通过正交试验对转炉污泥、高炉瓦斯灰和高炉瓦斯泥混合造球进行了研究,考察了C/O、粒度和膨润土添加量对生球强度和烘干粉化率的影响,并对正交试验各指标进行了优化计算。结果表明,在C/O为0.9~1.3,-200目粒度比例为40%~80%,膨润土用量1%~5%的试验条件下均可造出合格球团。影响湿球强度及烘干粉化率的因素由强到弱为:膨润土添加量粒度C/O;在C/O=0.9、-200目粒度比例为80%、膨润土添加量5%的最优水平下,抗压强度可达33.39 N/个,粉化率为0.83%。影响干球落下强度和抗压强度的因素由强到弱为:C/O膨润土添加量粒度;在C/O=0.9、-200目粒度比例为40%、膨润土添加量为5%的最优水平下,落下强度为9.33次/个,抗压强度为107.47 N/个。通过优化,得到最佳经济造球条件为:C/O=1.1、-200目粒度比例为60%、膨润土添加量3% 相似文献

在检测分析各种原料物化特性的基础之上,研究了配加不同种类、配比的粘结剂对尘泥含碳球团生球以及干球强度的影响。结果表明,当消石灰配入量为2.0%时,生球的抗压强度和落下强度分别能达到16.40 N/个和6.2次/0.5 m,干球的抗压强度和落下强度分别能达到59.34 N/个和2.1次/0.5 m。参照某转底炉现场生产使用的原料配比,用成球性较好的转炉泥替代成球性较差的机头灰,同时用2.0%消石灰代替2.0%膨润土作粘结剂时,生球、干球的抗压强度和落下强度均得到提高。 相似文献

以酒钢高炉瓦斯灰、转炉OG泥、转炉二次除尘灰和自产铁精矿为主要含铁原料制备复合球团开展直接还原试验。通过利用马弗炉模拟平铺料式隧道窑焙烧过程开展基础性试验研究,考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间、球团配比等条件对金属化球团金属化率、抗压强度的影响,结果表明:金属化球团金属化率和抗压强度指标均随焙烧温度的提高和焙烧时间的延长而升高,综合考虑金属化率和抗压强度指标,球团在焙烧温度1 200℃、焙烧时间100 min时是比较适宜的;不同瓦斯灰配入量条件下试验结果表明,球团金属化率随瓦斯灰配入量的增加而升高,抗压强度随瓦斯灰配入量的增加而降低。在此基础上,利用30 m平铺料式隧道窑装置开展了直接还原半工业验证试验,最终取得金属化球团铁品位73.51%、金属化率88.76%、抗压强度平均2 328 N、脱锌率95.10%的试验指标,金属化球团抗压强度等各项指标均满足酒钢高炉或转炉用料要求,说明通过平铺料式隧道窑处理冶金含铁尘泥复合球团在技术上是可行的。 相似文献

用高炉瓦斯灰和转炉污泥进行制备金属化球团的成型试验,研究了粘结剂种类及其添加量、配水量、成型压力等对尘泥成型效果的影响.结果表明,粘结剂种类对成型效果的影响很明显,甲基纤维素的成型效果明显优于膨润土.在甲基纤维素用量0.3%、成型压力75kN、配水量10%的优化参数下,采用压团法所制备的金属化球团干球落下强度能满足转底炉生产要求. 相似文献

目前,镁质球团制备主要是添加镁质熔剂,对高镁精矿直接制备镁质球团研究较少。以国外某高镁铁精粉为原料,系统研究了造球参数、预热参数及焙烧参数对球团性能的影响,并进行了投笼工业试验。结果表明,在膨润土用量1.2%,生球水分8.0%,造球时间15min的条件下,生球落下强度4.2次/(0.5m),抗压强度18 N/P,爆裂温度425℃;在预热温度1050℃,预热时间15min,焙烧温度1250℃,焙烧时间15 min的条件下,预热球团抗压强度524N/P,焙烧球团抗压强度2589N/P;成品球团的全铁品位63.35%,MgO含量1.70%,有害元素含量低,冶金性能优良,是一种优质的高炉炉料。 相似文献

以炼钢污泥作为主要原料,辅以其它配料,旨在造出高强度的污泥球(抗压强度不小于1 500N),作为高炉用原料.对降低转炉炼钢污泥的熔点作了系统的研究表明,当B配比在10%~12%、C配比在5%~10%、干污泥配比在78%~85%时,污泥达到软化时的温度在1 240℃左右;污泥的软化温度在降低到1 238~1 250℃时,其内部粘结相主要是铁酸钙和硅酸钙,并且铁酸钙与磁铁矿形成熔融交织结构;当物料配比碱度在4.5~5.0之间时,污泥的软化温度相对较低. 相似文献
