A very small patch‐type RFID tag antenna (UHF band) using ceramic material mountable on metallic surfaces is presented. The size of the proposed tag is 25 mm×25 mm×3 mm. The impedance of the antenna can be easily matched to the tag chip impedance by adjusting the size of the shorting plate of the patch and the size of the feeding loop. The measured maximum reading distance of the tag at 910 MHz was 5 m when it was mounted on a 400 mm × 400 mm metallic surface. The proposed design is verified by simulation and measurements which show good agreement.  相似文献

为了加强对医疗器械的跟踪管理,尤其是对手术前后手术剪数量的有效监测,设计了一款可应用于手术剪的超高频(UHF)无源小型化射频识别(RFID)标签天线。该标签天线采用集总元件加载技术以及短路技术方法实现了天线的小型化设计。通过对电容容值以及天线结构尺寸的调整,可实现对标签天线谐振频率以及标签天线特性阻抗的调节。标签天线结构参数经仿真优化,最终设计尺寸为6 mm×3 mm×1 mm。标签嵌入手术剪中的最大读取距离为1.2 m。根据仿真结果对天线加工并对实物进行测试,测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好。  相似文献

A novel single-layer passive RFID tag antenna for the resonant frequency 2.45/2.41 GHz using a square microstrip patch with a pair of U and T slots is proposed, which is suitable for attaching to metallic objects. The proposed antenna was fabricated with a thin copper layer printed on a thin lossy FR4 substrate for low-cost production. The dimensions of the proposed antenna are around 35 times 35 mm. The antenna shows near-linear phase characteristics, 250 MHz bandwidth under the condition of voltage standing-wave ratio less than 2 and it covers all RFID microwave bands. The gain of the proposed antenna is 2.0 2.2 dBi for worldwide RFID microwave bands. Half-power bandwidth is about 108.  相似文献

This letter presents the design for a low‐profile planar inverted‐F antenna (PIFA) that can be stuck to metallic objects to create a passive radio frequency identification (RFID) tag in the UHF band. The designed PIFA, which uses a dielectric substrate for the antenna, consists of a U‐slot patch for size reduction, several shorting pins, and a coplanar waveguide feeding structure to easily integrate with an RFID chip. The impedance bandwidth and maximum gain of the tag antenna are about 0.3% at 914 MHz for a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of less than 2 and 3.6 dBi, respectively. The maximum read range is about 4.5 m as long as the tag antenna is on a metallic object.  相似文献

为满足对金属表面物体智能识读的应用需求,设计了一款可用于金属表面的超高频RFID电子标签天线,使用时将标签贴合在厚度仅为5mm的泡沫介质上,然后置于金属表面,利用金属表面作为自身反射板增加了天线的读取距离。整个天线的面积大小为95mm×45mm,标签的最远读取距离可达4.5m。同时由于表面印刷结构的采用,使得整个标签成本低廉、易于批量生产。  相似文献

设计了一款能应用于金属货物识别的新型标签天线--准八木标签天线.基于折合振子和错位阵列技术,并使用高介电常数的介质基材,使天线的厚度限制在0.024λ,从而满足标签天线尺寸的要求.经实测验证,新型天线贴附在金属物体表面时,能达到5dBi的增益.  相似文献

A novel UHF RFID tag antenna with broadband characteristic is presented. The structures of T-matching network and double symmetrical radiating patches shorted to the ground plane are employed. The measured half-power bandwidth of the proposed antenna is 12.9% and it covers two major frequency bands. The maximum readable distance of the tag achieved 6.5 m in the RFID bands for North America and Europe. All the results show that the proposed antenna can work not only in air but also on metallic objects in the North America and Europe UHF RFID band.  相似文献

In this letter, a small‐sized ultra‐high frequency (UHF) RFID tag antenna for a medical sample tube is proposed. The RFID tag antenna is designed and fabricated based on the circular loop antenna used in the UHF band (Korea standard, 917 MHz to 923.5 MHz). The tag antenna size is reduced using a circular meander stub. The antenna has a physical size of 8 mm, which is about λ/40 in electrical length. The proposed tag antenna is molded into a medical sample and multitag identification is performed.  相似文献

本文设计了一种新型的抗金属无源UHF射频识别(RFID)印刷标签天线.该天线可以应用在卷烟包装上,仿真和实测数据证明,在915MHz处天线的阻抗为(20+j149)Ω,能和Alien Higgs -2芯片很好的实现共轭匹配.该标签天线的工作带宽为31MHz,通过RFID阅读器实测表明,所设计的标签天线读取距离可达到0.8m.  相似文献

A broadband ultra-high frequency radio frequency identification (UHF RFID) tag patch antenna with a pair of U slots is presented. By embedding a pair of U slots on the patch, a new resonant mode adjacent to the origin mode is excited and a broadband characteristic is achieved. The measured half-power bandwidth of the proposed antenna is 133 MHz and it covers all UHF RFID frequency bands. Measurement results show that the proposed antenna can work on metallic objects of different sizes in both North America and Europe bands.  相似文献

由于各个国家分配给UHF频段RFID系统的频率不同,以及全球跨国供应链中物品跟踪管理的发展要求,宽带RFID标签天线已然成为各国学者研究的一个热点。文中采用在辐射贴片上开槽来拓展带宽的方法,设计了一款双T型槽宽带标签天线。所设计的天线为无通孔与短路结构的简单天线,尺寸仅为33mm×25mm×1.6mm,工作带宽覆盖了各个国家分配给UHF频段的频率范围,最大理论读取距离可达7.58m。通过改变槽的尺寸可以方便地调节天线与标签芯片之间的匹配。与其他宽带标签天线相比,该天线在小型化、读取距离方面具有明显优势。由于测试条件有限,天线输入阻抗实测曲线走势与仿真曲线基本一致,但实测曲线向低频偏移了200MHz左右,实测值与仿真值相比有一定程度的衰减。  相似文献

A compact printed dipole antenna is proposed for radio frequency identification (RFID) applications. It consists of a combination of two kinds of fractal shapes with the aim of reducing antenna size. To ensure conjugate matching with the essentially complex impedance of the electronic chip directly embedded into the radiator, a double T-match structure is used. The antenna has been designed and optimised to cover the bi-band for the passive RFID tag at 915 MHz and 2.4 GHz. Details of the proposed antenna design and measured results are presented and discussed.  相似文献

RFID Tag detection/recognition is one of the most critical issues for successful deployment of RFID systems in diverse applications. The main factors influencing tag detection by RFID reader antenna include tag position, relative position of reader, read field length, etc. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of tag detection for a carton box object on a wooden pallet by an experimental approach based on tag signal strength, and we propose a method for predicting detection related directly to the strength of tag signal using an intelligent machine learning technique called support vector machine (SVM). The use of the proposed method is able to save time and cost by quick prediction of tag detection. Extensive experiments showed that the proposed approach can predict tag recognition for a carton box object with an accuracy at 95% for various reader heights and read field lengths. The proposed approach is effective for determining the best tag detection influencing factor conditioned on the target object with the help of detectability prediction.  相似文献

UHF RFID 标签天线置于金属表面会引起阻抗变化以及阻抗失配,因此为了减小金属表面的影响,提出一种用于金属表面的UHF RFID 标签天线阻抗匹配优化设计方法。首先在折叠偶极子天线臂上附加短路段来调整标签天线的输入阻抗,通过粗略调节短路段的位置使天线和RFID 标签芯片在金属表面达到阻抗的基本匹配,然后利用遗传算法优化得到天线最优的长度、宽度和短路段位置,使天线和RFID 标签芯片在金属表面达到准确的阻抗匹配。所设计天线阻抗及方向图的仿真和测试结果表明该优化设计方法能够使RFID 标签天线在金属表面正常工作。  相似文献

The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag, as a substitute for the existing bar cords, recognises, modifies and tracks information through microchips mountable on an antenna. Among them, the UHF (860?960 MHz) RFID band tag has commonly been used in circulation and logistics fields throughout the world because of its low production cost and its read long range. This RFID tag must be miniaturised in order to be mountable on any product, and to minimise the antenna?s performance degradation. If it is used worldwide as a common product, broadband or multiband is required. Specifically, when the antenna is mounted on conductive materials, its impedance characteristics change and bandwidth decreases. Therefore, a tag antenna is required with impedance characteristics which do not change even when it is attached to metallic materials.  相似文献

随着天线技术的发展,时UHF RFID可用于金属物体的标签天线的研究成为了热点和难点.根据当前标签天线的设计特点和设计原则,设计出一种适用于845~960MHz的宽频带可用于金属物体的新型标签天线,并通过仿真分析与计算确定了天线的一些重要参量,实现了标签天线输入阻抗能在较大范围内与更多阻抗不同的标签芯片进行匹配.实测结果与仿真结果基本一致,抗金属性能稳定,天线尺寸较小,通信距离较远.  相似文献

针对可穿戴的人体跟踪以及监测问题,提出了一种小型的纺织RFID标签弯折天线,该天线主要由导电线绣成的四个字母文本构成,具有文本弯折的几何结构以及锯齿形穿线结构,天线尺寸较小,即:65 mm × 24 mm × 0.46 mm,与普通文字标签的尺寸相似。并对该标签进行了优化,以便在工作频率(即:910 MHz)条件下与RFID芯片阻抗实现共轭匹配。最后,利用双端口差分探头对若干标签进行了测量,该探头适用于平衡的RFID标签结构。在测试实验中,对带有不同线迹图案以及各种导电线直径的标签进行了检测,实验结果表明,提出标签阻抗的实测结果与模拟结果基本吻合,证明了提出标签设计和测量方法的有效性。  相似文献

基于三角形Sierpinski微带分形贴片,提出了一种新型的小尺寸领带结RFID标签天线设计。通过仿真,给出了该分形天线的端口特性,同时给出了该领带结型Sierpinski标签天线的谐振频率、方向图以及天线效率。结果表明,采用不同维数的分形结构,可以实现多频段的工作特性,因而该天线可以很方便地应用于RFID电子标签中。  相似文献
