电泳是电子纸显示的基本原理技术之一,颜料分散液是被广泛应用电泳显示体系。值得关注的是,用分子状态的染料代替颜料颗粒,也可以应用于电子纸的电泳显示。通过对染料分子结构的仔细筛选,制作染料电泳测试盒,并测试分析染料在有机溶剂中电泳时的电化学反应,发现金属络合染料在比较低的电压驱动下,能够在测试盒中发生电泳。而且染料能够在电场方向发生变化时,发生往复明显的电泳。本文针对染料和颜料电泳,进行了对比研究,发现了金属络合染料在有机溶剂中的电泳原理。 相似文献

微量水对非极性介质分散体系的影响 ,特别是无机颜料体系的影响 ,曾经得到深入研究 ,但水对非极性有机颜料电泳液的影响 ,还有待研究。使用酸性、碱性和中性水洗涤有机颜料电泳液 ,并测试zeta电位、粒度分布以及电泳显示性能的变化 ,发现了不同pH值水洗时 ,酸性水对四氯乙烯二甲苯混合溶液联苯胺黄颜料电泳液的影响最大 ,碱性水没有不良影响 ,中性水基本没有影响。这是此类电泳液的进一步优化 ,实现电泳显示研究的基础。 相似文献

利用一种分散剂涂易乐Disper-CED制备了汽车阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆,同时也用不同汽车涂料厂家提供的电泳涂料用分散树脂制成了传统的阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆。通过对比几种颜料浆的ζ电位、离心稳定性、黏度和耐腐蚀性,可以发现制得的无树脂阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆可以满足阴极电泳涂料槽液的要求;这种无树脂阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆配方成本更低,性能稳定,可以作为树脂分散阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆的替代方案。 相似文献

The surface modification of Pigment Yellow 13, Pigment Red 254 and Pigment Blue 15 to improve their electrophoretic properties in electrophoretic suspension were studied. The particle size distribution and the surface morphology of the modified pigments were determined, the presence of the functional groups on the surface of pigments was confirmed, and the dispersion stability and chargeability of pigments suspended in electrophoretic slurry were characterized. For the application of microencapsulated electrophoretic displays, the colored microcapsules containing the modified organic pigments were prepared and spread on an ITO coated conducting film. A working prototype of electrophoretic display was successfully fabricated in this approach. 相似文献

The colloidal stability of titania powder in electronic ink, which contains an organic solvent of octane and a dispersant of phosphate ester, has been investigated. The concentration of phosphate ester required to stabilize the nonaqueous titania suspension agrees with that needed for monolayer adsorption. Theoretical calculations of potential energies show that the colloidal stability of organic titania suspension is caused by the steric repulsion mechanism. The results of optical properties including reflectivity and response time show that the resulting nonpolar titania suspension meets the requirements of an electronic ink for electrophoretic display. 相似文献

研究了玻璃颗粒在乙醇溶液中对Ca^2 的选择吸附,反转了玻璃颗粒在乙醇中的荷电性质,使玻璃颗粒能够在乙醇中与羟基磷灰石发生共沉积。讨论了不同离子浓度下电泳沉积的沉积量与沉积电流的变化情况,并以此对Ca^2 在电泳沉积中的作用进行了分析。实验结果证实:悬浮液中Ca^2 或吸附到玻璃颗粒上,改变其荷电性质;或留在溶液中,作为电泳沉积过程中电流的主要承载者。离子浓度对电泳沉积的效果有重要的影响,离子浓度太低或太高都易使涂层出现缺陷。分析了不同沉积条件下电泳沉积所得涂层的各种缺陷及其成因。 相似文献

The dispersion and electrophoretic deposition (EPD) behavior of an aqueous suspension of nano-sized titania particles stabilized with a dispersant of polyethylenimine (PEI) were systematically investigated. The adsorption behavior of PEI on the titania surfaces indicated a high affinity adsorption of PEI at a high pH value while a low affinity adsorption was observed at a low pH value, which is consistent with the viscosity behavior of the suspension. The influences of the suspension pH, the added amount of PEI and the salt addition on the electrophoretic deposition behavior of the suspensions were studied. 相似文献
