利用锌的络合物(试剂I—диспрактолI)作为胎面胶料的分散剂、活性剂、防焦剂和硫化促进剂进行试验性生产。结果表明,试验I对胎面胶料的硫化过程有良好的作用,胎面胶的力学性能达到监控标准。采用该试剂能提高硫化速率,使制品的硫化时间缩短10%~15%,从而降低了能耗,提高了效率,并且产品的质量也得到提高。 相似文献

Alphamethyl styrene (AMS) and maleic anhydride (MAn) were copolymerized in 2‐butanone using benzoyl peroxide as initiator. Low molecular weight (8000) of alphamethyl styrene‐maleic anhydride copolymer was prepared using AMS dimer as a chain‐transfer agent. This copolymer was then treated with two different amines, such as dibutylamine and diethanolamine, having different hydrophilicity, to obtain the corresponding amic acids. Application of these amic acids as a dispersing agent to disperse titanium dioxide (TiO2) in water was studied. The Daniel Flow point method was used to assess the dispersing ability of these amic acids, and diethanolamic acid was found to show the better dispersing property. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. This article presents the surface activeity of a synthetic sulfonated phenolic resin (SPR) and evaluates its performance in cement mortars. It is indicated that the prepared SPR has the characteristics of a polymeric surfactant that can decrease the surface tension of water. When resin was added into cement mortars, the resulting materials exhibited better workability, more consolidated stucture, and higher compressive strength than the untreated. Therefore, SPR could be used as a water reducing admixture for cementitious materails. In the present study, the modification of epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) was investigated to improve toughness of PLA. ENR-PLA copolymers were synthesized by 2 steps reactions. Acid hydrolysis of ENR to prepare macroinitiator (ENR-OH) and copolymerization with lactide to obtain ENR-PLA copolymers. The reaction time of acid hydrolysis and the lactide monomer loading was investigated. The optimum conditions were 8 h acid hydrolysis with 5wt% lactide loading to obtain ENR8-PLA5 copolymers. A series of samples of PLA blended with ENR-PLA copolymers was prepared using melt-blending. The blend of PLA with ENR8-PLA5 copolymers at 1 phr substantially improved the tensile properties. The elongation at break was increased 67%, and toughness was increased 64% compared to neat PLA. 以3-氯-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠、1,2-二溴乙烷、油酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺为原料合成甜菜碱型Gemini表面活性剂(T-21),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征该结构,以Waring Blender法测定起泡性能,用表面张力仪和罗氏泡沫仪测定表面张力和携液性能。结果表明,T-21的表面张力(γcmc)和临界胶束浓度(cmc)是32. 01 mN/m,4. 8×10(-6)mol/L,表现出了良好的表面活性与起泡性。在蒸馏水条件下,T-21携液率最高值达95%;在矿化度250 g/L条件下达65%;在甲醇含量20%的条件下达85%;在凝析油含量30%的条件下达60%,表现出了良好的抗矿化度、抗甲醇、抗凝析油性能,可用作气井泡沫排水的一种泡排剂。 相似文献

The effects of natural zeolite on the rheological and workability properties of the grout mixtures were studied. Setting times of grouts were also determined as part of the experimental study. For comparison, grout mixtures were also prepared with a commercially available viscosity modifying admixture (VMA). The experimental results show that addition of natural zeolite modifies both the rheological and workability properties of grouts. For a constant superplasticizer (SP) content, an increase in the zeolite amount significantly increases the yield stress, the apparent and plastic viscosity, and reduces the fluidity and deformability. Moreover, an increase in the amount of SP causes a significant reduction in both the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the grouts. It was also observed that, grouts prepared with natural zeolite addition have a pseudo-plastic behavior, and shear-thinning behavior increases with an increase in the zeolite amount. Therefore, it has been shown that using natural zeolite as a VMA it is possible to obtain grouts that have satisfactory rheological properties, especially if natural zeolite is used in combination with a superplasticizer. 相似文献

At present, the rubber toughening of plastics has become an attractive field of study in polymer science and technology because brittleness is known to be a drawback in many engineering plastics; it can cause premature failure during application. Among existing rubber materials, epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) has been widely used as an impact modifier or toughening agent in a large number of engineering plastics; in particular, it enhances the impact strength, which deteriorates with the incorporation of other additives, such as fillers and flame retardants. ENR is a modification product from natural rubber produced via an epoxidation reaction. ENR also has good chemical resistance. The usefulness of supercritical CO2 (scCO2) in the processing of thermoplastic olefin (TPO) nanocomposites was investigated using a simple extensional flow mixing device. An organoclay (Cloisite® 20A), a maleated polypropylene (Polybond® 3200), and a TPO polymer were selected for this study. The three components were combined in different manners to evaluate how scCO2 influenced the microstructure of a final nanocomposite prepared by different mixing orders of the formulation components. The organoclay was examined in its as‐supplied state as well as after being conditioned under scCO2. Analyses of the nanocomposites by X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and parallel plate rheology techniques showed that inclusion of scCO2 during melt compounding significantly contributed to disrupting the crystalline order in the structure of the original organoclay. However, the order by which the formulation components are combined under scCO2 was important to clay dispersion. It was shown that making use of the proper combination order led to an improvement in the modulus of the resulting nanocomposites as measured by rheology. POLYM. In the present work, the development of morphology and selective wetting of nanoclay and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in rubber nanocomposites were characterized qualitatively by means of the optical microscopy, TEM and AFM and quantitatively by means of the wetting concept. Carboxylated hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (XHNBR), ionic liquid and ethanol were used as dispersing agent and they show very good effect on the macro- and microdispersion of nanofillers in different rubbers. It was found that the selective wetting of filler surface by the dispersing agent and rubber matrix is controlled by thermodynamic and kinetic factors. A model basing on surface energy data of polymer components (rubber and dispersing agent) and filler was introduced in order to determine the thermodynamic equilibrium state of filler wetting, which is found to be simultaneously determined by the filler–polymer affinity and the rubber/dispersing agent mass ratio.
