本工作基于有限元软件UFLEX以26/35 kV-3×185 mm2海缆为例,详细阐述了铜、铝导体力学性能分析对比过程,并比较了不同电压等级和不同规格海缆的拉伸刚度、扭转刚度、弯曲刚度、破断拉力和最小弯曲半径计算结果。结果表明,铝芯海缆的各项刚度均更大,但破断拉力更小,最小弯曲半径与铜芯海缆近似相等;力学性能方面,铝芯海缆在敷设过程中需要控制拉力的使用范围,防止铝芯单丝的断裂破坏。本工作的研究内容为“以铝代铜”降低海底电缆制造成本提供了一定的科学依据。  相似文献

针对铜资源日益紧张造成电线电缆行业原材料成本压力的问题,分析铜、铝材料性能差异,完成等传输容量下铜、铝导体截面换算,依据现有生产工艺,采用解析法,完成铜、铝导体海缆参数计算,对比分析铜、铝导体海缆的技术经济性,进一步研究铝导体连接性能。结果表明:等传输容量条件下,铜、铝导体海缆单位质量近似相等,两者损耗及短路电流特性相近,铜导体海缆材料成本为铝导体海缆的110%~180%,采用交流氩弧焊可使铝导体接头具备良好电气与机械性能,铝导体海缆经济性更优。  相似文献

Conductors utilising the new high conductivity medium strength aluminium alloy type 1120 have been used for transmission and distribution lines in Australia since 1984. Unlike traditional aluminium alloys such as 6201 and 5005 the 50% increase in strength of alloy 1120 over standard EC grade aluminium is accompanied by only a slight reduction in conductivity. Overhead line conductors using this alloy provide lower IR losses without appreciable capital cost penalty. Introduction of these new alloy conductors provides a significant development in transmission line technology. High-performance central processing units (CPUs) and power devices such as IGBTs have high electrical power dissipation, which causes substantial heating. As a result, efficient cooling is essential for insulating materials within such devices. Although polymers such as epoxy resins are good insulating materials, they have quite low thermal conductivities, usually 1 to 3 orders of magnitude lower than those of ceramics and metals. Thus, the development of insulating resin with high thermal conductivity is mandatory if operating temperatures are to be increased.  相似文献

The paper presents a simple graphical method to estimate the loss of strength of aluminium conductors due to annealing when they are subjected to a number of fault currents of specified duration and magnitude. This method can also be used to determine safe fault currents and/or fault duration for a prespecified strength loss of the conductor, when the number of likely fault occurrences during the useful life of the conductor can be estimated.  相似文献

We present an analytical model for the ionic conductivity of a strongly acceptor doped, fluorite-type oxygen ion conductor, (A1 − x B B x B )O2 − x B/2, i.e. a concentrated solution of AO2 and B2O3, which can be applied, e.g., to yttria doped zirconia (YSZ). The model considers nearest neighbor interactions between oxygen vacancies and dopant cations, which may be negligible, attractive or repulsive. The vacancies are distributed to the tetrahedra formed by the cations using quasi-chemical reactions for the exchange between the different sites. The resulting vacancy distribution is used in a simplified model for the oxygen ion conductivity which considers jump rates between different oxygen sites that depend on their local neighborhood and the nature of the cation-cation edge which has to be crossed during a jump between edge-sharing tetrahedra. Among the various possibilities, only attractive dopant-vacancy interaction together with reduced jump rates through A-B and B-B edges (compared to A-A edges) can explain satisfactorily the experimental findings, i.e. the maximum of the conductivity at dopant fractions x B ≈ 0.15, the slight decrease of the activation energy with increasing temperature and the increase of activation energy with dopant fraction.  相似文献

本文综合分析了我国铜、铝及它们的合金导体在品种、质量和生产装备方面的现状和国外在该领域的进展及发展趋向,并指出:我国铜、铝导体的年用量已名列世界前茅,但导体的品种少,工艺装备落后。其中铝连铸连轧生产线比铜的更落后,主要差距在计算机监控系统,由此也限制了品种的发展;废铜在导体上的应用,要提高质量关键在于所用废铜原材料的级别、熔炼炉及熔炼工艺;铜杆质量不能满足电缆工业发展的需要,修订电工用铜杆国标或制订行业标准,实行铜杆分等使用已是势在必行;我国电缆工业需要建立真正意义上的从金属材料、镀层、导体结构到绝缘材料特种的电缆厂;行业协会在组织行业内部带有共性问题的科技攻关,与产业界、行业间的协调和科技合作方面应起到更大的作用;应发挥综合优势,加强材料、工艺、产品与设备的联合攻关,实现科技与生产的创新。  相似文献

A new type of cable‐in‐conduit conductor composed of HTS tapes was proposed as a winding for high‐performance HTS coils with high current capacities and low AC losses. In the fabrication of the conductor, the twist of stacked tapes around their axes was made before inserting them inside conduits. The twist angle should be changed continuously along the axis to reduce face‐on oriented magnetic fields applied to the tape in the winding conductor during coil operation. In order to confirm the high current capacity of this type conductor, two single‐layered solenoidal coils wound with sample conductors composed of five stacked Bi‐2223 tapes with bias angles of 20 and 0° were fabricated and tested in liquid nitrogen. A copper magnet system was used in this experiment to generate the spread magnetic field with a spread angle of 20° from the coil axis to the radial direction, which simulates the profile of magnetic fields near the edge windings of practical coils. A large improvement on critical‐current degradation affected by spread magnetic fields was successfully observed for the test coil wound with the 20° bias conductor. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper describes the electrical conductivity of ceria nanoparticles under high pressure ranging from 2 to 6 GPa. The samples used were pure and acceptor-doped ceria nanoparticles with a grain size of approximately 2 nm prepared by mixing hexamethylenetramine and metal nitrate solutions. The size of ceria nanoparticles was controlled to be 2 to 15 nm by varying heat-treatment conditions. The in-situ electrical conductivity measurements under high pressure were conducted by using an ac-impedance spectroscopy. By applying a pressure of 6 GPa at 300 °C, the green compact of 6 mol % Sm-doped ceria nanoparticles was densified; a relative density of 93% was achieved. The sample showed an electrical conductivity of 3?×?10???3 S/cm at 300 °C under 6 GPa. The enhancement of electrical conductivity under high pressure seems to be related to ionic conduction in the vicinity of grain boundaries.  相似文献

本文针对目前架空输电线路已使用的耐蚀型铝导线普遍存在导线耐蚀性能提高而相应导电性能下降的实际情况,提出了采用在已满足电工用铝标准的铝线中添加富铈稀土提高导电率,再添加耐蚀合金元素并经特殊工艺处理,使之在满足电工用铝导线国标基础上达到平衡——"稀土与耐蚀合金电导平衡技术"的方法。对其机理进行了初步分析与研究。同时对拉拔成型的铝导线进行了导电性能及耐蚀性能的比较,结果表明该技术是提高铝导线耐蚀性能同时保持良好导电性能的有效方法。  相似文献
