, the fluctuation in the mechanical properties may be reduced. In addition, the decarburized layer will be thinner and uniformly distributed over the perimeter of the wire rod. As a result, the plasticity of the wire rod in subsequent processing is improved, while the formation of quench structures at the wire surface in high-speed drawing is practically eliminated.  相似文献

Kinetic data on austenite decomposition in high-carbon alloy steel in the continuous cooling of wire rod permit the determination of the best thermomechanical treatment. Regulation of the chemical composition of the steel (the carbon, chromium, and manganese content) and optimal thermomechanical treatment ensure the structure and properties of the wire rod for superhigh-strength wire and metal cord.  相似文献

通过采用扫描电镜对国内外4个钢厂硬线钢用盘条中的非金属氧化物夹杂的类型、形貌、尺寸和数量以及成分分析可知,国内外各厂家的钢帘线盘条中夹杂物的类型主要是CaO- SiO2- Al2O3- MgO- MnO,国外厂家较国内厂家盘条中非金属夹杂物的Al2O3质量分数低,SiO2质量分数高。且国外两厂中的夹杂物变形性能好,呈长条状,长宽比都大于3。应尽量减少单位面积的非金属夹杂物数量和尺寸,如先进的国外甲、乙两厂夹杂物数量的控制水平为0.111~0.154个/mm2,尺寸较小的夹杂物(小于3μm)的夹杂物数量相对国内厂家偏少。国外厂家的wT[O]和wN都控制在0.0035%以内。国外厂家控制水平相对较高,wT[O]和wN分别为0.0021%左右和0.0025%左右。  相似文献

采用THERMECMASTOR-Z热加工模拟试验机和金相、硬度检测方法,对胎圈钢丝用线材连续冷却转变过程中组织与力学性能变化的规律和特征进行研究,建立连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明:当冷却速度在10~20℃/s时,线材的索氏体组织超过90%。根据试验结果制定合适的控制冷却工艺,生产的SWRH82A盘条珠光体片间距为0.10~0.15μm,索氏体组织约占95%,具有良好的抗拉强度和塑性。  相似文献

通过对高碳钢线材断口试样的检验分析,认为钢中存在大颗粒脆性夹杂物是导致脆断的重要原因.通过动力学和热力学分析,在炼钢工艺中采取了低碱度熔渣精炼等措施,有效地改变了夹杂物的性状,减少了引起脆断的大颗粒夹杂的数量.  相似文献

分析绞线钢在控冷过程中水冷段和风冷段传热和相变的数学模型,由现场工艺确定的边界条件,通过大型商用有限元软件Marc/Mentat及二次开发技术,模拟轧后控制冷却过程中水冷线的温度场以及风冷线的温度场和组织场的全过程,并和实际结果对比,对现场生产制定合理的工艺制度、提高产品的综合性能具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献
