江西理工大学一科技项目整体技术达国际领先水平

日前,由江西理工大学万林生教授主持完成的2009年度江西省教育厅重大产业化项目“白钨矿铵盐不变体系闭路冶炼工艺”通过江西省科技厅鉴定。鉴定委员会认为,该项技术实现了白钨高效冶炼和零污染排放,整体技术达到国际领先水平。     

二次压煮工艺提高钨冶炼金属回收率的应用

概述了我国钨冶炼碱压煮工艺的现状。指出采用二次压煮工艺可将钨冶炼企业的金属回收率提高至97％以上，混合渣中的WO2降低至1％左右。     

钨冶炼渣综合回收利用的研究进展

综述了钨冶炼渣中有用金属回收利用现状与研究进展,介绍了黑钨和白钨的冶炼工艺、钨、锡、钽、铌、钪回收工艺与理论、钨冶炼渣的减量化处理研究进展.重选和浮选工艺可回收钨锡,得到钨锡精矿后再进行冶炼,选矿工艺流程简单易工业生产且成本低,但适应性较差,对于较细物料无法有效回收,湿法冶金工艺可回收钨、锡、钽、铌、钪,适应性强但流程复杂,酸碱废水对环境影响大;钨冶炼渣减量化是综合利用的根本要求,目前主要用来制做水泥辅料、建筑胶砂、多孔材料、微晶玻璃等,介绍了目前减量化处理的研究现状.最后提出了问题与建议,钪钽铌稀有金属提取工艺的进步依赖萃取剂和离子交换树脂的发展,可利用材料领域内第一性原理和化学配位理论,研发选择性强的萃取剂和交换容量大的离子交换树脂,解决萃取剂选择性差、离子交换树脂交换容量小、废水量大的问题,从原子层面研究出相互作用机理,最终筛选出高效萃取剂及离子交换树脂.指出选冶联合工艺,开发短流程绿色提取技术、冶炼渣高附加值材料研制技术可能是今后研究的重点.

以钨细泥为添加剂苛性碱浸取白钨矿试验赣州钴钨有限责任公司刘爱达前几年，我厂从南昌和天津购进一批白钨矿。原来采用盐酸分解法进行冶炼。但在生产过程中，因反应锅极易被腐蚀，产出钨酸中杂质含量较高，被迫中止。此后进行了“高碱浸取”和“添加磷酸盐”等方法的试验...     

论提高钨冶炼金属回收率的有效途径

：分析了离子交换法生产APT工艺过程中钨金属损失的途径，同时，结合理论与实践，提出了减少钨金属损失，提高钨冶炼综合金属回收率的有效措施，使金属回收率达到95％以上。     

我国钨冶炼技术的新进展

综述了近年来我国钨冶炼在开发处理多种资源的工艺技术，钨钼分离技术，从低品位钨矿物原料和含钨废料中生产高纯APT，钨冶炼技术装备和自动化水平，膜分离技术在开发无污染钨冶炼工艺的应用，超细钨粉等方面的最新进展和成果。在此基础上，展望了我国今后钨冶炼发展的方向。     

离子交后液回收钨废水中MnO除磷的研究

目前离子交后液回收钨冶炼废水中磷含量普遍高于国家排放标准,亟待开发出高效、低成本的除磷工艺。研究提出了采用MnO从钨冶炼废水中吸附除磷工艺,考察了液固比、pH、温度、反应时间和搅拌速度对含磷模拟液除磷效果的影响。优化后的结果表明,在液固比为67∶1、废水初始pH值为2、反应时间为50 min、反应温度为40℃、搅拌速度为200 rpm的条件下,对实际钨冶炼废水的除磷率高达96%,磷含量降至0.358 mg/L,达到工业废水磷排放标准。采用Langmuir等温吸附模型,揭示该过程属于单分子层饱和吸附,拟二级动力学模型结果表明吸附过程受化学反应控制。

本文在对钨湿法冶炼磨矿设备分析的基础上,着重介绍了黑、白钨精矿新型理想的湿式磨矿设备——Zn系列三筒连续振动球磨机。旨在改善磨矿和浸出工艺,获得高的设备利用率和金属收率,延长使用寿命。
